I was really not happy with tnt until my last inaction with them. They changed service managers and the new guy does not know how to talk to people he hangs upon you when you call him out for not following through on things he said he would do. I told him I would be coming after my stuff and when I arrived I could not get it because it was not ready. In the end they did deliver my four wheeler to me without confirming my address glad I didnt move or anything in the 4 months they had it. So much more I could say but just be safe and stay away. New service manager is rude hateful has not customer care experience and most of all does not follow through on what he says he will do.

Bought a Tracer 900 GT from TNT. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable with the bike. Cant wait to come back and have it serviced!

Bought a Yamaha Virago 250 from TNT. No problems. Excellent bike, excellent service. Bought the bike and rode it from Quincy to Davenport, IA. 150 miles no problems. Can not say enough good about these guys. Price and quality were unbeatable! A1!

My favorite place (although the furthest away) to take my Yamaha bikes for servicing. The best customer care and service dept of any cycle business Ive experienced from 1970 until today (Mar 29, 2016). Sales and service guys go above and beyond to listen, advise, and take care of you, most often at unbelievably good prices. With advance notice, they will service while you wait, and offer you a loaner. Very handy for someone riding in from 72 miles away.

Seriously, these folks are the best. None of the hassle of pricing and seeing what they can get out of you. Honest to the point and they are delivering it right away. Ill be back for another one next spring. Thanks guys! Julie at Garth Mansion.

Terrible customer service. Took my scooter in June, was told I would have a 2 week wait. One month later and I still hadnt heard from them. So I called them to find out they had diagnosed the problem but had forgot to call me and see if it was okay to move forward. I gave them the go ahead and they said about a week or two. Called them a couple weeks later...it still wasnt done, give them another week. Called the following week and it still wasnt done. A friend of mine had dropped his scooter off 2 months after I dropped mine off and they started working on his before mine. I called so many times they finally just told me to come get it. I went and picked it up free of charge, also bought all the parts from them and had it up and running myself 2 days later. I will never waste my time again with this company.

I bought a used bike and when I got it home I had some problems I called back down to them seeing as how I was 225 miles away to see what would happen and I talked to Andy which assured me that he would take care of everything he called me back shortly later and they did they took care of every all my problems I would highly recommend them to anyone they are extremely straightforward and honest if Im ever in that area again Ill be sure to stop by and see them
