I will never go back to this store. I purchased a phone here from a commission driven rep. He tried to mislead me by telling me that all of Racine had 5G..but I knew better. He told me that if you use a phone case other than an Otterbox US Cellular wont cover it, and he tried to make me set up my phone and transfer the data myself. He did end up doing it, but it took 2 hours and not all of my data was transfered, which means he obviously didnt know what he was doing.

I have been with us cellular for over 20 years. Ryan has always gone over and above with any needs, questions, and concerns. We really appreciate your service! Thank you!

I cannot say enough about the consistent great service that I receive from the staff at Connect Cell - the US Cellular agent on Douglas Avenue in Racine, WI. After meeting Gail at a Racine Chamber of Commerce (RAMAC) event where I shared stories of long wait times, she told me about this store. Through the years that I have been a customer (I travel and US Cellular has GREAT connectivity throughout the State of WI and other states), every associate that I have interacted with in their store has been extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. On my most recent visit, I had a problem with my phone due to a recent update. Anthony, the store manager, and Ryan both helped me troubleshoot. There was no pressure to purchase a new phone - they were invested in helping me find a resolution. Anthony looked to see when I was eligible for a new phone and let me know, shared my options with me when I asked, and proactively asked me about my familys phone usage. In doing so, he mapped out what our cost would look like under their new plan and it resulted in a significant savings and better addressed our data usage needs! Having a background in sales and service myself, I looked at Anthony incredulously and asked, You took the time to proactively ask me questions to try to save me money and provide a better value? I ask you what businesses have you worked with lately that have done this when you are already a customer? There are always deals to get you in the door, but what business has rewarded you for your customer loyalty? Connect Cell has my business for life!

I went to the corporate US Cellular store with a telephone issue. The guy that waited on me was aggressive, didnt want to listen and was going to cost me $300 over what I paid at Connect Cell. Ryan was patient, didnt roll his eyes at me and he listened. Big difference.

Idk somethings off about them. Asked me if i was dealing drugs from the phones which i thought was Extreamly offensive. Basically profiling people. Also they seem too not service Hispanics equal too other clients. Corprate should be concerned of their procedures. As a traveling filmer this was odd. They approved me for 2 lines iphone xs i passed all things online for the qualifacations. After I came too the store they refused too give me my phones. The pathetic worker must of reapplied for me or something because theirs no reason i call corprate and they say im in good standings then they say im not inside the store i tried calling corprate again they said they have no idea what the problem is because i should have gotten my phones. Either their committing fraud with my information or they pic and choose who they give phones too. Also one of the female managers is a authority horse, rude intimidating and is very uninviting.
