They treated me fairly. The sales guy wasnt pushy and let us go on a test drive with out him. They are a little over priced but there small. I ended up buying a truck from them and so far Im very happy with the outcome.

I went in to check out a truck I saw advertised online. I ended up getting the truck because it was in extremely good condition for a fair price. I traded in my truck on the spot and received a good trade in value. I would 100% go back when shopping for a vehicle in the future. Owen was awesome to deal with and straightforward.

Very straight-forward and honest dealer. Had a truck inspected showing a coolant leak they fixed right up before Id buy, then paid for a minor adjustment needed that showed after driving the truck around for a bit. Robert and Owen were both great to work with and Dan (the owner) is a class act. Would buy from them again.

My wife and I went here for one specific car that we were shopping for online. Owen was really helpful and courteous. We connected with him almost immediately. We drove on the lot, located the car we were looking for, parked, and started checking out the car. Im pretty sure I heard the doors unlock Just as we were approaching it. We were almost thru checking it out before he even approached us, talk about no pressure. What a breath of fresh air that was. Other lots we had been to that day had a salesman on us barely before we stepped on the property. We found the car we wanted put money down on it to hold it, and will return to pay for it shortly. What a pleasant experience it was.

The experience wasn’t enjoyable at all. Very stressful process. Coronavirus definitely didn’t help the process. But it also doesn’t help when the employees don’t work together so every time that you have to work with someone new they are never on the same page. I was still stuck putting my name on a car I didn’t want even after speaking with Robert and saying I don’t wanna be listed as a registered owner since I have no license and having me on won’t affect the payments at all. It’s just irritating working with people who just want that sale and won’t listen to what you want. Also they vehicle was dead when I first went to test drive it. Robert promised me he would put in a new battery but didn’t. The car is always dying but is something I will have to pay out of pocket to replace smh. When we went back yesterday to either buy or return the car I mentioned traction control issues and “check stability track” lights but he just said the warranty will handle it. I purchased a warranty when I originally tried to buy the car in March. Due to me not having a license but being able to leave the lot with the car anyways caused a long hassle. Now that my significant other put it in his name they never changed my original warranty! Date of purchase for the vehicle is June 24th now but my warranty that is based off time and not miles was not adjusted and they acted like that was doing me a favor. Just such a stressful and unhappy first buyer experience 😪

Above and Beyond Impressed!We bought a 2000 7.3 Diesel F350 from HDs Auto, and we are so happy. The truck is in excellent shape for its age, and the guys worked really hard to help us make the buying process simple and pleasant. We were slightly concerned about the steering during the test drive. We had an outside mechanic look at the truck, and he was very impressed by the condition of the truck and did not find any issues. However, a couple of weeks later, the steering became a problem, so HDs Auto asked me to bring the truck back to them so they could look at it. I dropped off the truck, and they had the problem fixed quickly and at no charge to me. I am so thankful that we chose to buy a truck from HDs Auto Sales. They took care of us through the whole process, and we would buy another car from them in a heartbeat.

This group was great with my car purchase. The previous place we went to wouldnt help us because they were closing in two hours. We went to HDs Auto Sales and we were greeted right away. They have a great selection of clean vehicles and very personable. We completed the paperwork without any fuss and he handled more than one customer with ease. We recommend this dealership if you are into no-nonsense purchasing.

We had talked with the salesperson over several days about a vehicle on his lot. He indicated there was room to come down on the price, so we drove to the lot. It was going fine when we got there. Looked at the vehicle, test drove it, salesperson was friendly and helpful. When we started to discuss an actual sale, his whole demeanor changed, he started to posture and made a comment that he knows how people are, we can offer what ever we want, but the only things he was willing to do, since we were paying cash was come down $500, and that he would have no problem selling it the following day. The crazy part was we were less than $1000 different on the price, yet he became very rigid. I moved to the door because his behavior shift was disconcerting. The vehicle was really nice and I hope another buyer has better luck.

The most disappointing buying experience Ive ever had in my life. After getting a loan approved for my car they decided to keep it for 3 days for some unknown repair something with the coolant. They did not even 30 days have passed when the alternator went out. The owner didnt want to fix it. It was just one frustrating thing after another with that company and the sales people. I have never recommended that car lot 2 anyone

If I could give negative stars, I would. I paid all cash for my car. I was given all of the details, and even shown the car fax. Two days later the check engine light came on. I took it to the dodge dealership, and there were countless of issues with this car. I was told that they had cleared the codes to make the check engine light turn off. In addition, there were no brakes left on the front. Finally, I was told a new engine was placed in the car. That was never on the car fax.These people should not be in business. They are shady and clearly falsify claims and records

Owen was very personable and friendly, responding to my inquiry with no pressure answers. Should I decide the vehicle I saw is the right one for me, he calculated the out the door price with taxes and fess including a discount for cash only. Now it is up to me to decide.

I would give them a negative five star if I could. I bought a $14,000 truck from them, it looked like a very nice rig. A week later the paint started showing blemishes, 2 months later almost all of the clear coat was gone with huge blemishes all over. I think they did some paint repairs and clear coat themselves without knowing what they were doing. So not only am I driving a horrible looking truck, two months later it starts having mechanical problems. The computer goes out $2,000 to replace, truck wont start if the temperature is under 40 degrees, it just cranks and cranks over. Carryover bearing goes out twice, $500 each time. I should have hired a lawyer. Ended up selling the truck a year later for $5,600 it had 90,000 miles on it, hands down the worst vehicle I ever owned!

I bought a car, ten minutes after I left lot, the check engine light came on. It is like they cleared the code, just to sell it. Then you drive for a bit and code comes back on. Bad salesmanship.

Very rude owners but they did fix what was wrong with the car we bought the first time . We got the car 2 days later we find something was wrong . So far we have had the car since March 2017 this year we are still paying on it and had to replace almost everything in engine. Battery, transmission, plugs,etc... And had a bad oil leak when we got it. We had to fix it all out of our pocket since the 2 week we got it. Already spent over $5000.00 just trying to fix it. Dont buy cars here.

These guys are out standing!I bought a 2003 turbo Volkswagen Beetle with 67000 miles.Had it shipped to my driveway from Puyallup, WA to Elkton, MD.I never seen the car in person just pictures and what a car!After it arrived went right through Maryland inspection no problem.I had a timing belt replaced for the mileage my personal mechanic said this car wasvery well taking care of. Paint job was out standing.Motor look like new. Leather seats and a alpine stereo that kicks butt!I been looking for a Beetle for my wife for a 20 year wedding anniversary for the last six months and found it. We owned beetles in the past.Its a girls car and H.D. S Auto Sales really made this happen!I want to thank everybody at H.D.S for being honest people.Take Care Gary Cooper.

Horrible. Wanted to trade in my car for a truck, worked it out with the owner beforehand because I live 2 hours away,when I get there the guy tells me the owner changed his mind and will only give me 2000 less for my car than we agreed!? Really, you couldnt at least call me or email and let me know before I waste an entire day and almost 5 hours on the road!!! These guys are the epitome of sleazy car salesmen stay away.
