Great customer service for sure everyone very professional and very knowledgeable of their products and tools

I came in and had no idea what I was talking about. Hope helped me and she is the best!! I don’t write a ton of reviews but she deserved one!! She was so patient and helped me pick everything out I needed! So much better than HomeDepot highly recommend this location!! I couldn’t have gotten through this process without her help!

This Sherwin-Williams location has been great every time we use it. Have never had a problem with the quality of the paint. Nice to have someone behind the counter with actual expert advice. Unlike the big boxes!

I made an order, Came at 5: 20 and it was still 40 minutes before closing, they didnt let me pick up my order, I wont come here again

Love them! Recently painted our interior exclusively with SW paint and they were so helpful, even with my EXTREME pickiness!I used to only use Benjamin Moore, but my real estate agent turned me on to SW and I’ll never go beck. Plus, the staff are way less snooty.

I went to the wrong Puyallup shop...great service at the other one!... and found nice people but seriously weird service. They were training a new employee and I know paint takes time. But it was a small order so I stood at the counter while they went POINT BY PIINT with this poor man. If they had told me it was going to take 20 mins just to get through the paperwork, Id have gone for a much-needed meal and come back. But not a word... I was dying, finally, and when I finally was charged for the paintbrush, I said I dont CARE if Im in your system, just charge me and let me go.They finally shoved a box of paint at me and....theyd added and charged me for a third color I didnt want. But by then I did not care. Im sure they meant well and hey, you gotta train people. But communication and consideration for the customer...zilch.

Great customer service! Would give them 10 stars if option available. We went in 10 min before they closed and they took care of us like they had all day still to go!! Got our color & we were out the door in 5 min. Dave, you have restored my faith in great customer service. Thank you! Awesome job :)

Love this place. It costs more than department stores of course, but the knowledgeable and friendly staff is totally worth it.

Customer service is horrid. Kevin the associate there would not take a gallon of paint the federal way location sold me by accident. Shelby at fed way was more than willing but since that is a far drive for me I wanted to return it here at the puyallup store . Kevin told me he will call me back so he can talk to Shelby at federal way . He never did and when I called he did not want to talk to me mentioning to call Shelby as she was supposed to call me . Im like why do I have to call her ? Why cant you just tell me what she said . So I call Shelby at federal way and she mentioned that this Kevin person did not want to take my gallon of paint . All of this for a $40 gallon of paint . Never would I buy here . Bad customer service, if it were not for Phil the manager to take my return I would of gave This store one star but Phil knows what customer service is . I will shop here but not with Kevin .
