This place is so amazing for brunch or nice dinner in the summer. It has great views.I wanted to come to this restaurant since I read about the chef getting the 2021 chef of year.Sadly I wasn’t too fan of the food. It’s not that it wasn’t good, but it wasn’t anything special for me. The caprese wasn’t too flavorful, the seafood linguini dish I found it tasted too much like lime, but maybe that’s what it was supposed to taste. We also got the special of the night risotto with scallops. That’s wasn’t trilling either. I felt the risotto wasn’t cooked very well.However the drinks were amazing! We loved the VP coco punch (orange drink in the pic).Our server was fantastic. She was very accommodating abs came the right amount of time. We went on a Thursday night and were seated right away outside without no reservations to my surprise. This place is perfect for a summer dinner.I would give this restaurant another try.
First time checking out Victory at Marina Bay and I had a good time. The staff is very prompt and courteous especially our waitress Mattie! She brought out our drinks and food in a timely manner and theres was almost no delay.The food itself was pretty good. The bolognese pasta was really good, cooked perfectly al dente and each piece of penne was nicely coated in the delicious beefy bolognese sauce. I also got the salmon entree and the eggplant addition was a nice pairing with the salmon. My salmon was cooked nicely but felt a little under seasoned. My friends got the seafood linguine and also the lobster linguine. The linguine pasta was perfectly cooked as well but was a bit too salty and spicy for our liking.Overall the atmosphere is amazing the staff is prompt, courteous and the food is quite good. Price is a bit over the top in my opinion but the view is unbeatable
Walked into this restaurant as a party of 8 on a special occasion. The view of the marina and the nautical decor was a great setting. The service was warm and welcoming and everyone was very pleased with their meal as well as the appetizers. Will return and highly recommend!
We came here for our first time and we can’t wait to come back. Well worth the wait! DELICIOUS food and OUTSTANDING service. We couldn’t ask for a better atmosphere, food, and waitstaff.From the second we walked in the host Sophia warmly greeted and us made us feel welcome.Adrianna our server was very attentive and pleasant although the restaurant was busy.We got the fisherman’s platter and pizza. The portions were a good size for the price and DELICIOUS.We had vodka sodas and they don’t skimp on the alcohol.We were fortunate to see a beautiful sunset. The view alone, being on the water was priceless.Keep up the great work!!
I absolutely love Victory Point. It is definitely our go to place. I have had almost everything on the menu and I have never been disappointed. The staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Recently I had a party in their beautiful room upstairs. Everything was over the top. N. Every detail was thought of and handled by the staff. All my guest commented on how fabulous the food was. If youre looking for a great party venue. Thumbs up to Victory Point. Thry sure know how to throw a party. We were beyond pleased and cant wait to do it again.
Absolutely superb experience all around!!I was looking for a place with outdoor dining since its starting to get nice out, and honestly this was my first choice because I could book a reservation online, which was a breeze. Didnt end up needing the res. though, we were seated right away outside.Our servers name was Maddie I believe, and she was absolutely wonderful. Very charming and so attentive. My friend and I took forever to make a decision on an appetizer since we just kept catching up, but as soon as we put our menus down she came right over to take our order.The calamari came out so quickly!! It was the BEST calamari Ive had in a very long time. Perfect, light breading and cooked to perfection. not chewy at all, just melts right in the mouth. Good portions too.I ordered the Lobster Raviolis(pic) and my friend got the Cod Milanese, both of which were absolutely delicious and came out in good time as well. Best Lobster raviolis Ive had at a restaurant, ever.Prices for seafood are standard, but the quality here is great. 3 Drinks, appetizer, and 2 main seafood dishes totaled up to a little over $100. The atmosphere was wonderful. Being able to watch the sun set on the marina and a little view of the Boston skyline made for a fantastic evening.We frequented the Water Club before covid and it was our first time back around Marina Bay. I am so excited for better weather so we can keep coming back! 11/10 :)I wish I took more pictures to share the great view we had!

I can’t say enough about my experience with the crew from Victory Point! I had a bridal shower in their event space and from the jump Adam, the GM was super responsive and had great ideas for everything. The day of the event no detail was left out they had great protocols in place with COVID the food was amazing and even to how they presented and brought the food out was well thought out! Maggie and Kristen were our servers and they made my sister ( The Bride) feel taken care of and attended to! The room is awesome and they were always happy to accommodate any requests. Anyone who is looking for an event space for a special occasion celebration should definitely check it out. The restaurant itself is delicious too! Thank you again for a perfect experience!

We arrived around 9 p.m. on Sunday. Got table right away. I haven’t had such a great clam chowder in a long time. Chunks of clams, not too much potatoes, just the right amount, tasty broth. Not too heavy, not too watery, just perfect. Mussels were fresh and delicious, broth again was perfect. I also liked spaghetti and clams. Pasta was cooked just right-al dente, sauce was great, clams fresh and soft, easy to chew.Great view, clean bathrooms, nice design, good service.It was my first time there and I am sure I will be back again.I would totally recommend the place!
Was in the area on business. Food was expertly cooked and served still in prime state. Calamari appetizer was first quality product cooked crunchy and not greasy. My grilled chicken on Caesar salad was also excellent. I got espresso (Lavazza my favorite) as a finish. Menu replete with Italian and American options. Venue is exhilaratingly gorgeous. Will make it a return destination.

Great bar tenders, great service, but food is not good
Delightful waterfront spot with a moderately priced menu of slightly upscale bar food. Get the spear point oysters if available. Drinks are good if a bit in the sweet side. Lobster roll is tasty but could have used a bit more lobster or less bread. Seems like a good place to sit outside when its warm out.
9/4/21 was my wifes birthday, this was a special one. She wanted Baked stuffed lobster. My wife is a chef in her own right and the last few times of ordering stuffed lobster there was overall disappointment. In her search she found Victory Point Restaurant, veiwed the menu; though the menu does not include stuffed baked lobster she called and made our reservation. In speaking with the staff member she shared she really wanted a stuffed lobster and was then explained she could definitely order one, that if Chef has advanced notice he will prepare it. She was sold!!Chef Pino Maffeo did not disappoint!!! My wife was over the moon with the sweetness and tenderness of the lobster and the flavors used for the stuffing along with the additional seafood. I had a bite and I have to say it was one of the best Id ever tasted. Thank you Chef Pino Maffeo for making my wifes birthday that much more amazing. My Chicken Marsala was also perfect. We will definitely be returning.

Watched the GM use a dirty floor rag to clean a cup to poor wine in. A different bartender asked if a cup was clean, told unknown, stuck his face in and decided to use anyway... bathroom covered in day old puke. This place is dirty and gross and they must think just because they’re on the water can charge a fortune for bland food. Grab a pizza from their pizza place, boardwalk, chef there is a genius, and go sit on a bench nearby. Main restaurant not worth it. Not even they’re drinks are clean
We ordered 2 salads and was very disappointed! I normally dont complain about this place because I have eaten here a couple of times. They blew it today! 70 dollars for this and chicken tasted like wood! Service was good and we paid for the view!

Certainly no Victory here! Possibly the worst lunch I’ve every had. Bloody Mary.. terrible… Buffalo wings awful… seafood linguine was really spaghetti with clams that smelt like sewage. Even the burger was bad with a bun so soggy it fell apart, Soup of the day was like dishwater & vomit.no decent wine… everything overpriced… do you need to hear more!!!In Reply to Managers Comment - Donato, thank you for responding, why did I not call you to our table? We were in a large group with children and it would not have been appropriate to complain as there was literally so much wrong and every adult felt the same. To note - The purpose of reviews are to help customers make a decision about a restaurant and this is the first review I have EVER written. Even if you had refunded our whole meal I would still feel the need to warn others of the quality of food you are serving for that price! Thank You
We have been sitting at a table for 20 and no one came up. Servers came by a a lot of times and never said anything. Not even asked for water. Really bad waiters! We left before someone came up to us.
Have ordered take-out from here twice now and was let down both times. The first time it was the soggy and bland chicken parm I got. This second time it was the $18 north end special pizza that was thrown together. Did not end up eating the fullmeal either time. While there was nothing wrong with the food it does not live up to the price you pay for it. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because of the egg rolls…those are actually very good

Victory Point treats their employees poor.When you go to this restaurant just keep in mind that the management staff do not let their employees take breaks.
The dining room as well as the bar areas were very cold! An east wind went from the marina straight through to the streetside door. The dining room itself gave me a feeling of being in a McDonalds restaurant. No personality whatsoever. Food was nothing more than adequate.
Hostess was not welcoming. Arrived around 5:00PM to an unfriendly hostess. It seemed like she was bothered by our presence. Told us a table for 4 would be about 1 hour. Another couple, already seated with stroller asked to move to a different table that had just opened up. The hostess got an attitude and rudely told them they had to wait. After waiting an hour, we left. The restaurant finally called at around 7:00PM and when we didnt answer the phone, no voice mail was left. No text either. My family and I are all about supporting restaurants during COVID, but it should work both ways.

It will never be like Capitan Fishbones unfortunately. Whole boardwalk turned mainstream. Always have to ruin a good thing. Restaurant is very good just not what it use to be. Will come back though.
Overall: Good ambience but will never eat there again. Will not recommend to anyone.Ambience and Service:The ambiance of the place is great and service is pretty quick!Appetizers:We ordered Fries, Buffalo chicken wings, Brussel sprouts and Humus for appetizers. They are pretty average in taste but still better than the entrees.Entrees:For entrees we got chicken parmesan, scampi shrimp, chicken bolognese and chicken marsala. We wished we hadnt ordered any entree. None of our dish was good, we couldnt eat completely even one entree. Considering the price of the food, everything felt even more worse.
We were not disappointed. The food was excellent, and the service could not have been better with just the right amount of interaction with our server, which contributed to the evening. I do take my wine, but their wine list was excellent! We will be coming back!

Honestly the worst food I had in Marina Bay. The server tells me the chef is from Italy and his pasta are authentic. To my disappointment, this cuisine was basic and undercooked and not authentic. You’re basically paying for the view fromMarina Bay. It seemed the service outcasted minorities, since myself and another table was getting little to no attention from the waiter. What really confirmed this thought was the other tables around was getting bread and butter while they waited and ate their entrees, myself and the other minority table did not at all. The food was a huge disappointment, even Olive Garden has more flavor to their pastas (&I’m sure making one yourself would too!). What also irked me was that the waiter closed out our check when I didn’t even ask for it yet. I would recommended port 305 since they seem more legit on their calamari and service
Fantastic Food!! I had the most delicious sub made with mouth watering fresh out the oven bread and other high quality ingredients you can taste. Wrapped with care and Covid aware this is an amazing place to eat and we will definetly be dining here again.

Little confusion on their part with the Valentines menu. In years past its been a Prix-fixe menu. This year it was just Specials menu but looked the same.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars. Let me start by saying the food is pretty good and I’ve tried pretty much everything lobster related at Victory Point. My favorite dish was the Lobster Fra Diavlo when they had Angel Hair or Thin Pasta which is about 25% of the time. Lobster was plentiful and the spicy red sauce was delicious. I am a member of the safe harbor Marina Bay docks and frequented this place. Ate dinner here roughly 50 times this summer and let me just say the food is great but the service is awful about 30 of the 50 times I’ve been there I have not been pleased with the service. Let me give some examples-They have waited as long as 40 minutes to take my order/bring drinks after seating me-Often times they ask if I want bread, Often times I say yes but never get the bread. One time I got it after my meal no joke-They have about 3 female waitresses that I have dealt with that have been very rude multiple occasions and don’t seem like they want to be working there-I have been here 50+ times and all but 3 times I have been ID’d for alcohol. That’s not a bad thing but come on I’ve been here 50 times and I’m a member of the marina you think that they’d remember me.I want to love this place for its food but the service needs serious work. Managers are not often checking how guests are being treated and it makes it feel cheap ( which it’s not)
Very nice atmosphere and staff. Could sit with a dog. I liked the menu but taste was not as good as price demanded. Ill definitely go back.
First, I gotta say our waitress Taylor went above and beyond to accommodate us! She truly made our anniversary special. Great food, drinks, scenery, and Taylor helped create an amazing personalized experience!I would suggest trying the Lobster Ravioli and the Spaghetti and Clams, both delicious!

We walked in on an empty night. The wait staff just stared at us, as if we were intruding. They were open for hours.The wait staff was terribly disorganized. Our waitress took my appetizer plate right out from underneath me as I was still eating.The bartender served me a martini in a plastic glass full of ice and we were sitting inside.Dinner was sincerely mediocre especially for the price they’re charging. Would not return. Highly dis-recommend.
Lovely views from the back deck area. Very friendly staff. I did not eat there (yet!) but I hear the food is great as well. They also do functions on the second floor.

Tried Victory Point for the first time the other night and absolutely love this place!! Fantastic atmosphere and the food was unreal. There is a great view out over the bay. Their customer service was superb!! Adam, the manager, must have come by our table 3 separate times to make sure everything was okay and to help out his servers. Love seeing the leadership by example. Cannot recommend this place enough, Will definitely be coming back!!
We had a charming server which made our experience very pleasant. My dining companion had the soup de jour a lentil soup with vegetables and beef...delicious! I ordered the lingui with clams...also delicious.

I was there with my cousin and her two children, we ordered the caprese which came to us without the glaze and with a different tomato than was listed on the menu, we also ordered the garlic chicken with the sauce on the side it came to us dry, over cooked and again with the wrong sauce, lastly we ordered the steak and cheese spring rolls, we got two horrible spring rolls for fourteen dollars, you sir should be ashamed of yourselfPS I paid with a credit card if you want to question my integrity

I feel bad that I have been to Victory Point so often and always had a fantastic experience yet never took the time to say so....there I said it. The servers are friendly and efficient, the menu has a great variety of delicious options and the prices are very good. Ive also attended several events( cooking class, wine tasting, comedy show) and always had fun there as well.
Chicken parmesan was delicious, everything was super clean and tables were socially distanced. I will go again!
Could not have been more disappointed. Went to lunch there today, while the food was very good the customer service was insanely poor. I got a glass of wine with a lipstick stain on it (during covid) and brought it to the bars/managements attention and there was not even an ounce of apology. Our food had come out wrong (which also my party would not have cared about if recgonized). And when we received the bill, maybe our own faults but I assumed the “dirty”glass would have been taken off the bill, but wasn’t. Our waiter was very kind but management (which was aware) could have stepped up, even with just an apology!

I don’t often write reviews, but my last experience at Victory Point was nothing short of exceptional. A friend recommended the place as we were looking for a place to go for my Fathers birthday. The location was breathtaking, overlooking the water with fantastic a view of Boston.Apart from the establishment. I have to give a shout-out to the manager, Adam. He greeted everyone as we walked in and even initiated a conversation as he sat us. His high energy and professionalism is worth noting. He continued to check in on us, throughout the evening.This was our first experience at Victory Point, and it certainly won’t be the last.Kudos to Adam and the Staff
Today we booked brunch with Santa it was a horrible mistake. First Santa looked like he was from a corner in Boston. I paid 80.00 for this breakfast it was really bad. My eggs I had ordered over easy not even close. My steak I ordered medium it was grey yuck. Toast came late and cold. Oh did I say Santa was not good at all as he hung at the bar. My lobster had some disease that leaves huge black soft spots all over it— and I googled it and it’s not just cosmetic, it makes the meat taste bad. My daughter also got a lobster and it didn’t taste that good, low on flavor and a little rubbery. It’s July, and the corn was made from frozen. The French fries were not good. This place is too expensive for this quality of food. Servers were nice though.
Sunday brunch was wonderful! All table service and not crowded at all. Had a nice table outside in the shade. Cant beat the food or the location.
Well I intended to go here for afternoon drinks on Sunday afternoon with two of my girlfriends. The hostess was rude, and seemed reluctant to even put my name on the wait list, barely responded when I asked how long the wait would be. We wanted to be seated outside and were told it was a 30 minute wait, this was exactly at 3:01 pm. Gave my information despite my friends saying lets go elsewhere. I thought 30 minutes is not that bad, I was not going to let the rude hostess ruin my day, and we can walk around and take pictures in the meanwhile. We walked to the end of the marina and walked back about 15 minutes later to see folks that were behind us in line when we reserved our seating being seated. at that point we decided to go eat at a place down the other side of the marina. While eating at the other place at around 3:58 I got a phone call and text stating that our table was ready. I am not sure what happened here but I know that I will never spend my money there.
Went for brunch on with a couple of friends. We shared several dishes from the brunch menu which were all spectacular. The hash and the waffles were my favorites but the other items we had were great too. Service was great and the view from inside sitting next to the windows was really nice as well. Will definitely be back!
I went here for the first time last night and loved it. The cannelloni and lava cake were both incredible. Great location on the waterfront, spotlessly clean, and every person who worked there was kind, laid back and helpful. My wife and I were very impressed and will be back again.

Went past 3 weekends. Today wasnt so great. Slow service and got a 17.00 $ salad thats was so small with 2 tiny pieces of avocado.
This restaurant is surrounded by ample competition with even more to come. They should know they cannot get by with just a good plate. We were seated outside next to a table with a dog who constantly barked at the many dogs that walked by. My lobster Mac and cheese was great, until I found several curly black hairs throughout the dish. Knowing it was not our servers fault, I mentioned it to her without much disarray, however she did not contact a manager or anyone that I could see, and I paid full price for a dinner littered with hairs. With the amount of options within steps of their door, I will not return here.

The crab cakes are awesome, best ever. The lobster roll was decent, not the best ever. Clam chowder rocked. I really liked the arancini. Service was excellent. Lager recommendation was spot on!
This is by far the grandest restaurant Ive been to in 20 yrs. This place is absolutely gorgeous. The view is superb as well.as the food, the food is delightful.The owner Donato is by far a gentleman among gentlemen. What a delightfull day and evening. You must have the same experienced as all the other happy people. I was truly delighted. I wish you all the same happy experience as I have had and continues to enjoy.
Insanely terrible service. I arrived Sunday at 4pm and placed my name and number on a waiting list for a patio table. I was told the wait would be 45min-1 hour. We decided to wait at another bar. After 1:30 I walked over and could clearly see names before and after mine had been crossed out. We where a party of 4. After asking how much longer and the hosted having to go back a page because so many names had been crossed after me she told me 20 min. I have now waited over 3 hours. The hosted never called or texted and we’ve been sitting at the restaurant next door since we arrived. The hosted refused to admit she has seated people after my name even though there’s an entire list of names crossed off. At least admit your mistake and try to remedy it.
I met a group of friends here for brunch. The waitress was very nice but lacks training. The food took 25 minutes to come out. I ordered Steak, medium, & eggs, 2 over medium, (the menu says it was sirloin), it was not sirloin and it was so over cooked and dried out & cold, the eggs looked like a robber omelet from a child’s toy; also cold as ice. I asked for more tea & was told they needed the cup I was using to get another tea because they had a function going on — wrong on so many levels.
