Employees are not certified and all advice should be taken with a grain of salt just fyi. Ive gone here and there over the years for my cowash products. 3 stars because the selection is great and service is nice, but staff has never been consistent in knowledge/advice over the years. The most recent mishap being last week when an employee recommended 40 vol bleach to my friend with black box dye hair - KNOWING it was black box dye and unvirgirn hair. Never should have recommended 40 vol never should have told her it was okay to bleach box dye. My friend ended up getting burns on her scalp and her hair literally frying off. The bad advice of one emoyee ruined my friends hair and damaged her scalp.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had the same experience as another customer. There was a line outside the door at 600 pm because they were at max capacity, only letting 3 people in at a time. I had 2 young kids (2 & 8 months old) who were hungry and tired and it was very cold outside. Asked if they could grab the 2 items I needed and I could do like a curbside pickup so I didn’t have to keep my kids outside and I wouldn’t need to go inside, they told me no and continued to stand in the store doing nothing...never going back to this location again.Manager should teach the girls some customer service skills.

Now that they’re open again the store seemed extremely hygienic and they’re taking social distancing/store capacity very seriously! They’re asking people to wait outside (under cover) if it’s too full and I saw them cleaning and maintaining 6 ft the whole time I was there. Us people with close contact to the elderly and small children appreciate it!

Come in here there were 4 ppl inside shopping when it came to me and my wife going in and there were 2 ppl a head of us they started saying oh we need two ppl inside I’m like we found 4 ppl inside why now you have started saying two ppl? It’s very cold outside amd they don’t care won’t come here again it just stupid.

I went in there earlier today to get bleach and things I needed. The girl, Kat with Blue hair was absolutely amazing to us and I could tell she extremely knowledgeable with what she was talking about. There was another girl there with a nose piercing and black hair, she was also very nice and was thoroughly helping other customers in depth. This is the best experience Ive had at a Sallys store, Im actually wowed. Thank you for loving your job and taking the time to talk with us, Kat!

All I needed was a couple bottle of purple shampoo and conditioner. When I walked in, I noticed they had what I was looking for on an end cap at the front of the store. The young lady at the cash register greeted me and I was about 5 feet from the shampoo when I heard someone yell from the back of the store, We are at max capacity!! The young lady at the register asked me to step out. As I was coming out someone was trying to come in and I told her, they were at max capacity she looked in the window and said, There 3 people in there! Anyway, I decided I had other things to do so I left and bought what I needed, else where. That was the first and last time I will ever go to that store.

Awful customer service here! Girl with “yellow” hair was extremely rude and pushy to hurry up and buy and get out because of a line outside even though there was other people in the store. I will contact corporate and hopefully next time she displays better customer service.

Despite the challenges that have presented with the current Covid situation the staff here remains positive, upbeat and helpful. The store is small so only 3 customers are able to enter at a time but, its worth the short wait to get quality products and even better customer service.

I came here (during the pandemic) for curbside pickup and I cannot tell you how helpful and sweet those girls were. I called the store while outside of it and told them what I wanted and they got it for me while also giving me some suggestions. Thank you guys! Thank you for being open!

I was just in Sally’s not to long ago and honestly the staff there are amazing! When it comes to changing up my hair but not damaging it I am extremely skeptical. The ladies there were so patient and helpful. They went over brands and terminology with me very thoroughly. My husband and I spent a good hour or so in there, learning about hair care and different products. The employees there are absolutely wonderful. This will be the Sally’s I continue to go to! Thank you so much again for all of your help!

Joy is amazing! She helped my stepmom go from orange hair to a beautiful toffee with 5 days to go until a wedding she needed to attend to. Life saver!

Not only did have knowledgeable staff help with my hair issues, they made sure it didnt cost me an arm and a leg for hair supplies. I will update what they picked out for me. My hair was and still is so damaged that even repair masks and coconut oil wasnt touching it so the older lady working that night, picked out the protein leave in.

Went to Sallys earlier to get hair stuff. Come home and strip some of the color out, and realize I needed more developer so I go back with my mess hair lol this time with my kiddo and as Im checking out an employee very loudly accuses me of setting my kid down to steal 😂😂😂 like real talk i just dropped about 60 dollars today there and you wanna say thatGirl bye. Ill be ordering my hair stuff online from Amazon.

Employee DEMI is hands down the best employee I have ever worked with. Adding up all the stores Ive ever been to sally beauty or not best customer service my fiancé and I have ever received and trust me he likes to act very silly in stores and she dealt with his humor like a champ lol. we asked a question and she was so quick to help and deal with us. We kept thanking her the whole time. If shes not already this girl needs to be a manager or a raise. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 💖
