Great place for carpet! Friendly service and great prices

We recently purchased carpet from Savemore Carpet. We spent nearly $6,000 and are not satisfied with the carpet or the installation. The carpet has been down three weeks and it looks old and worn out. We called Savemore to let them know we were not satisfied. They sent the same installer team to FIX IT. It wasn’t any better; they said this particular installer gets in a hurry. They sent another employee out to try and FIX IT. Each time the carpet was stretched. Obviously the carpet had not been installed correctly. We are waiting for the fourth installer to come and FIX IT. Don’t know for sure when he is coming. We wanted to keep our business local but regret doing so. We would like to have our money refunded or different carpet with a qualified person to do the install.

Excellent customer service. Helped us pick out a soft back carpet that will have the edges bound to our specific size. The soft back will help protect our hardwood floors.
