I was desperately wanting a piece of the furniture. My work schedule doesnt allow me to get there in time, ever. When I got off early i traced to the store. I got there right at closing and they still helped me and were so nice about it. Im very thankful for that, and I love my dresser drawers!

AWESOME! As if hobby lobby itself isnt overwhelming, I took my two granddaughters there for the 12 year old to get beading supplies she wanted, along with her 2 almost 3yr old cousin!My grand daughter took an hour n a half in the beads n jewelry making section to gather what she was after.We were never bothered or hovered over by employees, like in so many other stores when you spend a long time in a section.They were fantastic and Ill gladly take them in there again.

I could have done without the Christian Muzak playing over the loud speaker. But I do love the fabric I got there.

Whats not to love?! I can always find a must have. Home decor, craft supplies, lots of seasonal items and more.I recently needed to easels and they were 50% off making them two for the price of one!

My granddaughter absolutely loves Paw Patrol. I transformed this cute little jacket not only to identify which one is hers but to make her day just a little bit more fun. Parents please label your kids jackets! Every school year theres a mountain of lost and found and might I add stinky LOL

The store is always clean and well stocked. Employees are nice and helpful. Checkout takes time because only one register seems to be open at a time. A second will open once a long line forms. Usually not an issue unless someone is doing a return/exchange.

Had lots of wonderful options of things I needed. A lot of stuff is overpriced and I for sure relied on half off discounts. The cashier didnt seem too happy to help me/too friendly but maybe she was having a bad day. Which I dont blame her. She smiled and was nice at the end though! :) Regardless, things were organized well and it was a pleasant experience.

30 years ago I had this poster that I just loved. I had to give up because of getting divorced. But I found another copy. It is a cut away of Picards USS Enterprise. I just dropped it off to be framed, just like my old one was. The employee was handling it with great care. The way she was gave me a good feeling. Thanks Hobby Lobby.

They had exactly what I had envisioned in my head for a project Im making for my best friends bridal shower; a From Miss to Mrs burlap and lace banner with their adorable small galvanized letters. Staff was super helpful with helping me locate where they were and called another store to look for another decor item I saw on their website but they no longer had it at their location. They found it for me in Lakewood. Friendly helpful staff, clean store, good inventory!

Hobby Lobby is always great their prices are not be prepared to spend way more than you need to. For an example this photo of the silicone finger covers you can buy at the dollar store minus the modge podge background but Id rather not pay for bucks for that background.

I love Hobby Lobby, but this particular location must be under really terrible management. Every time Ive been in, the lines are huge and 4 employees are standing around scratching their heads trying to deal with one small issue. It baffles me how unorganized this staff is.

They are OK not anything to complain about but not much to brag about either. Store is pretty clean and organized.

We put a ton of puzzles together during covid and decided to get one of our favorites framed here. The worker, Sherri, was very enthusiastic and helpful throughout the entire process and after a week we were able to leave with the finished product in hand and we are very satisfied! Thanks Sherri!

Expensive, yet moste prices are 40 to 50 percent off. They also have literally everything you would ever need for any craft you would like to work on.

I like the store. Its clean and organized and they have just about everything I need when I need it. The reason for the four ⭐ is they cycle certain items as on sale instead of having a coupon you can use for what you need. I have had to go to another Craft store to pay less.

I came in to get yarn for my Mom. They had all the varieties she wanted.

As with any store now days, they have the following holidays items out and nothing for the current one. Makes it more difficult for a preschool teacher to find the crafty items needed.

Always the best place to jump-start your Holiday decorating. Twenty + people in line in front of the door wanting to go in. But it went quickly, Covid distancing and all. They have everything plus stuff that you didnt know that you needed. I build clocks and get my clock faces here. Which is cool. One thing that I have yet to find is a temperature thermometer as I wiuld probably put one or two of thosr together.

Okay service, unfriendly atmosphere from other customers. I entered wearing a durag, awkward stares from near every other customer ensued.

The wood is cheaply made but sold for top $$$. They could use a pos system, one that they can program there sales in so the line goes quicker. New and updated etch art.

They are a good place to find your regular hobby supplies but I find them more expensive then a couple other local craft stores, at least for the hobby supplies I was looking for. The customer service however is among the best in South hill. Everyone is trying to help you find what youre looking for.

It was okay but much too big for the amount of product on the floor. The service was okay but not great. Prices were high and quality was mediocre.

They have so many options and supplies for decor and crafts! So glad they opened this store; its much closer to me than their other stores. I love this little chest - I filled it with sewing supplies for my grandchild as a Christmas gift!

The store was very clean, all employees were wearing masks, and when I inquired about an item not available at their store, a manager immediately told me where I could find it. I will continue to be a Hobby Lobby customer.

Great store but they were out of Happy Planner stuff. Maybe next time I visit it will stocked up again.

We got there early so no crowd. Store is open and roomy, great friendly staff, SO many cool accessories, and right now great deals on Christmas decorations and crafts. If anything, the problem is too many choices!

Wow so much cool stuff, no need to be crafty because they have such great displays and like ideas grouped together. 50% off holiday stuff and many other things to make your home have the greatest vibe all year long.

Only one complaint......no matter what day of the week or time of day you have to stand in a line of 10 or more customers with sometimes only 2 registers open and lots of employees just standing around talking. Sorry Hobby Lobby my time is worth more to me. Ben Franklin gets my business from now on. They have what I need at very competitive prices.

I love all the options that there are at Hobby Lobby... And a 50% off Christmas sale is worth a visit. However it was very busy considering that we are in a pandemic, so use caution and go at off hours if possible.

Overwhelming for a guy. Husbands, just drop off your wife and go next door to Harbor Freight. Thats my story and Im sticking to it.

The Asian manager was so rude and right away asked me and my friends daughter to leave for no reason and wouldnt give us the reason why, we werent even in the store 3 min and some guy who claimed he was the manager asked us to leave. Bad manager that has NO customer service SKILLS. Sad when u see people lacking the experience put into a position that really requires little to no skill and they still have none. Train your people or your store will NOT EVER STAY AFLOAt WITH its competitors . . .GET a clue on how to interact with people because your only losing profit and customs
