The overall experience there was far below average at best. I thought it was pretty disgusting that the finance manager, Brad, thought it was ok to take a pull from his chew tobacco while we were in his office. No one really seems to know anything there, and I would never recommend this place as a place to go buy a car, or to have a car serviced.

Boucher Imports is a great dealership to go to when looking for a vehicle. We were treated like family the minute we walked in the door. Sarah was awesome in showing us the vehicle we were interested in, answered all our questions and absolutely no pressure. Their finance team went above and beyond to get us in our vehicle.

We were greeted promptly by Lee, who walked us through the entire car buying experience. We couldnt praise him hi enough. The financial team took over and they were pleasant and helpful

By far the best sales experience Ive had. If youre on this lot ask for him!! Courteous, intelligent, and he didnt force me into an uncomfortable position once.

Got a great used vehicle.

This review is for customer car service only. I did not purchase a car there so I do not know how the dealers are personally but I had my car taken there for things that a dealer service department only can handle and I must say I was impressed.I literally thought I was going to be paying an arm and a leg for the service I needed done and they were straightforward also looked up if I had any recalls and I did and they fixed them for free. I know a lot of dealerships service departments have a bad reputation and this one you can definitely not compare to the rest.

I had been looking for a cranberry colored Jeep wrangler for quite some time. Once Boucher had my info in the system they were great at following up and letting me know when they had one. We drove 380 miles to see it and wound up Purchasing it. We were in and out of the dealership in 2 1/2 hrs with the used vehicle we wanted. fabulous job with followup and courtesy calls. Great Job!!

I bought a beautiful used jeep from Boucher. On day 12 it would not start. Something in the jeeps brain was not agreeable to start at random. After it left me stranded 2 times, Mike told me they would take it back and put me in something else that was reliable and met my needs. Before I could bring it back to dealership, it left me high and dry again. Mike had their staff come and tow it away. Sarah helped me find something that I liked so much better than the jeep. We started fresh and I am so happy with the friendly service. My only issue was that i wanted to return the jeep the first time it happened and was told that i couldnt. After it happened again I got assertive that this was not acceptable to me. After that, everything was great.

My husband and I purchased a new 2020 vehicle from this dealership. The best part of the whole experience was the salesman, Bryan Barnes. He was very friendly, informative and honest. He took his time finding a vehicle that was a good fit for us and within our price range. Id give a 5 star rating if him and the vehicle were the only things I had to rate. However, the two individuals that do the financing Dawn and Patrick are terrible thus the 3 star rating. Theyd get a one star since thats the least that can be given. Their main goal is to screw over the customer. Dawn did the initial pricing of the vehicle that we were looking to purchase. She provided us with a couple of different options that were available. Neither of the options matched what was being offered online with a Boucher discount and $4000 Kia bucks. There was also an option for 0% APR for 72 months. After bringing the discrepancy to her attention she became defensive and stated that the offers had restrictions. I showed her the vehicle on their website that showed all the discounts and stated that no where on their website did it say restrictions apply. Its false advertising. She assured me all the deals that could be offered were already included in the pricing document and that the company would not allow any further discounts. Disgusted with us questioning her, she said shed be able to come up with more of an itemized document to look at since her previous had all discounts and pricing lumped into two lines. Miraculously she realized she made a mistake and just like that $1000 was taken off. Again Bryan was apologetic but Dawn was MIA, surprisingly since she made an honest mistake. On to Patrick, the finance manager. He fits the sleazy salesman stereotype. The only time he talked to us was when he was trying to push another over priced service, which we already said we werent interested in. When I left and had my husband finished the process, he never acknowledged my leaving. No thank you, no nothing. Six hours later, we finally finished the whole drawn out process of buying a vehicle. It couldve been half the time if everything was straightforward and their goal wasnt to screw over the customer. If it werent for Bryan we would have left and purchased a vehicle elsewhere.

Great service, better people. Its why I return for any of my service needs. Even better my sales representative remembers me quite well. Made my first brand new car purchase easier to handle and work with. He gave me the business and still walked out with a deal and a lot of extras.

Everyone was exceptionally friendly and professional. It was a very different experience from other dealerships we visited. We inquired on a used car and Ryan was very responsive. When we came in, he had the vehicle inside so that we could take our time looking it over without worrying about the weather. My only complaint was that it hadnt been washed. He was extremely well versed on all aspects of the vehicle. He was very patient all the way through, answered all our questions and applied no sales pressure. When we negotiated the purchase and our trade-in, it was a fair and straightforward process. Ryan was excellent. If I had one complaint, it would be that the business manager that did all the paperwork was not very friendly and clearly was in a hurry to leave. Our experience with him was not great. However, that was the only exception to everyone else we met at the dealership. We had trouble making arrangements to pick up the car and Ryan graciously offered to deliver to our home. When he did that, he went over every feature until we were satisfied that we had a handle on everything. It was worth the drive to Racine for this experience. I simply dont understand why other dealerships continue to make car buying a miserable experience. Boucher Imports clearly understands what buyers are looking for.

I worked with Ryan on purchasing a CPO 2016 Mazda6. He told me an out the door estimate over the phone, something other dealers wouldnt do. I was on a time restriction as my previous car was in an accident and I needed to find something fast. I ended up test driving the car that night and picking up a few days later. He knew I was coming from an 04 car, so almost everything in the car was somewhat new to me. Ryan took the time to show me every feature in the car on a cold Saturday, which was much appreciated.

Recently purchased a Mazdaspeed3 from Frank Boucher. Contacted the dealer online on a Wednesday evening and by the following night I was driving a way with my new car. I found the car I was interested in on Car Fax and it led me to Boucher. I called for a test drive because the car, a 2015 Kia Sportage, was the color I was looking for and had some of the features I wanted but was surprised that it had many many more....it was used...but had low mileage. So I went for a test drive and to my surprise went home the same day with the car of my dreams. I love it so much and am glad I went in that day. I purchased a used Kia Sportage this past week and I am loving it. I originally left a great review, but I am retracting the review based on some issues that have come up since my purchase. Lee was great to work with, but the finance department basically lied and screwed me which makes me very angry since I can’t return the vehicle, now I’m stuck with this vehicle and the loan that goes along with it. My advice to anyone buying from them, when they zip through the iPad full of paperwork and tell you to sign and they briefly explain it, stop and read it yourself because it’s most likely not the whole truth.

Just bought my new Mazda CX-5 from Boucher Mazda in Racine and I have to say it was the easiest and most fun I have ever had buying a car. I went in and told Stan (the salesman who helped me) that i was looking at the CX-5 online and I wanted to test drive one. Stan treated me very well and answered all of my questions accurately and in a timely manner. They did not hold me hostage for 12 hours like most dealers do. It took a matter of 4 hours combined (over the 3 days I was not ready to buy in one day). They had no issue on waiting for me to buy and did not push me into it at all. Brad the sales Manager was great and got me a GREAT price on the car, he was straight forward and honest. I did not have to haggle over the price at all. Plus every thing he said he wrote it down and stuck to it. What more can you ask for. Over all BEST CAR EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! So go see them and be confident that you are being treated right the first time. No complaints here.

I recently purchased the CX-5 Touring and absolutely love it. From the initial emails with the staff clearing up the confusion between inventory to talking through the different models I was able to get a great suv within the budget I had. Everyone was very accommodating allowing the purchase to be efficient and easy.

Ryan Echtenacher is the best !!!! Although we did not end up purchasing, he was and continues to be super helpful. He is honest and up front and gives many helpful tips. Wish we would have ended up finding a vehicle that was in the budget we needed. This dealership follows up but is not a bother, everyone was warm and friendly and truly wanted to help us. Just purchased a new Mazda 3. We specifically selected this dealer over other Mazda dealers because Boucher did it right. They treated us kindly throughout the process, negotiated the price and benefits of the deal fairly, and worked to earn our business. You can buy a car anywhere and get the same car - you wont ever get the same experience. Boucher provided the best - experience, price, atmosphere, etc. We will go back when we are ready to purchase our next new car... maybe the yellow porsche in the showroom???Special thanks to Keri Sparks who did an outstanding job of sealing the deal. He was very knowledgeable about the brand, so we never felt misled. We had gone to a different dealership, just to feel it out, and the salesman there didnt know anything about the car...didnt even know what features it had. It was refreshing to have Tim inform us about all of the capabilities and options without being overbearing.This place takes care of you and they are willing to go above and beyond to make sure youre getting the best service possible. Bought a used black car from them washed it a few times the black wax came off, the stone chips became visible. There were hundreds of chips. Talk to a professional detailer he says this is definitely a very cheesy way to hide something. Boucher Nissan

You asked when a good time to visit and test drive the Jetta Hybrid that we were interested in. August 16 was a good time We went to Racine . In preparation for us your sales team had the car disassembled for replacing a part which might arrive this week or next. Also claiming that as it is a hybrid they could not let us touch the car for fear of shock.I have been driving a Prius for 12 years, no service tech ever mentioned that the drive battery could not be reliably disconnected when we were working on my Prius.So I believe this was a rather elaborate attempt at bait and switch.I was not going to waste my time on a review but as long as I have written this reply will post it to a review site. Ask your coworkers how our visit turned out.

I talk to Tim Nyquist about finding me a used car. the one i wanted to test drive was just sold. Tim Nyquist said he would see if he could find something similar. after the weekend i went to test drive somemething he found. when i got there he had 2 to test drive. i fell in love with the one he thought i might be interested in. he went above and beyond what i was hoping to get. i bought it that night. this is the second car we bought from Boucher Kia and both times they treated us like royalty. i would recommend Tim Nyquist and Boucher Kia any time.

My brother and I had the pleasure of buying our first vehicle from Boucher in Racine, Wisconsin. Tim Nyquist was our sales representative. He communicated very well with my brother throughout the process and shortly after I met him, me as well. The staff was very nice and helpful the car they showed us was good they were asking a high price on the car way over value but then gave us a large discount off of it which brought it back into a normal price and made it sound like they were giving me a great deal I found out later they were asking $200 cheaper for it online then the great deal they were giving me hmmmmm little shady

Boucher will throw you a bag of (expired) peanuts for your trade for starters. I went in there about a month ago and all I heard was (what must have been a manager) yelling at some sales people in a very audible manner, which myself being a manager here in Racine at a local restaurant I found to be very unprofessional! When I have to crack the whip we will do so after hrs...before hrs. not when customers are walking around your showroom (or in my case while customers are seated in dining room). I felt bad for the individuals to be honest because I heard what was said (yes, I listened but it was hard not to) and it seemed very unfair to these individuals. I most certainly will not be visiting this VW dealer again as long Im blessed enough to walk this earth.

We bought a 2007 Honda Ridgeline from Voucher Kia. We live 1 1/2 hours away and Tim Nyquist was very responsive answering all our questions regarding the vehicles condition, including sending extra pictures of condition issues. He also followed up with where the vehicle has been serviced previously to verify when the timing belt was done and gave us contact information for that dealership to verify service information. There was an issue with the TPMS system, which they thought they had fixed but the light came on on the way home. We let Tim know of the issue and Tim checked with a local Honda dealership and found how much it would cost and agreed to send a visa gift card to cover the cost of that repair. They were willing to negotiate on the price, not as much as we would have liked, but enough, that we thought it was a good enough deal. The vehicle was 11 years old, so there are some cosmetic issues, all of which were disclosed, with the exception of the extent of some surface rust on one wheel well. Overall, it was a good experience and I would highly recommend Tim Nyquist. He was low pressure and honest.

My wife and I bought our new Mazda CX9 this past week and as always Boucher Mazda in Racine was a pleasure to work with. Suzanne was very responsive to our web request and Tim Nyquist was very knowledgeable on the car and understanding of our needs. We are very pleased with our Mazda and Boucher!

I had the best experience when I bought my Kia Sportage. Everyone was friendly and even made sure to take the time to come over and introduce their selves. My salesman, Lee, was spectacular! He did everything he could, and then some for me to get into my Kia. I highly recommend purchasing from this dealership!

I drove 1.5 hrs. to test drive a Certified Pre Owned Mazda only to discover it had been sold the night before. Though the salesperson attempted to call me, I had already left for the appointment. When I arrived, I was not pleased but was greeted by a different salesperson, Scott Westbrook, who did a great job of finding a car that met all my specifications. We took a test drive and he explained easily and competently all the features of the Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. I did not buy a car that day but Scott kept in touch regarding what we were looking for without being pushy or obnoxious. We would gladly have worked with him to buy a car were it not for the distance to the dealership. I highly recommend working with Scott if youre on the hunt for a new/used car in the Racine area.

My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and have a tight budget.Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made our buying choice less stressful and simple. Upon arrival we were greeted by staff and did not have that high pressure experience, just a kind hello, introduction and a quick Do you need assistance and then a if you do need help let us know. We knew the basics of what we wanted so after a quick walk around we entered the sales floor.I am a very cautious and incredibly skeptical customer, so I was ready to do battle. I was first approached by Mike, I believe the operations manager. Immediately I was happily surprised at the relaxed and friendly demeanor he possessed. Mike introduced us to our salesman Ryan, and again, Ryan was such a relaxed and honest man I was put at ease.Ryan asked us a few questions about our lifestyle, what we were looking for and what type of a budget we were on. We noted the vehicle we were interested in, and Ryan then suggested some other options. Here is where they try to get me into something more expensive than what I want, I thought. We went with it since I believe in listening to professionals. We test drove multiple vehicles, and we actually prefered his suggestions. What made this even better was that his suggestion was a better overall value, a great warranty and at a price that was no higher than the vehicle we originally wanted. In fact, we were able to extend the warranty on a better vehicle at our price point!!!Next was financing, and Carry was incredibly awesome and gave us the percentage rate that we were expecting. They did try to upsell me on a paint protection plan by extolling its virtue, and if I had a little more room a may have bought it.The staff at Boucher imports are so easy to work with and extremely honest. I am glad I didnt walk in as my usual self and act defensive, although I doubt they would have treated me any different, these kind people are a rarity in this industry; You can actually trust them.Best practice as a customer, go in and listen to them, you will be very happy you did. Boucher must have one heck of a training program and awesome management because this place is run so well.

The reason for the customer loyalty is not only a consistently great product, an awesome service department, but also knowledgeable, friendly salespeople. My salesperson, Chris Stiner, was wonderful and stayed well past his scheduled time to make sure I was taken care of and that there were no problems. He even sat with me and answered all my questions about the vehicles electronics...I hope he didnt miss his daughters karate class! Chad, the gentleman who took care of the financing, was very personable and thorough. They did all they could to get me the car I wanted, at the price I could afford. Thanks everyone! I love my Tiguan!

In 2014 I bought my Dodge Journey at Boucher Kia. I worked with Scott Westbrook and had such a great experience. Unfortunately, I was involved in a car accident and my beloved Journey was declared a total loss :( I reallllly dislike car shopping because I hate pushy/slimey sales people but I knew immediately that I would reach out to Scott again because he is the complete opposite.I began by overloading his inbox with different links to SUVs I was interested in and he set to work lining them all up for me to look at. I visited the dealership last weekend and Scott stayed 5 1/2 hours past the time he was supposed to leave to help us. I ended up purchasing a BEAUTIFUL 2013 Chevy Equinox that suits our family perfectly. Furthermore... we were in and out of there in under 2 hours (including the time it took to test drive the vehicles). Another neat tidbit, they save all of your paperwork electronically on a flash drive for you to keep!Im looking forward to visiting Scott again soon to look at a trade in for my husband!

They were very quick and Nicholas Schouten the dealer knows what he is talking about and if you have any issues with your VW he is the man to talk about.
