Great local shop in downtown Racine. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Items are clean, organized and mostly always in stock. Their rewards program helps to stack up points for discounts on the already fairly priced products.

Just had a very bad experience. Im a regular and just got carded for first time by an employee that just sold me wraps 2 days ago and when I said something and got my ID he refused to sell because I said if he needed to card me he should have the other day.

Came to town from Florida with my roommate to visit his family and needed to find a head shop and was told by locals this is the best place to go well, they were wrong it’s a heady heaven. The manager is by far one of the most knowledgeable glass collectors I’ve ever met. She helped set us up with an amazing liberty piece and hooked us up with so much more after we had already gotten so much. If your ever in the area this is the place for all your heady needs and glass works

Stopped in while strolling downtown with my son, and really enjoyed the store. They even offered kids clothes, fun themed band aids, and socks he can color and wear. The staff was friendly and the store was clean and organized. Will go again.

I have very good experiences at this place. They have helped me every time Ive had an issue. And are generally knowledgeable when it came to the questions that Ive had. Very friendly and care more about the customers then competition. If they know of another store that has something they are not afraid to refer you to them. Which means a lot.

Always have a great experience here. I’ve come in close to closing and wasn’t rushed always receive a warm greeting and never feel rushed or pressured while browsing around. Employees are always nice and informative on products!!

They have a lot of cool stuff. There are less expensive places around, but this is conveniently located. The vape stuff isnt a huge selection, but it is a pretty good selection. Everyone is usually friendly every time I go in there.

I came in because someone recommended this store for having vinyl records, as does their website. The selection was a small wood crate containing roughly 20 LPs mostly unknown to me. Some of them were in bad shape, either open or hastily repackaged. When inquired if there was a discount for one having been opened, the woman replied no and that theyre open but unplayed. As a consumer I cant be guaranteed that the records havent been touched by greasy hands or mishandled in some way. She dismissed me and I left. I will definitely not be returning to this store. Instances like this is why small business is failing; overpriced, damaged wares with dismissive costumer service.Edit: you sell pipes to drug addicts and promote drug culture. That doesnt contribute to our community.

My husband Vapes and we love the staff and how helpful and friendly they are. I even like the fact that once when I was in there they were attempting to discourage some younger women from starting the vaping habit since they had never smoked. I like that they are more interested in the well being of their customers rather than pushing their product.

The shop has a nice appeal to it and a wide variety of products, however, they are a bit over priced. I recently purchased a vaporizer pen which appeared to have been sold to me opened with missing parts and perhaps even used. This product proved to be malfunctioning when I went to use it. When I contacted them they told me there was nothing they could do and that they had a no - returns policy. I was disappointed. My suggestion to anyone purchasing anything from this store is to check and make sure that the product you are receiving has everything its supose to come with and that its functioning properly before you leave the store with it.

Make sure to examine the hiding container (fake bottle of aspirin, starter fluid, etc.) thoroughly before you buy it.I bought one as a gift and it literally came apart while my friend was putting her things in it. It was $26 so I took it back. I was told that they knew for sure it was working when it left the store.With not a mark on it, because its been sitting in a bag since, how was I to break an item if it was constructed properly? Not a good experience! Ill be shopping elsewhere from now on.
