Waited in line for check out and a cashier was apparently open but didn’t even call a customer over. Anyhow worse thing is the manager ( I think) who appeared to notice customers in line and said nothing. Until the line built up, she then said; “ You should have gone to window 1” with an attitude. Shouldn’t you wait until you get called? Horrible manager.

I love going to this Party City store! They have the best selection for any holiday or event! The staff is always incredibly helpful when I need suggestions. The manager Kate is also very polite and always seems to know the answer to all my crazy questions.

Use all time best selection of party stuff and its local have the best variety i have seen anywhere around here.prices are reasonable it was recently done over and is very big now with so many options for all kinds of party needs no matter what type of party i highly recommend very easy to get to as well.

They have all kinds of decorations, Specail balloons you can make someones day better..

The slowest party city ever. Literally writing this while waiting for over 20 mins for my balloons like yes it’s 6 latex balloons but come on. People who came in after me have gotten theres and already left. Is it really only one person preorder like can’t y’all help eachother out to finish an order that came first ?? This is ridiculous.

The new location (over a year now) is pretty big. Its got all the items one can look for, covering all types of events. The place is very visible from the roads and has parking (limited in my opinion). The staff itself are very friendly and helpful. My only pickle is that some of the items are not good on quality and the price absolutely reflects the same but Id like to see a better quality option as well. Would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking to host any kinda party.

It has all the stuff you need to enjoy a nice holiday. They didnt have what I was looking for, but the good thing about holidays is you get to improvise. Party City helps you do that

Definitely have everything you would need for a body all of the stuff that you would need matching colors miles of aisles of Isles of candy and tablecloths and balloons I dont think Ive ever seen so many balloons anyways very nice atmosphere good workers a pleasure to shop there and its not expensive

Management is amazing, the Quincy Center Massachusetts Party City would be nothing without Kate and Alicia. They are absolute over achievers male them C.E.O. Avoid copley and south bay until they have help from Quincy store. Pembroke,MA. Store worth a stop. Everything you need one stop shop. Didnt know balloons could be an artisan craft till i wandered there .Again KATE AN Alicia are unbelievable.

After four Party City stores we found the spider girl costume #640. I know its a last minute buy but the one I ordered thru Groupon didnt come on time for Halloween. They lied on shipping time.
