I called a handful of VW dealerships in the area hoping to put down a deposit on a 2022 Tiguan SEL R-Line. They all told me I’d be waiting until winter or spring. None of them even gave me an opportunity to order one.I called VW Puyallup expecting the same but was relieved after I was connected with Gio and he assured me he’d make it happen. He got to work and was able to find the exact car with color options I specified. He took my deposit and even sent me the window sticker of the in-transit vehicle that same day. Gio made everything easy and was quick to resolve any concerns I had throughout the entire process. This was my first time buying a brand new car and I’m thankful for Gio’s help.

Jose and Laura really kept the energy positive. I hated what I was in and they got me in something I love. Jose didnt let me quit but he wasnt pushy. The guy is a crazy ball of fun though and hell talk to you. Laura even managed to drop my interest rate by double digits. 10/10 Will be back!

Everything from the sale was great. However, when my key battery died, within the month of having the car, my dealer Romy, who stated that they would be helpful for anything I needed or had questions about; said it would be best to take it to a store, rather than setting up a time where I could come to the dealership. I also had questions about my oil change already being due and rather than having me come in, he said to just re-set it myself. Both of which I can do, but when I’m asking for their help specifically, there was no help at all. Just disappointed in the experience afterwards, and the lack of continued customer service.

Could not have had a better experience at this dealership. Being a first time car buyer I came in apprehensive and weary of the entire process but a couple minute in I felt at home. It only makes sense, he needs to make more money for all the hair care products and if he stays there far into the future then he will need hair plugs. Similar to Johns review, the service advisor picked the wrong part when I arrived. I had provided my VIN, but the part I received was for a Tiguan. I am glad to see I am not the only person experiencing delays and inaccuracies with this service department.Considering the dealership goes to great length to video record the exterior and interior of my car when its taken in for service to protect themselves, perhaps they could spend a little more time double checking their own work.

Very unhappy with the service my husband has received. He’s been with Volkswagen for a while and recently leased another 2021 Jetta. The windows started screeching, so he made an appointment to get it checked out. He’s had to make three appointments where he was asked to do a series of tasks in order to diagnose the issue, only to be told you won’t fix it. Being active duty military, he doesn’t have the time to make multiple appointments that yield absolutely no results. After this, I don’t know if we’ll continue with Volkswagen. He’s just trying to maintain his car since he’s leasing it and y’all have continuously wasted his time.

It’s the little things. Bought 2 cars at the end of Sept, over 55k paid for on the spot, no financing. Both cars are great and both ok deals.Why would they need my bank acct info, past 2 employer info, home ownership info, etc when we paid with a cashier check from usbank?The Jetta had a tail light out and different color daytime running lights (one yellow one white). After 4 guys looked at it they told me the front daytime lights are supposed to be different colors. (wrong, in fact the yellow bulb had way to many watts which could of damaged the socket or wiring) they said they would fix the tail light, which they never did!!!Said we would be in in 2 days to pick up the Tiguan at 6pm. Called that day at noon to confirm we would be in that day at 6pm. Arrived at 5:55. Said needed detailing and gas. Sat in there 2 hours waiting, it was after 8pm when we finally left. You had 2 days, come on….The finance guy spelled my last name wrong on all the paperwork on the Jetta so my temp registration isn’t even in my name. Hope the title is right….Got a call earlier this week that we overpaid the registration, they have a check for us to pick up. 2 hour round trip from Yelm today and they couldn’t find the check!!!Would I come back? Probably not...It’s the little things!!!

The sign of a good business is the team knowing the value of their product. I had very specific demands, and didn’t truly need to buy a car, so I was likely a difficult customer. I asked for the world at a pretty low number, and I gave no wiggle room to pivot to something in my range. The first time, they told me we just aren’t going to get there. I respect and appreciate that.And here’s the great part: they kept me in their minds and reached out when that perfect opportunity came along. They worked with me and ran numbers a multitude of ways to get me to a comfortable spot on a brand new Tiguan R-Line. Their team is great, and you won’t feel pressured at any point. Peter is awesome, he listened and worked with me the first time, and set me up with Romey the second. Romey was great as well. I hadn’t had insurance since I didn’t own a car, and he was patient while I worked all of that out. Chuck was also great, doing everything he could to make sure I was happy while the dealership still got a fair deal.Their free oil changes for life is a great deal, their cars are fantastic, and their team is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend checking them out when you are looking to upgrade.

Would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Customer service questionable from time of price was provided on paper. They tried to sneak in additional charges. We were paying all cash. Process should have been seamless with no financing or trade in, but still took hours for paperwork. Then just before signing paperwork, they drop on us that there is no 2nd key. We already had cashiers check cut for exact amount they indicated. Was a little annoyed with paying for 2nd key, but then they add an additional $75 programing charge. No communication between salesperson and assistant manager during the process. Overall very frustrating experience.
