Needed to pickup craft fabric paint, waterproof fabric markers, brushes, applique iron-on ornaments and fusion webbing. A staff member helped me get everything. She spent a lot of time with me and making suggestions, in particular the appliques.

I went here a couple weeks ago to buy just a single sheet of fleece to compliment a piece I already had for a tie blanket and when I brought the roll to the counter in the middle I asked very nicely if I could please have some help cutting the fabric to the size I need (this is around 7 pm and the store is practically empty) and a woman named Liz without even looking at me cut me off and threw her hands up and told me “I can NOT even bother with cutting anything right now” so another woman Gabie who was just a little farther away saw what happened and walked over and offered to help me and was more than polite. She’s the only reason for the redeemed 3 stars and I made sure to thank her kindly for helping me and being kind in general. I work retail and I would never speak to a customer non the less just another person on the street the way Liz talked to me no matter how busy I am. Store is great just make sure to not seek Liz for help 😉

Every time I come here for all my crocheting wants and needs, everyone is always so friendly and polite. They really know their stuff too so dont be afraid to ask! Tons of different fabrics in so many styles and patterns.

Staff is knowledgeable and super helpful! Only visit a handful times a year for various items but everytime I go... its A+ customer service! At checkout a few visits back they signed me up for email coupons...total extra savings! Highly recommend!

Sales clerk walked us through store to get the items I wanted. She helped decide what size it was that I needed for my project. She gave advice, explained prices, suggested that I get a coupon off the app to save money, was willing to show me what the different yardage size looked like in velcro and described what we were passing on our way to my items (jokingly giving me a store tour)! She went above and beyond the call of duty!! If I could remember her name, I would blast it here as an atta-girl! Awesome job! The cashier was also very friendly and helped me with the app and how to get to the appropriate coupon that was most cost savings to me! Way to go Joann Fabrics!!

Great selection and helpful people on the sales floor. Needs a better focus on expediting people threw the check out. Probably 12 people in line and one register open. Had like 4 people in the fabric cutting area ready to help people but they didnt open another lane. I understand the things that come up in retail but speedy service is important this day and age.

I needed very specific help to repair a sentimental blanket. The original person I asked was not able to help but she asked another employee was was more than kind and helpful. In addition to great customer service, it was much less expensive than expected.

Mangers hung up on elderly customer who was harassed by store employees and assistant manger for trying to use the store motor cart to get to her vehicle, they made her walk to her car with no cane or walker and her husband is also disabled, mangers hid from him when he went in to complain, their explanation was that some kids stole the motor cart once so she couldn’t take it out the front door where her husband was waiting curbside to help her in the vehicle. When they called to speak to manager, manager hung up on customer.

My wife likes tbis store. They have all the findings she needs.

Well stocked and tidy. So many other Joanns are messy and it is hard to find the right fabric and supplies. The Racine store is well laid out, well stocked, and their team members are courteous and helpful.

My favorite Joann Fabrics by far is the 1 in Racine Wisconsin! They employees are the best!! So nice, so helpful!! They all deserve a raise, they work so hard! I love this location!! The staff is always so helpful!! I have been ordering a lot of mask making supplies online and they have always been amazing with them. To those that were working Tues May 12, youre doing a fantastic job!! The one running orders outside was amazing!!

First curbside pickup took 5 days to even get confirmation that it was ready. 2nd curbside pickup, I could have gone in myself faster, gotten the items and checked out before they came with the package. No point in promoting public safety curbside pickups if theyre going to be this slow. Finally parked and went in to get in to get it myself.

They are a great place to shop for sewing equipment materials crafting quilting whatever you can do with the thread and needle and Stitch and everything else like that thats your place to go decent pricing and really excellent selection and friendly people and they are also all wearing masks and social distancing

Though the Racine store doesnt have the largest selection of fabric in the area (Brookfield is #1 and Greenfield is #2), its still well stocked and the staff is fantastic and extremely helpful.

As a regular shopper at Joanns, I have been to several locations over the past few weeks. While the Racine store is not the largest, it absolutely had the largest selection. There were yarn colors and brands that other Joann stores dont carry, as well as bead tools and products I havent seen elsewhere. Even though its out of my way, this is my first choice store from now on.

This location is two stores merged into one. The original Racine store, and the Kenosha location. The store is bigger than the two individual stores were, and the selection is usually pretty good. I will say that they have great staff, and my only problem is that sometimes they dont have enough people actively checking people out at the registers.

I’ve always enjoyed this store. Mostly nice stay, many have been around for years. They have it well organized and pretty much always have what I’m looking for, except Tula Pink fabric lol.

This was the first time in there new location. The store is well laid out and the staff is helpful. They have a lot of material for Cricut machines compared to other stores. I would definitely recommend them.

Definitely an upgrade from their previous location. They have almost everything a crafter would need. The store is well-lit, has lots of fabric options with staff who knows what theyre talking about. Coupons are now available online or via their app only. Pricing is similar to Michaels but obviously carries fabric so this would be your better option if thats what youre looking for.

I am always amazed at how much fabric and flowers and crafts are in this JoAnn store in Racine. I am happy that I found most of what I was looking for. My mom rode the scooter as she shopped there too. We really enjoyed our shopping experience today.

Its okay its like a lot of other businesses sadly they dont have enough employees to help you so you get lost as you walk around the store trying to find what you need I like it but that part is frustrating

Very weird selection from a Joannes. There were no leathercrafting items, and the sewing machines were twice what they cost at other Joannes.

Perpetually, they almost always seem to never have enough help, between cutters for fabric or at the checkout. I love the store, and the coupons but when you go, you spend too long waiting in one or another...and dont even get me started with the instant buy section that you have to meander through as you wait in line with a 4 year old...imagine that scenario playing out amongst your fellow customers...yeah...thanks for that Joanne...
