Honest people great staff the manager there looked at my muffler and told me exactly what needed to be done. I though i was getting a new muffler. That was not the case. Saved me money -Thanks guys im back on the road with my hoopty!

By far the best auto shop experience I’ve ever had they are friendly and inexpensive (they don’t do unnecessary work, straight, to the point really good at explaining even a dummy like myself got it) super fast!! I can’t think of anything negative to say I went there for a whole week and couldn’t get into the door and I’m still happy!! because they save me so much money I will not go to any other place before I go to them that’s how much I love this place.Sincerely a woman that looks for anything to complain about

Ive gone to Eco in the past and theyre always very good. This time I needed a small custom-made piece for my vintage car and they were very helpful and made it for me within 15 minutes. I could not have gotten that service anywhere else. Would only use Eco for any exhaust issues I have and would recommend them to anyone.

Great Job Eco Muffler! I have an older Model Lincoln and the muffler pipe corroded and dropped from the engine and was in need of obvious repair. I tied it up as best I could and drove straight to Eco. They fixed it in no time and for under 300 bucks!! I was prepared for a much higher price after researching the issue on line. Could not be more thrilled with the service and price. I would and will recommend them to anyone that needs exhaust work done. I even got my boat rope back that I used to tie up the old broken pipe.

My Chevy Traverse was having a issue with the exhaust. Because the parts were original they were able to mend the leak! Car is running great and highly recommend Eco Muffler for these services.

These guys are great. Popped in 1st thing in the am because my muffler pipe had snapped. They put it right up on the lift, called me over, pointed out the most pressing problem and then showed me another small issue that could be remedied now or some time down the road. They couldve told me I needed a new muffler and I wouldnt have second guessed them, but they didnt. Super honest. I was in and out in less than an hour. Perfect service.

Great people & service. My car dealerships closed permanently so I called my car s original dealership. They told me that what needed to be fixed would cost around $2000. For a muffler. They were going to replace the whole thing when it was really 2 small parts I needed to replace. It was only $245.00 . The hell with the dealership. This is the place to go . Great job guys !!!✌️&💜

They are honest about their prices. You can walk in and know they will take care of you. Many of the repairs will be done within an hour or 2 which means youll be in and out. Great place overall, they only do exhaust and the pipes related to the exhaust.

Needed full exhaust for old honda accord-monroe quoted just under $1000 called here and was assured that the original parts were better than any replacements and that they would be able to fix it. sure enough for less than $400 they did just that! they couldnt have been more accommodating, helpful and friendly. highly recommedn eco muffler!

I went to Eco Muffler, and they fixed my car in under 25 minutes for $95.00. Now my car doesnt have the loud noise since they fixed it.

My car suddenly started making a loud muffler sound. I brought it in fearing the worse. Within 20 minutes they had it on the rack. The hangers were all loose or about to fall off.30 minutes later I was on my way with new hangers. Great job! Thanks

The people here were great! I was having problems with my muffler and was quoted $600 at another shop for repairs. I called to get a quote, the person on the phone was SO kind, and they had me in within 3 hours. They brought me under the car to show me exactly what the problem was, and quoted me only $105 for the fix! They fixed it within 45 minutes of me driving up for my quote. I definitely recommend them! They were very kind and explained everything for me because Im pretty clueless with cars and were just overall very pleasant to work with! Will definitely go back if I ever have problems again.

I had leakey exhaust on my 2 different cars in past few years. They fixed them and they did really good job. I didnt had any issue after then. They very friendly and helpful. They give me some options and prices so I choose in my budget one.

This places is the beat I had a price for almost 3 grand at Monro Muffler Quincy and then when here in only like charge 300.this guy know ther stuff well and only specialized in exhaust systems thats why they can keep that price reasonable

Very good service and they are real specialist with true heart to do the business for their customers. They only would tell me what I needed to fix and spent the money for. I saved a thousand dollars to replace the new muffler. They also helped me to install the muffler tip pipe with no charge. My car is 2009 Mitsubishi Outlander. I will strongly recommended people to go there. Not many business people really do the good and honest works to the customers, but they really do. :)

They managed to get me in and out in less than an hour- I thought Id have to get an estimate and then make an appointment like other places, but they did it all same day. They even showed me exactly what needed to be fixed and why. When I asked if I needed something else done, they were very honest and said it wasnt necessary, that they could fix the sections that needed work without needing to replace everything. And they cost $500 less than the other place I got an estimate from. Very friendly, trustworthy, and did great work. If I ever need work done again, Im definitely going here and will recommend it to anyone else who needs work done.

I have been going to Eco for almost 30 years, both for myself and taking friends there. There have been times when having my car serviced elsewhere that Ive been told that I needed exhaust work, trying to sell me a new muffler only to find out from Eco that I didnt. You need to go here any time you need muffler/exhaust work. I’ve been here twice for two different vehicles and what has impressed me the most is how much this business cares about its clientele.Each person that walks through that front door is greeted politely and professionally. Once they bring your car in, they are nothing but honest. They will make sure you understand what they diagnose. If they have to bring you to the service bay, they will. They will only go as far as recommending having the work done, and they will never force you to pay for anything unnecessary. Plus, in both of my experiences, they have sent me on my way fast. They’re that good at what they do.I noticed on my receipt from my second visit that they wrote my name down even though I don’t recall telling them who I am. It had been over a year since my last visit too. I’m just amazed.They do not take appointments. It is first come, first serve. So I would recommend coming as early in the day as possible.

After driving through torrential downpours my minor exhaust leak turned very loud. My exhaust was rattling, looked under and saw a flex joint just hanging and vibrating. The moment I walked in was greeted my the manager. I am sorry I did not get his name. Told him I think I need at the least a flex joint. They put it up on a lift in minutes. The manager came in and told me it was superficial, the exhaust is fine, and his mechanic burned the old flex off. He told me Have a nice weekend. I said surely I owe you, he said no thanks. The mechanic was so nice as well. I drove away thinking of what kind of beer they like! Incredible in this day and age, to have such an honest and great place in Quincy. Truly honest and old school!

My mechanic, whom I trust, highly recommended this place when I ran into an issue with my muffler.I was immediately acknowledged upon walking in, was given accurate estimates for time to assess the situation and time to implement the fix, and the price was tolerable. :-)I would definitely return (though I hope I wont need to) and highly recommend.

These people, oh my, I dont even know where to begin. They dont overcharge, theyre actually honest, and they do an amazing job. If I knew about them earlier, Id go nowhere but here. Theyre also super friendly. I went to preferred auto before going here, and they couldnt even figure out what kind of resonator I needed / what size of pipe I had. Screw all other places, GO HERE. YOU WONT REGRET IT!!

Both me and my girlfriend when here to get a muffler fixed on our older model SUV and car. Staff was knowledgeable and fair. Brought me into the shop and show me exactly what was wrong with my car. Told me what needed to be done now and what might need to be done in the future. Wrote on my receipt that if what needed to be done in the future went wrong later I would get that discounted rate as if I had got them both done now. Would definitely refer to friends and family and bring my car back there for any exhaust work needed in the future. Very happy with the experience from start to finish

Came in for an exhaust leak. My truck was on the lift in minutes. The Manager showed me the issues and quoted me a price. No attempts at upsells or oversells. Cant say how much that was appreciated. I rarely write reviews. But I have to give a shout out to Eco Muffler in Quincy and the manager Chris McCulley. My tail pipe fell off my car but I didnt need a whole new mufller, etc. A well known repair shop quoted me $750 for basically a new muffler and pipes. Given that my car was very old, I did not want to put that kind of money into it. I declined the repair shops work order and found Eco muffler via Google. I drove right over and Chris immediatly put the car on the lift and pointed out what he could do to save me some money. He quoted me only $245 for some welding and a new tail pipe! Done. Super fast service! It was done in 1.5 hours. Thanks guys!

Let me start by saying: what an AWSOME place. It is absolutely my to go place for anything muffler related, even though now I live about an hour away.I was visiting Eco Muffler Center a few years ago after I got a quote for close to a $1,000 from a shop that wanted to replace the part of the exhaust. I finally found Eco Muffler Center and just wanted to get a quote. They told me they can fix it for $120 on the spot in a half an hour by cutting out and replacing the piece with a hole in it. Ive never been so happy spend a $120.Fast forward 5 years. Im back with a different car, the clamp that held a shield facing towards the ground was rusted and the metal shield was rattling. They told me that theyd recommend taking the whole thing off or they could install new clamp for $5. Can you believe that? I agreed and didnt see the reason for that shield being there so they removed it, no charge. Ive never been to a place that didnt charge me anything other than estimate. I bought the guys a case of Bud Light.They have a lifetime customer for sure. Thank you guys!
