Customer Service was absolutely Amazing.... He could multi task better than Ive ever seen an associate do anywhere, sense of humor. He was the BEST!!! The customer service at this location is always horrible. My husband and I try to avoid going to this store whenever possible because we continually have a bad experience with rude employees. Because of proximity, we went to this location today and employee Corey was rude, cleaning his watch off the entire time and not looking at us, barely giving us responses, and rolling his eyes every time we asked another question
I went to upgrade a phone. Worst decision of my life! My bill doubled, my entire plan changed and was given no notice. Also overcharged twice. Never again. Better off going to sprint, and theyre out of business. I regret it!!!!
Wanted to check out the new Samsung phones, there was only one guy on the sales floor who was already with another customer while what I assume is the supervisor sat in the back room. The rep asked for help which is when she came out to put me and the expanding line of people into their “queue”. I was next up but she skipped me and helped the next lady in line. I’ve been with T-Mobile a long time but this experience has me reconsidering Verizon. This store needs more reps or at least a competent supervisor.
Awful costumer service. Very rude people.The manager and these other two guys were the worse.If you don’t want to get stressed out and have the job done, avoid this particular store.

This is the best T-mobile in the Boston area. Well worth driving over because all of these guys know what they are doing and are incredibly helpful!My first experience was with Jacky a while back and there is nothing he does not know. Very, very tech savvy and got my new phone up and running and transferred over all of my messages, photos, documents and everything so it was a seamless and smooth transition.Went in again today and Jarrod helped me with a temporary phone Im using until I can replace it. He bent over backwards to help me. Next time, Im buying the insurance because he could have ruled my broken phone defective and I would have gotten a new one for free.Every time Ive come here, Ive been blown away by the customer support. A shout out to Benny and Brian, too.When you are ready to buy your next phone, come here to Quincy. The reps here are the best. Ive been a T-Mobile customer for years so Ive been to Boston and the other sites - but these guys and gals are the most helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly!And when youre ready to buy your next phone, I recommend the insurance. I would have gotten a new one for free today! :)

As the seasons turn. Last year had a great experience here. This year not so much as I had a minor damage to the phone happen to the back screen just an hour before my warranty exchange. The rep (John)offered no help and just referred me to samsung. Good to know that once they have your commission money they turn their backs on you. Buyers beware.
Jerrod is the best, most knowledgeable, mobile phone expert that I have ever worked with. No nonsense, but gives you 100 percent useful information. He implemented the move from at&t to tmobile for my family of 5! Highest recommendation!

I went to the store last year. when was different manager,and different employees,had really good experience and were so helpful.But lately I went back the same place to aks for upgrading my phone.the Asian guy was really rude and inexperience.I won’t back there again

The district manager is nice here. I had the same sales rep two times I went who is knowledgeable. The other time the staff was newer and had difficulty processing my jump on demand return. The latter issue seems to be with tmobile in general due to lack of training

My phone was giving me problems for quite awhile. Being so frustrated with it I went to T mobile on Hancock st. I explained to Andrel I think his name was and he was very helpful to me. Within a half hour or so I walked our of there with a new phone. Working in customer service myself i found him very polite and extremely helpful to me. I even had to go back 20 minutes later cause i couldnt get my email working and that gentlemen whos name i didnt get had me in and out in 5 min. Great store with extremely knowledgeable employees working there! I would highly recommended this store to all who need any help with their phones! Keep up the good work guys!!! You are probably going to wait a little bit considering they generally only have a few people working at a time. When you are helped they give you undivided attention and make sure they solve all of your problems. T-Mobile wasnt great back in the day but they have redeemed themselves! Great coverage and customer service.

Worst customer service I have ever seen.I came in just to exchange my cell phone.. Employees were very rude, they were not helpful at all.I asked to speak to Angelina the manager she told me she wasnt there to prove how rude her employees were to me as if I needed a witness for the incident.She claimed that one of the employees happened to be new and that he had no idea what the rules were.I presented to them a temporary identification from Mass ARMV and they refused it.2 days 4 employees none of them can help..Over exchanging a phone... So I advise you not to go to that T-MOBILE LOCATION ..
I was assisted by a a T-Mobile agent who was not only rude and not willing to go a little bit further to help me with some questions and issues I had about my cell phone until the manager came and resolved the problem thoroughly. The agent showed total lack of proffesionalism dealing with customers in general. This happened in T =Mobile store at South Shore Plaza in Braintree. I thanked the manager for taking her time to resolve the problem.

This is the worst place to get service, the manager is so disrespectful and the staff is not great. I stayed 2 hours to get the screen protector for my iPhone which i got From T mobile.
I entered the store and got in line behind the one person that was ahead of me. The store manager stood along side the worker micro managing, and chit chatting with the customer. Keep in mind I have not been greeted. I feel invisible. I ask the manager can you transfer my contacts from my old phone to my new phone? He replied that is not my job, you will have to wait until he is done with this customer. More customers came in they were assisted by the manager. I dont work for T-Mobile but come on it could have taken the guy 2 minutes to hook the phones up, go handle his business, come back and hand me my phone. The manager was rude, arrogant, and showed to be a horrible example at setting customer service expectations.

Went into store with huge phone problems. Customer service was great and they helped fix my phone problems and help me save my important information... Was there for a while...Due to angry customers trying to dispute their bills. I atually feel bad for the people these workers have to deal with... Customers just come in to argue about their bills. (they are not the billing department) I was there for an hour and saw 3 different instances where the poor workers were getting yelled at by customers for their bills and billing issues...They are sales reps that sell phones and give you help getting started with your new phone. They are not your finacial punching bags... If you cant afford a cell phone dont have one.
