Bought a certified used Tundra. My salesperson was Van. In addition to the fact that Van was great, easy to work with, respectful of my need to fully consider my decision and weigh other options, I find it pretty amusing that I bought a truck from a Van. Everyone at the dealership was great. Finance process was simple and straightforward, and they shopped around and got me a great interest rate, even though it wasn’t through Toyota financing. It’s definitely weird times on the car lots right now with the extremely limited inventory bc of the pandemic and supply chain issues, and used cars are way more expensive than they used to be, but Van managed to make it work for me, so I’d say if you’re looking for a Toyota, Van’s the man!

Until today Id had a great experience at Toyota of Puyallup. I bought a used 2016 Dodge Dart in late June, the second car Id bought from them, and the clutch just started slipping and needs to be replaced. There is only 42,000 miles on the car. While I didnt by an extended warranty, I expected ToP to do the right thing for a car I bought from them less than four months ago. They will not help and Ill be out $2,000 for a new clutch so I will be taking my future car buying business elsewhere moving forward.

The sales staff were so polite and explained all our questions. Not pushed at all. Finance staff were very thorough and offered all available choices on products but not pushed about purchasing them. I would recommend them to anyone. The most relaxing buying experience. Thanks John.

From the moment he picked up our call, he has been very patient, courteous, and welcoming throughout the whole process of car shopping. When he showed us the Camry, he explained every single detail of the car so thoroughly with remarkable knowledge and enthusiasm. I feel that the overall experience in sales and finance, was good, has room for improvement.I would like to see them add clarity re: details of the sales event. IE: 750 cash back? Well, that really meant at finance the price is increased above final sticker price, then they reduce to the displayed price.Also, be clear about the terms.....Those great finance % rates only really apply to perfect credit & perfect DTI ratios.....not us regular folks!However, I did purchase a beautiful, safe, trustworthy Camry that I plan to drive for many years!

Had a great experience with Carrie Lazarez in sales! I wanted a very particular model of Rav4 and she put in so much work to find it for me! Unfortunately the manufacturer (Toyota) pushed out the start date on my vehicle, and I ended up having to go with a different dealer that had something close to what I wanted that would come in sooner. (this is not the dealers fault - its out of their control and its happening all over the country right now). Anyway, I would highly recommend Carrie as she will put in the work to get you what you are looking for even in this crazy environment!

Almost everything about my experience here has been wonderful. Nils was a great salesman to work with and I truly felt that he had my best interests in mind. He was very patient with us while we measured several different interiors of vehicles and when I went back and forth on what I thought I wanted. He clearly and thoroughly answered all of our questions and offered great advice. He truly did everything he could to help me get my dream car, even though I saw for myself several other people who were interested in this particular one. Matt, the sales manager, also worked very hard for me to figure out how the taxes would work for someone who is based out of state and here temporarily. Everyone I met here was extremely friendly and helpful except for one. The financial services manager, Tiffany, was extremely difficult to work with. She was very rude when I didn’t agree to purchase the extended warranties that she offered, even to the point where I felt like I was being bullied by her into agreeing, which I did end up doing. She also was very unhelpful as she would raise her voice at times and was clearly irritated with us when we didn’t understand something or asked questions. Because of her, I feel like my experience here was tainted. I think she needs to improve her patience and customer service skills, especially when dealing with someone who is just trying to understand all the information that is handed to them while making an important life decision. She is the reason this isn’t a 5 star review.

Service department I do not recommend. They do not know how to work on a vehicle. I had break issues at 40,000 miles which has never in my life happened to me and so I shrugged it off and had new breaks put on. And another 20,000 I needed front breaks again. They wouldnt see what caused it they wouldnt warranty it. When I bought my truck brand new from them my original thought was they would be the only ones to ever work on it. Nope not now all I have them do is my lifetime oil changes but I even check it when they are done. Find yourself a good mechanic. Toyota Puyallup is not it I promise

I cannot say enough great things about the team at Toyota of Puyallup. Jerry and Theresa made the sales and financing process one of the smoothest and least aggravating of all my car purchases. Jerry is very knowledgeable about every model and feature, took the time to listen to what was important to me, and found me just the right car!

So I broke down and scheduled mx ( 4-6 hrs) for my tundra and on the way home I get a text from the dealer opening conversation about any changes in status of the truck. Nifty, however if you want a response...make the actual call to the dealer. I asked when I picked the truck up why there wasnt a response and he replied he didnt get it. They do have a 15% military discount.

Purchased my vehicle in mid September 2021. Worked with sales associate Mishari Al-Safran who was quick and detail oriented allowing me to fully understand the dealership’s availability of cars on their lots, as well as cars coming in to the dealership. I initially called the dealership inquiring about cars on their lot and coming in. Mishari was the associate I spoke to on the phone. Within a matter of minutes I decided to schedule an in person meeting with him. Mishari was part of the reason we bought from Puyallup Toyota, he is definitely a great sales associate for making the sale and for creating a comfortable and casual, yet professional, buying experience.I appreciated that this dealership did not mark up the cars based on the market. While the market has changed and benefited dealerships greatly, I found that the cash incentive to buy new and the dealership offered services (lifetime powertrain warranty and lifetime car washes) were additional incentives.If the dealership could have offered free extended services (outside the free 2 year-25k mile service that all Toyota dealerships offer) or significant savings if customers buy the buy-up plan (5 year-55k miles for $675).My family has been in search of a few new cars, definitely feel comfortable sending them to Mishari at Puyallup Toyota! Highly recommend!!

It started off with replacing my broken key fob but suggested repairs and $1400 later my car still leaks oil that they supposedly fixed, and as soon as my car left the lot it was making a metallic rattling noise. I did not bring my car back to be rechecked as I feel they would just swindled me out of another $1400. I agreed to recommend fixes but there is that expectation of your car not coming out worse than when it went in. I would not recommend taking your car here. Customer service is subpar and the courtesy vehicle department makes you feel like youre an inconvenience.

Easily the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I generally avoid dealerships (bad past experiences), and haven’t even BEEN to a dealership in nearly 16 years, but I worked Mr. Luna to buy a new Tacoma truck and he was responsive, informative, fair, and accommodating in every step of the process. When the day came to pick up the truck, the paperwork process was relatively quick, simple, and the dealership gave me a fair price for my trade.I had been shopping for a new truck and was blown off by several dealerships near me, but Toyota of Puyallup, a TWO HOUR drive from my house, earned my business. *See update at end:Very disappointed. Vehicle that was new to me was serviced at Toyota of puyallup. Upon receipt of the vehicle I noticed that it was never washed even though I requested one. Though not the biggest deal on the world the real problem was the Oil and Grease residue left on the sides and hood of the vehicle. I had just spent a few hundred dollars on a professional wax to bring the neglected paint color back. I didnt have time to discuss this at moment because I was running behind to get my son from daycare. This happened on tuesday. I immediately placed a phone call and left a message with the sales manager to discuss my complaint. I called again on Wednesday and was still not able to get in contact with the sales manager. At the time of this writing it is Thursday afternoon and still have not been able to get a hold of the services manager. I am so very frustrated and disappointed with the lack of customer service and lack of care for my vehicle. I expected much better from Toyota of Puyallup as I know other Toyota dealerships would not let this happen.Update: Well I was finally contracted by them and theyve made the situation right by me. Theyre going to do a detail on my 4runner to return it to what it was before. Im satisfied with the outcome but I still wish it never happened in the first place.

I bought a 2021 AWD Camry SE at Toyota of Puyallup.PROS1.Matt Johnson helped me significantly during my online experience by answering all of my questions promptly and patiently. Setting up an appointment was easy and almost effortless.2. During my visit to test-drive and buy the Camry, I was assisted by Joe Luna. Joe answered all my questions and listen intently to what I was looking for in the Camry. He even showed me his own Camry and provided insight into possible upgrades, which I appreciated.3. The whole process took about 2-1/2 hours and I did not experience any setbacks.CONSThere are three things that could have improved the experience.1. Having a larger inventory of vehicles to chose from. Although the car I ended up getting is excellent, I would have liked to see more options available.2. Enforcement of COVID-19 safety requirements. There were some folks without a face covering and/or not wearing properly. This did not detract from the car-buying experience, but it was uncomfortable to some extent.SUMMARYI would go back to Toyota of Puyallup for another car. The customer service is excellent.

Ahhh car buying....my least favorite thing to do. Do you do it online? Do you bring a great negotiator friend with you to the dealership? Will the sales person be super pushy?I am not a fan of shopping at all. For anything.I am here to tell you that of all the cars I’ve bought at dealerships, I have never had a better experience than the one I had at Toyota of Puyallup.Start to finish, I was taken care of. First by my salesman, Todd, who is a great guy and helped me, let me say that again, helped me (as opposed to telling me or selling me) find exactly what I wanted and I didn’t feel like I needed to be on guard the whole time. Then, Tiffany helped me with my financing. I came in with a preapproval from my Credit Union (I wanted to have the power) and I told Tiffany what financing I had secured. She was able to find me financing for a whole percent less than what my CU offered!I would recommend Todd and Toyota of Puyallup to my close family and friends in an instant.

Professional liars, rude and disrespectful. The worst sales team ever. Inconsiderate and ignorant, only good for wasting customers time. My first and last time shopping at this store.

Horrible service department. Got my car less than 6 months ago at McCord Toyota in Vancouver Wa and had 2-3 services done. Took my car into Toyota of Puyallup for the first time for just a oil change and a car wash and ended up leaving with a few scratches on my front passenger door and for them to accuse me of making it up and have a hard time believing it when on the paper at drop off it states there was no prior damage to my vehicle. One PO customer and would never recommend this dealership to a friend. Sadly enough I have 3 family members who work in finance and sales. Poor customer service for sure.

Hello Kerry, just wanted to let you know your manager let you down again. 2 years ago I wanted to buy a 2019 Tundra 4x4x sport from you but he played games so I drove 10min to Toyota of Tacoma bought it the same day $2000.00 less drove back and showed him and his mouth dropped. Yesterday I stopped in to see the 2021 Tundra stock #98259, he offered me $41000 for my 2019 12500 miles showroom quality shape with extras put on clear bra, ect. KBB trade in is high $52000. On your lot you have 2 Tundras stock #11359,C11360 83,000 miles and 56,000 miles for $36995, $45995, really $41,000 for mine shame on your manager insulting. Also back 2019 he said any dealer offering a lifetime warranty is not worth the paper it is written on and the owner of this dealership would never offer one. Well low and behold couple of months later look what is offered. There is an old saying I might drop dead today, but I wasnt born yesterday. On a high note, Mark L, and Richard were top notch to talk with. Just some incite to what is going on with buying/non buying customers. Thank you Craig

No pressure is involved to create a sale for them. The staff bend over backwards to satisfy the customers, always smiling.
