I was looking for a larger, lower horse tractor to replace my 6210R and was working with Sam. We spoke well at 1st then never got a call back. I then called back in which he didnt seem interested in giving me anything for my tractor or buy it outright, never gave me a realistic number. I then asked him to give me complete details on the tractor I was interested in and a final price and have heard nothing. Hopefully this guy will get a grasp on customer service.
