VERY RUDE PHARM TECHBeen using walgreens forever. Normally this is the best walgreens location and usually awesome techs- but today- 06/30/2021 @ 4:20pm- your pharmacy tech is a very rude person- so much that it ruined my day. FTB- UTA too. Super rude. I am human and i fully think your tech is not. May that horrible example of a human be wretched upon with every rude person in the world for the rest of her life

Denied my 90 year-old mother access to bathroom. Have chained off and says no restrooms per management. Will never come to this Walgreens again!!!

I’ve been going here for a couple of years now and they usually have what I need, however I’ve had to wait extremely long when they are understaffed for a a photo pickup and their pharmacist, Mike, consistently gives me attitude every time a call or go in to pick something up for no apparent reason. He has literally made picking up prescriptions something I dread because of his rude tone and remarks. In addition to this, he has multiple times told me completely incorrect information regarding my prescription refills and how much I get and why I only received part of my prescription instead of all of it. Called the location on 176th and they told me something completely different and were able to get it filled in full. For these reasons, I’m going to change where I get my prescriptions filled to a different company all together. Their other pharmacists have been good, but most of the time it is him who you have to deal with.

The cashier that rang me up last night was so rude . She called me “ ugly” while she was ringing up my stuff . That’s so unprofessional

I live within a few blocks of this Walgreens, so I visit this location frequently. The staff at this location are sooo helpful, friendly and always willing to help in anyway possible. I also want to acknowledge the work ethic, kind personality and thoughtful nature of Josh, who now works in the pharmacy. I have never received anything but fantastic customer service from your employee, Josh. I hope that the powers that Be will continue to encourage him and never let that gem go!! Thank You again Walgreens!!!! What an AWESOME ENVIRONMENT‼️‼️‼️

I am a couponer and was trying to purchase a few things from this store. Had like 10 items in my cart. Before I even made my first purchase the manager approached me with a hostile attitude saying I’m only allowed 2 transactions. I was genuinely confused as to why and she said because I’m buying the whole store and holding up their lines. Then we had to void out a my 2nd transaction because it wasn’t working and another manager walks up and accuses me of doing that on purpose so I could steal bonus points. Which isn’t even possible because you only get the points after you pay. I have never felt so attacked for trying to save a buck.

Some of the rudest pharmacy staff I have ever had to communicate with. (Mainly the pharmacy tech Rona) They are so lazy and not willing to do their job! Being someone in the medical field I understand the importance of making sure peoples medications are refilled on time. All this pharmacy wants to do is put the blame on the doctors.

Easy in-and-out although the Walgreens on Canyon Rd is much cleaner and well put together.

Nice clerks and a great place to get my medication from because the druggists are so nice and helpful. And I always get helped right away because there usually isnt a big line.

Pharmacy has really improved and hired more staff. They have a really good bunch there now who appear to enjoy being there.

Walgreens has the best program for monitoring drug interactions for prescription medications their program has a depth and breadth Beyond other pharmacies or Doctors offices.

Friendly associates, always well stocked, and a great place to pick up some last minute items as well.

Convenient & very friendly and knowable pharmacist! I never have to hunt ppl down to help me.
