Very clean store, friendly associates, fantastic prices and products. The store remodel is phenomenal. I am so amazed by the upgrades the remodel is bringing. I look forward to shopping at this location because it is so much nicer. Its like a switch because all current associates are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. The new management has definitely made a difference.

The electronics cashier (Carlos) & guest services desk representative (Hailey) went above & beyond to help me locate the items In the store I called about before arrival. The Racine, WI store was short staffed but still very well organized. All employees appeared to be working together to put away stock, answer random guest questions & still have surprisingly fast checkouts. Even with the amount of work all employees were very pleasant. I had an amazing shopping experience today. Thank you, Target Team!

Convenient but there was only 1 person at the counter. He had to do curbside and pick up. He was moving fast but still why only 1 person? This isnt the first time that I experienced this at this particular store.

Friendly and safe shopping environment. All of the Associates were properly wearing their masks. This is a totally different that Wal-Mart where we witnessed at least eight employees not properly their mask or face coverings. It was even worse with the number of customers not properly wearing face coverings.

Such a great store to shop at. They always have what Im looking for and the employees are very helpful and friendly. Aisles are very well organized and clean and well stocked. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible if needed. They always have great prices and I love using the Cartwheel App to save even more money.

Great Customer Experience from Ordering all the way thru Pickup

The Covid has this Target and its employees all wearing masks. There was someone cleaning the exterior door handles and inside there was a separate person at a table with items for sanitizing the carts and hand sanitizer. I felt there was extra staff up front and a visible supervisor with many employees on the floor....most stocking the shelves. I thought great! this store is really trying to comply with the health standards. Then I went to the restrooms. Ill spare you the gorey details but Id say it was the worst facilities Id ever been in......This was Wednesday, September 2 around 2 pm. Wont be back

Employees are very rude( keep in mind i only shop here once in a while) on one occasion i was checking out and and employee came up to the cashier and started a personal non work conversation putting my transaction to a hault for 5 minutes waisting my time. Today I am walking out the store and 2 employees walk up extremely fast and one walks right into me and does not move standing chest to chest with me and holds a personal conversation with the other employee while having her cellphone out and keep in mind this is during the coronavirus pandemic. This was very rude to walk right into me a costumer and to stand chest to chest with me not giving room to move around as I am next to thr wall and have both employees blocking me in not moving.

The drive up was easy. I took everything from my shopping list and added for drive up and while I was doing chores, they were doing my shopping and I got a notification when it was ready. It tracked that I was there and the guy swiftly delivered my three heavy bags directly into my trunk for me.

Do not use their order pick up, if you ever need to pick up early they cant give you an idea or how many orders ahead of you. Also Ive had an order take over 6 hours running into having to pick it up another day

This Target Store is always clean, well-stocked, and well-lit, unless someone blew the nearby transformer. Parking is always smoothly accomplished. The carts are always clean and well-oiled. Whenever lines begin to form at the registers, someone immediately opens another register. The associates are always on their headsets, monitoring customer concerns and experience. Everyone is very attentive to the customers and doing their job well. Returns and refunds are handled quickly and efficiently. The pin pads at the registers have a pretty ding-ding sound when the card transaction is over. If there is a price discrepancy when an item is scanned, they will immediately call for a price check, and then amend it if neccesary. The aisles are pleasantly wide to traverse through and kept clean from debris. And the Staff is always pleasant, professional, friendly, and helpful. The prices are comparable to their competitors. Always a quick, smooth, pleasant experience for this Lady!

I shop here literally 3-4 times a week and spend THOUSANDS of dollars at this store every year. But because one of their employees screwed up and mis-priced something and they refused to make it right, theyve lost a lifelong customer. Ill now drive the 10 minutes north or 15 minutes south to visit the much better, cleaner, and renovated Oak Creek or Pleasant Prairie stores. This store should be doing everything they can to retain customers, seeing as its the garbage Target, but I guess thats just not a priority for them.

Im a huge Target fan, but my visit today reassured that I will not be visiting this location anymore. I will happily drive 30+ minutes for a better Target with better employees. My drive-up order was missing an item so I had to go in the store (defeats the entire purpose of drive up and wasted my time). The two girls behind the desk had the worst attitude and made it seem like I was inconveniencing them to do their job. I just wanted the item I paid for. Get a different job where you dont have to interact with people if your going to be that rude. You forever lost my business at this location.***Edit***I decided to go back to Target in Racine and do the drive up because I needed a few things and didnt have time to run into the store. Well I got there, let them know on the app I was there and it said someone was on there way...25 minutes later, no one had come. I called the store. The girl who answered just said Target please hold and put me on hold, when she finally answered, she was rude as can be. So she got my info and said someone would be right out and hung up. He came out, apologized and was really pleasant. He even gave me a $10 gift card for the trouble! Yay for redeeming yourself Target, just not for drive up or guest services! I will definitely be going to different Targets from now on, no matter how convenient this one is to me!

This Target pails in comparison to the Kenosha Target. The grocery section is really lacking compared to the average Target, youd be better off with the PicknSave down the road.Also, they will only accept US Drivers Licenses as IDs, my German friend brought a legitimate drivers license and citizen ID to buy a case of alcohol and they denied both. Snarky employees. Go to another location.

By far the WORST target I have ever seen. I was so disgusted by the entire store. First off, the first thing I did was go into the bathroom. EVERY stall was full of something and the entire bathroom itself was not sanitary whatsoever. After seeing that I trusted the rest of the store was ok. Well no, just about every cart was sticky and greasy and as I continued to try and shop, there was clothes everywhere. The associates were rude to my mom and I and when I tried to find someone to talk to about the bathrooms, there was no one to be found. I will never come to this Target again.

The employees are always really nice but the store is soooooo filthy!!! Please racine, CLEAN YOUR STORE!!!! The bathroom perpetually smells like pee & the SHOE DEPT IS JUST GOD AWFUL!! The clothes dept is usually a chaotic mess as well. Please for the love of god, CLEAN!

Target had what I needed in stock and pick up was fast and easy.

Its one of the small form Targets, which isnt bad, but it feels really dated. The building is in need of major maintenance and everything seems dirty just because its old. The clothing sections are always disorganized and home goods area has empty spaces in the shelves/things are often out of stock. Shoe section is ALWAYS trashed. The Target in Kenosha is fantastic: bright, clean, and filled with things I want to buy. This Racine store seems more like a Walmart and if I wanted to go to a Walmart, Id go to the one down the street which is at least cleaner and more modern than this Target.

Its is a decent Target and it is usually well stocked. I cant think of a time I went to find something and left without it.

There are better Target stores in the area. The clothing / shoe sections are in disarray. Grocery is lacking.

I like Target stores as a rule. But lately Ive noticed a trend in the Racine store towards neglect and downright dirtiness. I was there today on Wed afternoon, not after a big sale or the weekend, yet there were a LOT of empty or almost empty shelves, there were tons of misplaced items not being returned to their proper places and areas that looked more like rummage sales than store shelves - the shoe department had shoes and boxes strewn all over the floor. Worst was the Valentine Sale aisle. It was a garbage dump. Open candy boxes, items just thrown around and, worst of all, the endcap contained 70% off roses - extremely dead, rotting roses. Does no one check this stuff? Did they fire the cleaning staff? Because its really beginning to resemble another Big Box store here in Racine that has a reputation for being trashed... Yuck.
