Went online and found the Limited Addition Vinyl (2000 copies) I wanted to add to my collection, but the Website wanted to charge for shipping adding to the cost of my purchase.So I called my local FYE at the Quincy Mall and (James) not only looked it up in the system for availability but went above and beyond to make sure it was physically in stock. Since it was the only Limited Addition Vinyl in stock he held it for me until I arrived 30-40 min later. Also was taught that I can log into my online account and save it. Then go to the store, log onto my account on the kiosk in store and complete my order and get Free shipping to the store. Sweet experience easy to find with Google maps app, excellent customer service and support. Top it off I found another Limited addition vinyl (1000 copies)for my collection on sale. The Addiction is Real !!💯👍

They are the only place in town to find just about any movie or show your interested in. Memorabilia from Pops to shirts. Friendliest customer service in the mall by far.

Im pretty upset with the way things were handled with my transaction. I took my son for his birthday to spend his money. He was going to buy about $30 worth of merchandise. Put my card in to pay and an error read. It ended up taking $23.10 three times out of his prepaid debit card. Almost all of his birthday money. After letting the cashier know she called tech support and they canceled the transaction. No money was put back on the card. She called someone else, said would take 2 days to get his money back, still no money. Then I ask as we leave what to do with the bag of merchandise, well technically you didnt pay for it. Are you kidding?! Like were going to put our card back in your machine to take MORE money out. So not only did he leave with nothing, so far he spent $70 on nothing! Such a poor way to treat repeating customers.

One of the few music stores left in the area yet their stuff is still way overpriced... This will be just another place but out of business or ran out of Quincy by corporate Walmart... No idea how its even still open in a dying former Quincy Mall. Employees are friendly and greet customers well though and they have a good variety of stuff available. CD selection isnt the best surprisingly but thats not really on them... its just another fatality to the new streaming age.

This is a favorite place to go when in Quincy. They have a large movie selection as well as really cool novelty items. :)

If you are looking for movies...old or new, this is the place for you. I found a couple of movies but I spent at least an hour looking at all the titles they had.

Still like this store it they dont have the cd I want they can usually burn it one of the last places you can still find them plus so much more

Best store for an anime fan who doesnt want to take a flight to Japan just to get some manga or anime also for big music and tv/movie fans. My only complaint is this box I got that has alot of sweets from Japan because I expected it to have at least one thing of pockys.
