Working with SignDog to get our fleet of delivery trucks wrapped has been an absolute delight! I am so pleased by the professionalism and hard work by SignDog! SignDog built and installed all of our exterior signs for our organizations logo change on multiple locations. Disappointed beyond belief!! No phone call to follow up nor a return email on a placed order, sent to voicemail for over two weeks! Unacceptable. We try to support small local businesses where we can, but this one won’t EVER get our businesses, business. 😒😡😒

Great service, they never let me down always on time and quality over quantity here

After a visit in the store and indication they would be quick and responsive, I sent concept emails. I received no contact and after a month stopped back in. Their reasoning was that they were closed for a few days while at trade show. That still doesn’t explain the remainder of the month without contact. I expressed my issues with customer service but asked if they would finish what they agreed to work on. A few hours later I got a phone call saying they were too busy and wouldn’t be able to do my project. Nice service!!

Started off great with Stephanie, then it took weeks to receive the product damaged when followed up endless times, then was promised a replacement and after several attempts I have been completely ignored . Extremely disappointed. Being a customer that loves to support local businesses I was very disappointed.Would recommend never setting foot in this establishment.

I ordered a very small sign to put my business name on the building. This was almost 4 weeks ago.I called 2 weeks ago and Stephanie said it would be installed within 2 days. 10 days later no sign they won’t return my calls or emails. I’m writing this review hoping the owner would see it. Since my request to talk to him was ignored. This negatively reflects my business. My new customers have a hard time finding me with out my name on the door.I’m so disappointed.

Donnie at SignDog was very helpful and designed an appealing window graphic for the front of our business! Also, when the materials ended up being a little less than he quoted me, he adjusted the price to reflect that. I would definitely recommend using them!

I have used sign dog for a few different projects and I have been totally satisfied each time. They are efficient, conscientious, and affordable.

Went in to try and get estimate for wrap for my off road racing team, truck, trailer, race car etc. and was promptly dismissed because they only do commercial work, we dont do custom work Apparently my pockets werent deep enough because I am not a business.
