As a professional mechanic, I’ve used Auto Excellence on many occasions for alignments after I’ve done steering and suspension work. They do excellent work, and if I have a job I’m unable to do (no lift at my current location) I don’t hesitate to refer my customers to this shop!

I was sure I needed rear brakes since the place that did my last oil change told me I would at the next oil change. Auto Excellence said they were only 70 percent worn and I could get at least 10,000 more miles out of my brakes. They could have told me otherwise.

Having a problem with our Rav 4 and brought it in a waited an hour for the guy to tell me the license plate was loose and said he tighten it up. Charged 42.00 and said thats all he could find. I drove it home and the same noise was there. Called when I got home and they said bring it back I guess. We decided not to bring it back to them!
