Great service, and good selection.

I came in and had a drink, was told that I can not have a drink inside. After throwing my drink away and coming back I noticed someone else had a drink but was not approached for ten minutes in the store until I made a comment to the worker that approached me. Then when I went to buy shoes for my girlfriend they only had one pair left of the kind that we wanted and there was a stain on them since it had been on the floor. I asked them if they could get the stain out before I purchased them. They said I would have to buy some of their shoe cleaner to get the stain out. When purchasing a new pair of shoes they should be in pristine condition, or they should have atleast attempted to get the stain out with their own shoe cleaner.

Very great customer service didnt have the shoes instore my daughter wanted so she showed her them on the website and the girl working not only order and shipped them but gave free shipping

I had an issue with my son shoes jordans they were coming apart the manager ashley was so rude to my son...he came home upset i called the next day and i told her who i was and she asked if i could hold on left me on hold 30 mins so i called back she had a major attitude and i decided to go to the store when i came in i take it she knew who i was and went in the back the other guy working was even confused he went back and got her as i asked and then she comes up and i asked herabout the night before about being rude to my son and she said well he (a ten year old)made a face that surprized her what it is she told my son it looks like he runs and plays alot in the shoes and its normal wear 60 days in..my son said no i cant run or play ...my son has medical issues and does not even particapate in recess or gym so he responded to her question but she was just rude and we still didnt get our shoes replaced 140 dollars

Loved my time here, Store is always evolving and getting new stuff. Also this store isnt just typical sporting good, it also has fashion to offer.

Nike shoes are most of the selection and Nike shoe quality and comfort has gotten progressively worse the last 5 years.
