Pretty chill, with sweet individuals. Had a lovely recommendation lotus infused raspberry cheesecake drive if I said that right lol.recommend👌! All round, Im sure the coffees good too🤞

These ladys work so hard ..the drive through is around the back side of the building its tricky to find .these girls will come out to your car and grab your order so once you pull up your order is ready ..thank you ladys for all you ladys do.

The service has went down a little after they got new Baristas. They still have pretty good coffee and bagels.

The employees dont wear masks or only put them on right when you drive up. Totally unacceptable and hazardous. Avoid this place and stay alive.

We’ve have been going here for awhile now, but after yesterdays experience, we won’t be back. If I could give zero stars, I would. Drove up to the drive thru at 5:15p just needing that caffeine boost and the girl inside, obviously saw us waiting but ignored us and continued to sweep. After 5 mins she finally came to the window but did not open it to take our order, nope she got on her phone and started texting. We were literally inches away and she did not once acknowledge us. Now we did look up online before heading over to check the hours and it stated Saturday close @ 6pm. If they were closed already, she could have at least let us know instead of blatantly ignoring us for 10mins.

Love this place the girls are great and my coffee is always good and they know what i want before I order. the once or twice it hasnt been they are more then willing it and very apologetic

The girls were awesome who made my order, the cost was comparable to starbucks and I feel that I got more for my money.However, I went through the drive through and it took 25 minutes from being the 3rd car in line until I pulled out - my order was a mocha and a burrito.If you have extra time to wait, this would be a good place to go. When you are feeling in a rush for a quick coffee, maybe dont stop here.

I have come here for years since their old location off 160th. I won’t be back - they started watering down their cold brew or adding so much ice you get 2-3 sips of coffee. If they are trying to cut costs, it’s apparent - but cold brew that is watered down or over iced is a real bummer. I used to love this place! I guarantee they are icing plain drip coffee and charging $5 as “cold brew.” Sorry guys but it’s obvious and you’re busted.kassie’s korner or even Starbucks (yikes I’m saying this!) has better cold brew coffee. Why!??? I used to love you!!

It’s christmas Eve and I was in a terrible mood, kind of hungover and not looking forward to going into work. I stopped for coffee for my coworker and myself, everyone was very friendly and the gal that made my extra dry vanilla cappuccino was so friendly. She brightened my morning and actually made my drink extra dry, normally people can’t do that. Will definitely be coming back (:

This is a very nice and quiet coffee shop in South Hill. The day I was there four older men were having discussions about grandkids and politics. It was nice to hear people having a conversation.

Love their coffee. So much better than the Bux. Super friendly staff. But omg the wait times. 15+ minutes in a line w only 3 cars. Completely unacceptable. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or if their staff just doesn’t move quickly. We love going, but only when we have extra time.
