Sorry to say that the delivery person left the arrangement next to the mailbox, on the ground, about 20 ft from the home - the family didnt find it until 8:00 p.m. after I kept calling to see if there my gift had arrived.that was on Christmas Eve.. I had high hopes but delivery to me means at the front door... (there is so much wild life in the area of delivery, very lucky it wasnt devoured by the critters)

I ordered a birthday arrangement for my friend, and my friend wasn’t at work that day and the delivery driver called and delivered to her apartment instead. Love the great follow-up, and I didn’t have to do anything except pick the one I want and pay for it. Easy and painless! This shop sent high quality chocolate covered strawberries to my boyfriend for his birthday. the balloon that was included lasted a very long time and they followed all the directions I gave (he lives in an apt building) he was so surprised and happy!

The Quincy location was great! I sent chocolate covered strawberries for Mothers Day to my sons Vovo and mistakenly chose the wrong date for delivery. They had no problem changing things and delivering it the same day!

My sister ordered me a edible arrangement last week because I was in the hospital. I was very sick for 2 weeks and she put a lot of thought into a gift for me. She ordered me the delicious fruit design large with a Chocolate get well pop. Yeah well edible arrangements sent me a cheap brown metal tin with a handle, I should’ve received what was in the photo online. I also received a cheap friggin pineapple pop. My sister spent over 100$ for a nice gift and I was sent the worst gift. 100% will never order from Edible again. Going to be contacting corporate for my reimbursement.

This was for a funeral. Chose the arrangements with white chocolats dive (they are made of pineapple). The arrangement was very appropriate and appreciated by the recipient. Great experience at the store.

Went to the wrong business. The recipient saw the truck he left. No attempt to contact the recipient . I called right when he said he saw the truck & they didn’t pick up before 5. Never again !

Quincy Location is great!! They helped me surpise my son with a special delivered birthday fruit arrangement to his work all at the last minute!! I am 3000 miles away and i wanted something special and they helped me make something very special and delivered it that day as promised. My son said the person who delivered it was so nice and it was such a great arrngement and fruit was awesome and he got to share it at work. This thank you is over due!!... I highly reccomend.
