My wife Sherri, Loves Dr. William S. Duke and states he is the most caring, professional and competent Dr. she have ever seen. Trust me she works in the medical field and has had multiple surgeries over the years. She has had many good doctors but Dr Duke is the very best! Her surgery was a very unique, difficult Thyroid and Parathyroid removal with a cancerous tumor wrapped around the nerve. He very carefully removed it all and saved her nerve. I can without reservation say if you or a loved one needs care, you need the very best, Dr. Duke.

Dr Duke is the best. Im 57 yrs old and have had a lot of Drs in my life, but he is by far the best. Wish he could be my primary.

A busy place. Arriving early wont help, if youre a new patient. Maybe they have to know you? Odd, because its Multicare, & that shouldnt matter.Same furniture as nearly every multicare, especially the other buildings. A nice place, plenty of seats. Close to the hospital & other MC facilities, & fairly easy to find.My doctor was very knowledgeable, asked a bunch of great questions, & had as many great answers.Very exacting, very professional, very friendly. I was able to get all three checked out, with a clean bill of health!! I left with great information, & a program to help with the issue, that sounds logical. Now if it works, thatd be great!Overall, you should be happy going here, as with any facility in the MC universe. ADA friendly & all of that. Fragrance & tobacco free.

Allergy nurse Judy is very helpful and sweet and Dr. Duke is very thorough and knowledgeable.

Dr Christine M Puig is an excellent ENT Specialist; an even better surgeon. I could not offer a greater recommendation for a physician.

Waiting in the E,Rcan take up to an hour or more before you can be seen.Thats on their busy nights.
