This place seems a little bit more expensive than other parts shop, but the service and knowledge has always been amazing. Please support these smaller shops.

I came in, with my baby, to get my check engine light checked & was told they couldnt get in my car to plug it in. Didnt offer to send anyone out to even help me find the spot to plug it in. Was also told by the lady at the register that, they were really busy anyway. Sorry to inconvenience you? I definitely will not return to this location. Very unfriendly and incredibly unhelpful.

A great change from Oreilys...they had the Gear Oil I needed on sale.

Go to oreillys. Slow employees, slow computers, low inventory availability, and they dont even have card readers at every register.

Horrible and Very Rude staff. had my Girlfriend stop in to have a code cleared after I replaced some parts. She was told Thats illegal and was told to Go Somewhere else well guess what I will from now on. Ran up the street to AutoZone and had the codes cleared with no problems. Looks like they get all my business from now on!

I ordered four iridium spark plugs online with a pickup from this store, but for some reason the box and all four individual packages has already been opened. The explanation of the reason was that someone just wanted to see them... To me it looks like a returned item sold as new.

I received the wrong parts...twice. I waited half the day and the wrong part was ordered. They dont even have the part I need available for order so I wasted half my day waiting just to not have the part. So I asked if they had a tool that would help with my specific problem and was sold a tool which ended up being for the wrong thing. Im working the rear and everything they kept giving me was for the front. They even asked both times if it was for the front or rear. I have now been without my vehicle all weekend and am scrambling to get it put back together before I have to work tomorrow. I will never go to this store again.

Ordered a part, they said theyll have it there by 11 today and turns out they didnt even order it. This happened not only once, but twice IN THE SAME WEEK.The staff doesnt communicate between themselves and they dont communicate with the other stores. They tell you we have the whole set, turns out they only have the one.
