Sandwiches are delicious and service is wonderful. We called in an order for 10 people helping us move. They had everything ready to go within an hour for pick up and the employees were so pleasant and easy to work with. Everyone who helped us move was raving about the sandwiches, especially the Tavern club!

What a joke trying to redeem your gift card.I even called said I was heading up. Get there the women says, oh I cant fill this I dont have enough hams. This had happened before... WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!! You should be ashamed honey baked ham!

We stop by and picked up a 4 lb ham and it is wonderful. We get one every month just for Lew & I. Would recommend this to anyone. Service was great.

I have been eating at this place for many years, and they have excellent sandwiches and decent prices. Far better than the Tacoma location, they still make their Turkey Bacon Blitz the right way - stuffed with bacon bits. I also buy the bottled honey mustard that comes on this sandwich every once in a while.

The ham was very good, cooked and tasted beyond words. Very busy because of covid but moved people through the store quickly. Will return soon. I recommend this store to everyone

The service was friendly. It took over 20 minutes to get our meals and we were the only guests. The food was good, especially the potato salad. During all the time we were were at the restaurant no one cleaned the dirty tables (they just needed to be whipped down because the guests had already thrown out their trash and their dishes were placed on top of the trash bin). It was a mediocre experience.

This place is a great place to eat. The atmosphere is great, the food is great, and the service is great! The prices are great too! Every sandwich comes with your choice of chips and you can customize your sandwich to your liking. I liked the sauce from my sandwich so much I decided to buy a bottle of it for home. They had a lot of other things you could buy and take home: desserts, sides, they cater, and of course sauces.

Im so disappointed. We have had a family tradition of getting a ham from you guys for the last 10 years. I called a week before Thanksgiving to place my order and was told by the guy no need we will have plenty. I showed up the day before Thanksgiving only to find out they were completely sold out. I said I called and spoke to a guy who told me you guys would have plenty and I actually think I was speaking to that guy in person and He said I KNOW IM SORRY. No excuse and shame on me for taking his word. I ended up getting an 11 pound ham from Safeway for $8.69 saving myself $81.26 and it was delicious. I think Im done with you guys you might win some but you just lost one.

Its honestly the little things, especially during a lockdown. I was running errands for myself and for my mother in law. One of the stops I had to make was Honey Baked Ham for both of our houses. I had my 18 month old and 1 month old with me, so to say I was dreading running in anywhere is an understatement. I got inside and quickly checked out with my pre-ordered hams... And the gentleman asked.me if he could carry my hams out for me to the car. It was such a small thing and it meant SO MUCH. He helped me out to my car and loaded my order into the trunk. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service and the delicious ham 🥰

The lady that manages this place is horrible! I preordered my ham 4 days before I was scheduled to pick it up. Mind you THEY told me when to pick it up. I show up at my scheduled time, they are SOLD OUT! How? You freaking took PRE-ORDERS! Meanwhile they were cutting back door deals with people who walked in AFTER I did. What a fabulous way to top off Thanksgiving 2020! You all should be ashamed of yourself...

I went in, two people at counter, neither looked at me or acknowledged me in any way. I waited 8 minutes to be told they dont have any salads - the menu did not indicate this. The customer service was so awful I was actually glad I didnt give them any money

Having super limited amount of hams before Thanksgiving people were lined out the door. I pre-ordered mine a week in advance and scheduled to pick up the day before Thanksgiving. Apparently their pre-order is not per store, but the confirmation is a generic system between all honey baked hams (not their fault). The gentleman was very nice in getting me one of the last hams before Thanksgiving. Wasnt what I pre-ordered, but its what they had. I guess all the craziness is what we all get for getting something the day before a major holiday. Its like gift shopping the day before Xmas. You snooze you lose I guess.The people that freaked out, specifically 1 lady that was there around 430 pm need to calm down and get a ham elsewhere. They can only explain their situation so much and they dont deserve you as a customer because you are aBitch. :)

This is my go to place when I want a delicious sandwich. Ive never been let down by them. Their customer service is also awesome. We order from here for my office all the time as well and Ive never once heard anyone complain. Best sandwich Ive had in my entire life. Seriously, order from here and you wont be disappointed!

Get my hams here for Christmas and Easter and special occasions. They have the best hams here-spiral cut, bone in or out. They also carry roast beef, ribs, barbecue ribs with the best cuts. They also carry different sides if you want them. There is a deli there with delicious sandwiches. Handicapped parking and access available.

Great service. We get huge and meaty ham bones $5.99 here for soup. They usually have ham scraps to offer - no extra charge! Parking lot is always pretty full so parking is not east.

Apparently, reserving a ham doesnt mean youll get one on your scheduled pick up day.

Went in with my husband to grab a quick bite for lunch. The shop was clean and inviting, the gentleman at the counter was friendly and helpful, and this is quite possibly the tastiest hot ham and cheddar sandwich Ive eaten in my life. Well definitely be back.

Wanted to find out what size ham for certain # of people ... dingbat behind counter couldnt get past what was it for... who cares what the occasion... for 20 people what size ham do i need? Cant prepay for a preorder, but wont guarantee the needed size will be in stock w/o preordering and paying later... customer service is Bad or None... I could go on... but wonder if they will be in business long enough to bother waring you all away...
