Excellent service. Had an issue where a tire needed to be taken back for a quick fix, was resolved immediately. Nice, friendly service. Does not talk down to you, gives you honest opinions and options. Takes you back to see your vehicle to explain the issues. Highly recommend.

Took over 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation, in witch the tire rotation could not be done because they couldnt remove the tire lock with the key. After pickup I noticed a buzzing coming from my ac system after making a complaint it was looked at with no answer. When I got the vehicle home I was able to look and noticed a leaf had fallen into the impellers of the fan. I was taking my vehicle to quick lane as a favor of a friend of mine that is employed at ford. I will not be returning.
