With the Mazda mobile app, its super easy to schedule appointments. The service department staff has everything ready to go when you get there. Plus the service department staff are very friendly.

Wasnt sure if the parts department would be open on a Saturday but I needed a new rear wiper arm for my CX5 that had gotten broken off from a car wash. The parts department was open, and the young guy working the counter was more then helpful. Took time to find the right part, double checked to ensure the part was an exact match by looking at my car. The service was top notch, and very professional. Puyllup Mazda has been our go to place to buy both new and used vehicles for years. You wont be disappointed, and if something is wrong they will go the extra mile to make it right.

I purchased the VIP package when I bought my new CX 9. I took my car in today for the7500 mile oil change and to have other accessories installed. The VIP package includes free oil changes (which I recieved) lube, fluids topped off, 24 point inspection, car wash, vacuum and other services, none of which I recieved. They called me when my car was ready so I did not have time to wait around once I realized none of the other services had been done, also, my paperwork says my car was in for a 3000 mile oil change, not 7500. I need to ensure my computer is set to the right mileage as well.
