Fix Auto was really easy to work with, they were able to be flexible with me for when to drop off the car and explained everything clearly and in detail. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!! BIGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!! I dropped off my car 2 weeks ago because they said all the parts were in and to bring it now after having me wait 2 weeks to drop it off to begin with!!! After 2 weeks they still have been telling me they are waiting on the part that they said they had already, and nothing!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!! You will be given the run around and excuse after excuse!!! At this point after having to pay for a rental car to get to and from work I am still waiting on them! I still have to pay for a rental and am now paying more for the out of pocket rental they the job even cost!!! Save yourself a headache and some money . I only hope when I get my car back it is as at least as good as it was when it was dropped off!!

I was really happy with the knowledge I was given prior to bringing in my car in for repair. I had gone to several places to receive a quote and was not given the same details. I was very impressed with Fix Auto. After they were done repairing my car, I could not be happier. It looks beautiful. They did a fantastic job. They also called me during repairs to tell me parts that were ordered that I was prepared to pay for were not needed after all. I highly recommend this team!

I brought my car to Fix to see if they could help me get out a scratch on my bumper. Within minutes they had a guy buffing the scratch out of my car perfectly. They didn’t even ask me to pay!

I’ve been taking my 2007 Beetle here for a couple of years now. Had the rear bumper replaced after being rear ended. It was ready in two days. They kept me apprised of the status the whole time they had my car.This time to replace the drivers door that had a large dent. We scheduled a convenient appointment and dropped it off for repair. Again, Fix It kept us in the loop as to the progress of the repair. They went above and beyond. When we arrived, they had made a decision to replace the damaged speaker in with the better speaker from the new door. At no additional cost. Who does that!?! Fix It Auto does. They treat you like family.I highly recommend them.
