Some of the staff are really nice, some are really snotty and rude( if i wanted judged I would go to see my mother in law) The selection is okay. Need to carryore sizes. ALOT of s/m and one size fits.

The ladies there, although they love to upsell, gave great customer service. Showed me top of my price range to lowest price range and of course I settled for that in between. Also signed up for membership and now 1st Tuesday of every month I will receive 20% off ...thats pretty great! Would certainly recommend.

The Manger was super helpful and really took some time to explain options for a first timer.

No need to be embarrassed. Go get the lubes you need. Girlfriends will appreciate it. The staff are there to help in your selection of a product, they are okay about talking about the other products to help you make her a little happier and reduce your stress. Also cheaper than divorce.

So helpful, the staff really has a great attitude and makes a person feel comfortable. So dont worry about saying that its for a friend or a gift for someone, just relax. Ask questions. They know all about their products and the knowledge you get is valuable.

I have only ever been to Lovers a few times and a the time I havebhave there Ive had pretty good service well now that theyre finally open Ive decided to go and do a little bit of shopping and want to check stuff out. But due to this whole COVIDsCOVID going on they have refused me service even though I have informed them that I am exempt due for medical reasons I have been refused service at lovers and I will no longer be a customer there. I feel as if I am being discriminated against because I am exempt from wearing a face mask and they will not allow me into the store without so.. I will gladly take my services elsewhere.

Lovers offers a great variety of lingerie from small to plus size as well as romantic to kinky. They carry a wide array of toys to be used on an individual level as well as for couples. The options for lubricant is great for all needs but most of all their staff is incredible. This wasnt my first time to an establishment like this but lovers employees are far above the rest- kind, inviting and very knowledgeable. I left feeling very confident of my purchases and excited to go back for future visits. I didnt catch her name but the sales associate that has a partially shaved head/brown hair and a nose piercing was so incredible ❤❤❤!!! Thank you!

Well it has been many years since I have stopped by one of these places and as expected everything was fairly spendy, but TOO much fun! I was immediately approached by Raquelle, who was enthusiastic, helpful, offered suggestions, and when i found something I really liked and it wasnt available in my size she got on the computer and found one at another location. She then called the store abd checked. Unfortunately they didnt have it, but it is this level of customer service that should be a standard. Since Covid, it feels like customer service has gone out the window, but yet I am still the same customer...it was VERY frustrating. So I feel they provided a welcoming atmosphere and made suggestions but were not at all pushy!

Its a very clean, neat, and orderly store. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgable about all their items. They will help you find exactly what you need and will make recommendations if need be. They are very well informed about their products. I will definitely be returning to this location again. Staff were very helpful and super nice. ... the product however that they recommended I am NOT pleased with AT ALL. Having to ship it back to the company that made it. But thats not the staffs problem.. other than buying a faulty model of their product I will probably go back but am gonna let them know what they recommended turned out to suck . lol

Carolyn was the sweetest and most knowledgeable person, the other workers were also very friendly. The store is clean and well lit, lots of variety and pretty much anything you could possibly need. I will 100% be returning, my experience there was better than I thought possible.

As far as Lovers go, this ones pretty good. It has a good sized selection of adult toys and colorful/decorated condoms, but on the itger hand their lingerie doesnt have many sizes or styles. Its also not super nice material, so if you have sensitive skin and dislike mediocre fabrics, youll want to either go to the Lovers in Auburn or shop somewhere else entirely. The store is bright and clean, and the staff are really friendly and confidence building if youre unsure of what youre doing. (This was the first one I ever went to, and they were so sweet!)

Items that will satisfy most any desire. Very helpful knowledgeable staff so dont be afraid or embarrassed to ask questions.

My husband and I decided to check out Lovers for the first time today. The entire store was pleasantly displayed. The staff member we came in contact with was knowledgeable as well as friendly. She answered all of questions professionally all while genuinely taking in our concerns of product to help us make an informed decision. We will definitely shop here again.( I do apologize for not being able to give the young ladys name who assisted us, it started with a B)

The lady who helped me was very nice and answered all my questions I had about a variety of items.

So i found everyone helpful and fun and was so excited about my purchase. I was really upset when I got home and noticed the samples that the clerk grabbed for me... where all charged! $20 dollars worth. I thought she was hooking me up for making a purchase since she just threw them in the bag. Would love to make a deal about it but she made sure to circle all sales are final on the reciept. Ill try to call tomorrow, and Ill comment if they help, but i thought this was pretty shiesty. Smh, thought you guys were cool!
