My worst experience ever at a Kung Fu franchise. The current promotion was buy 2 large drink and receive a drink free. THERE was no sign anway that it said it was a medium. I requested no ice but than received majority ice, than as you can see in the picture there was 1/5 of drink was already missing. The worst part was when told the worker they just didnt make the change and look away. I WILL NEVER come back because there bubble was hard as rubber. There quality drink in flavor and texture was very poor.

You can’t go wrong having Boba and Fried chicken! The fried chicken was good.. I think it is alittle pricey.I can’t wait for the indoor sitting open up soon.They have the best roasted corn.

Didnt know what to expect when I went in, but I was pleasantly surprised. Dont know what spices they use in their chicken, but theres a subtle taste to it that is very pleasing and atypical of what is essentially just fried chicken.This location is takeout only, with social distancing neasures in place.

Honestly worst boba drinks ever. Their pictures of their drinks also dont look anything like the real thing. Ive included the drink I got and how its advertised. They put such little cocoa and even less brown sugar. All the boba spots around the area are way better so just avoid this place if your goal is good boba drinks. Try Gong Cha instead.

Made a mistake coming here during their grand opening when the line was long and the wait time is very long as well. I kind of walked in expecting that as well so the first trip was pretty unpleasantEdit: Waited a few weeks after their grand opening to give this place a try again and it was more satisfying (so updated the rating as well). I do like their spicy chicken wings and their curly fries. I do find it a good combo to have Kung Fu Tea along with your chicken wings. Its not a bad place to just enjoy on a weekend to just relax.

Bought two milk teas on 9/4. The bobas are either not fully cook or sitting there for too long. They are hard to chew. Go to a different King Fu tea other than this one.

Fried chicken was so salty! Got the crispy regular and the crispy spicy and could not eat more than half a piece at a time. It was well fried and very tender with a nice and slightly different seasoning than what you find at most American fried chicken places but the marinade for the chicken made the meat WAY too salty. Dont think Ill be coming here for the chicken in the future.

Heard a lot about the hype around this place in recent days and had to try it myself. Menu isnt very big (with the exception of side choices) but youre there for the chicken anyway. I ordered the 3 piece chicken combo with curly fries on the side. The fries were only okay but the chicken was awesome. Way better than KFC or even Popeyes. The spices they use really bring out the flavor.There were a few things they were sold out of and the line/wait was kinda long, but I suspect that will die down. They just opened recently so its understandable.

I asked for a plastic bag for the milk tea that I ordered, the owner told me they don’t have the plastic bag and I told him I really need a bag to hold the milk tea! He gave me the paper bag that is for the fried chicken, but this paper bag is big for the milk tea and without holder! The hot milk tea would spill out inside! And he also definitely told me they don’t have plastic bag all the time and without any apologies even if I told them other KungFu tea stores provide the plastic bags for free!However, when I ordered a milk tea here the next time, I saw the owner made it for me, and I found the milk tea is less then before! The liquid lever is quite lower! And the taste is really not good!Besides, the fried chicken is too salt to eat!Bad experience here! Never come again!

They got some good freaking boba but i believe the TKK chicken in the quincy location makes this kung fu tea that much better and stand out from the others, omg their chicken when made fresh, is on point, i had the 5 piece curry tenders today n they were absolutely delicious!

Ordered a Kung Fu Milk tea no topping Medium and the menu says it’s $3.75 but they charged me $4.00 when I asked about the prices they said the price went up. I feel they need to update the menu. It’s not that I had to spend .25 more it’s just wrong that they don’t have the right prices put up

I went there earlier with my mom, I was craving bubble tea so badly. Then I realized how much I dont know the menu. I ask the girl what the toppings are and she says I quote, step 2 on the menu. She wasnt necessarily rude, but I wouldve appreciated more help understanding the menu. There was so much to read and the print was very small. I just needed a little help. So I panicked and just said bubble tea, I guess. The drinks were fine and my moms chicken was good. Idk if Id go back.

Been there a few times:One time, price have to be adjusted after I found the error.Another time, I we have to wait for 25+mins for 1 of 4 drinks, the employee didnt let us know why while we wait... very unprofessional.Overall, customer services need to be improved.

I ordered 3 pieces TKK famous fried chicken, mild spicy, chicken sandwich and kwa kwa bao. Chicken is decent, Less greasy compare to KFC and its crunchy. I personally liked chicken sandwich, it was delicious. Kwa kwa bao is like sticky rice inside and crunchy outside, something different. I also ordered mango slush from Kung fu Tea, it was refreshing and had mango pulp inside. I will go back to try different menu again. The only reason I give stars because the sevice was slow, maybe because they recently opened lots of people are trying. Wish it was more organized too. Overall it was good fried chicken.I went back recently and had to change rating to two stars cause every time I go there they dont have enough food, everything is sold out or not available.

Very good food. Couldnt sit inside. Got our food to go. Hoping we can sit inside soon. We will be back.

This is absolutely the worst boba tea spot I have ever been to in my entire life. Their service and attitude toward customers is horrible. I have spent over $200 at this location and everytime I go there the workers are not helpful whatsoever. All I ask was for a suggestion and they gave me a hard time about it. I only asked due to the fact that they have an oversaturated and complicated menu. So I decided to order for Pick up via Uber eat to make my life easier. One day I came to pick up my order and the worker who was finalizing it was completely rude for no reason. All I did was grab a few extra straws and she pretty much gave me an attitude and made me feel uncomfortable by saying theres already straws in the bag which i was already fully aware of. My whole point is how you going to be stingy when I m a recurring customer who comes practically everyday over some straws. That type of attitude does not make me ever wanna come back. So for all of the reason Ive mentioned above. I would never be returning to this locations and I advise whosever reading this not to either unless you enjoy terrible customer service.

We visited Kung Fu Tea on a Wednesday early afternoon when it was not busy at all. They made both our items wrong (not the ice or sugar levels.) They made mistakes on the toppings and the tea. We had to tell them to correct our orders, and they didn’t seem to care about whatever mistakes they had made.

Ive gone here on several occasions and my only complaint is that i usually spend 20 minutes waiting for 2 boba teas. Ive gone when its busy and when its just me in the store and regardless of that fact its always a 20-30 minute wait.

Im a huge new fan of TKK fried chicken. We came here really late on a Monday evening and while we only ordered a side of 6 wings, they actually fried up a fresh batch and served us 9! They were super hot and crispy, amazingly flaky crust/skin, and incredibly flavorful meat. Absolutely delicious and just around $6.The Kung Fu Tea is similarly good -- on par with all their other locations in the Boston area. They havent been offering their pumpkin oolong at any of their locations despite it being a fall flavor...sort of a bummer.

It is the best! Not to sweet nor not sweet enough. I would recommend the almond milk tea or any of the milk teas.

I accidentally ordered the wrong tea and I come every day, usually I go to the location in the mall but since it’s closed one of the workers here noticed that I ordered the wrong tea! She fixed it and made my day, it’s the small things that count and even made me write this review. These people work really hard and they’re so nice Especially during times like these

Favorite BOBA tea and fried chicken. If you live in the Boston or New York areas, youre lucky to have such awesome food and drink.Cant recommend it highly enough.

Spacious tea place, perfect for a small gathering with friends. Love the bubble teas here, and I keep coming back for it. Now they are also selling fried chicken at this location, which makes it even better to hang. Gotta try the oolong bubble milk tea, coming from the bubble tea expert.

First, they remove negative reviews, both here and on Yelp: my review here was removed once, while 3 times on Yelp.Second, I dont like the fried chicken and sweet potato fries. The chicken tasted too salty and had too much oil. The sweet potato simply didnt have any taste of sweet potato. Not recommend this restaurant at all.Im a computational scientist working at Massachusetts General Hospital. I cannot believe that Yelp recognized me as a conflict of interest with this restaurant. Nor can I believe Google also agreed. At this aspect, I dont trust this restaurant at all.

I like the fried chicken, they are juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. It tastes much better than KFC or other fried chicken places. Although the chicken can be a little bit salty. Thats why you need to get the Kung Fu Tea to flush down the saltiness.

The fried chicken was good and crispy. Even if they have pagers for your orders to be called. If the pager is buzzing it indicates the order is ready. The staff was polite and helpful to minors.

Usually like Kung Fu Tea, but have had problems with orders multiple times at this location only... Long waits for pickup orders, app orders not going through, having to send emails to get refunds, order item mix ups... ect. The seem a bit disorganized here, so we stopped going to this King Fu Tea

This boba tea place is a shared location with TKK, which has good juicy seasoned chicken and plenty of sauces choices. Much prefer this than KFC. If you like dry flavorless chicken, go to KFC. Drinks are average though, nothing special

Over price. The combo come with a small piece of chicken, some fires, deep fired sticky rice and mash potatoes. They charge $12 for the combo. Chicken and the deep fried sticky rice is too greasessy.

Very expensive. Better off going to Popeyes which is half the price. $15 for 4 piece with a biscuit and one side, no drink.

Its a mixed store with Kung Fu tea and the TKK fried chicken place. I have ordered the chicken here alot. Have not tried the sandwiches or the tenders but the chicken itself I have to say is very good. In my opinion it has more flavor than KFC.
