My first time at LensCrafters. I was the first appointment on Monday morning. The Staff was there to welcome me with smiles. I really appreciated that.Dr Pierangeli was personable but also very professional. Anissa was so helpful and patient, helping choose just the right frames for me. There is so much to choose from that I couldn’t make up my mind. I am very happy with my experience at this LensCrafters.

I have had great customer service at this location!Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. I will definitely continue to use them for my eye care.They are located in the Regency Mall, and I use the mall entrance adjacent to the Dunham’s Sports on the backside facing the Home Depot for the quickest in-and-out.If you’re in need of friendly and professional eye care in the area, I highly recommend this LensCrafters.

Went in with an issue, I had purchased screw-mount frames (essentially frameless). Unfortunately, with my prescription, the mount was being finicky and caused the assembly to often and repeatedly fall apart on my face. With my schedule I found it difficult to find time to return to the store, and had to come back after the return and exchange policy.It wasnt a problem. Rayna explained the issue with the mount and why it wasnt holding up to my day to day, and suggested a good alternative. Just a few minute sin the store we had new frames picked out and processed to be on the way. Overall a painless experience, and excellent service. Definitely why I come to LensCrafters.

I went with a rx to Lenscrafters. I chose frames. Because my rx is so strong lenses tend to cost more. I wanted high index lensea without any anti glare or anto scratch coating. I was told thats not possible. So, fine. I ordered the glasses. They cost me almost $500 after insurance. When I went to pick them up they seemed crooked, but the tech said they were only a little crooked. I went home with them and couldnt get used to them or the price I had paid. So I returned them. Went to Americas Best and got hi-index without any coatings and paid less than $160 after insurance. Will never shop at Lenscrafters again.

Ive purchased glasses here for myself and my family for years. They are very expensive, only offering a small number of options of non-name brand budget friendly frames. The 30 day guarantee is what brings me back, Ive returned glasses without any issues in the past. The optometrist is always thorough and knowledgeable. My experience with the staff has been both good and bad. Some are thoughtful and patient, and others make you feel like you are wasting their time.... with a bit of an attitude, which is what I experienced today. If I am spending nearly $1000 for myself and my son I would expect better service. Next year I may choose a different location or go somewhere else completely.

Liz was personal, sweet, and helped me find frames that not only looked great, but fit my budget beautifully. Dr. Michelle was extremely friendly and very helpful. The BEST experience Ive ever had at the eye clinic. The Doctor was funny, kind, and he knew his job extremely well. He was also able to explain a lot to me in a way I understood him. :-) The assistants/sales reps also were GREAT very kind and helpful in every way they could assist! They supposedly have an indoor lab, but when u call and ask for help fixing glasses or lenses its oh we cant do that yea ok, just take my service to someone that is willing to help l, and have better customer service. Thanks for NOTHING!!!

My husband took our daughter for an exam here a few weeks ago and didn’t get her pupillary distance checked. After calling twice and stopping in person to request this measurement, multiple staff members, including the manager on duty REFUSED to give us the measurement unless we were going to purchase frames in store. I spoke to their corporate customer service and was advised this was an unexceptable practice and filed a grievance as the PD is part of a vision exam. The lenscrafters in Greenfield checked this measurement for us and apologized for the unprofessional behavior of the Racine staff. My husband, myself and my daughter have gotten our exams here at the Racine location multiple years prior, and have had no problems. I’m not sure if the staff is new or they are just trying to boost their retail in store sale quotas, but either way I would steer clear of the this location and make the trip to the Greenfield location.

Dr Michelle is the best! Explained everything she was doing and the different contact lens options available. She also did some extra exams free of charge. I highly suggest Dr Michelle and LensCrafters in Racine.

I cannot believe how terrible the service here is. Awful. I went in yesterday, and was promised the glasses would be ready by 6:0 today. 6:00 came and went, nothing. I finally called. The technician didnt know he had to process the order. I dont know what he thought he was supposed to do with the order. Now my child has to go even longer without his glasses. Had they told me they wouldnt be able to do it today, I could have gone elsewhere. Had I known I had to call them to remind them to do their jobs, I would have. I cannot believe the complete incompetence.They made me pay upfront in full. Never again.

I will certainly recommend this place to friends. I had my first Lenscrafters visit. It was a pleasant experience. Everyone was pleasant there. The eye doctor was very nice too.

So over using this location. Last year they messed up 2 times on my sons new glasses. First pair had no power to the lens. (He had contacts in at time of pick up and they didn’t ask him to do a proper fitting.) .2nd time they were delivered with scratches all over. He/we waisted 3 return trips at 20 minutes each way 120 minutes total driving for their mistake. Now I am having issues getting my contacts delivered correctly. First attempt went to an old address I hadn’t lived at in decades that I even asked them to remove from the system. Today I get them delivered to my home only to find out they had not ordered the correct ones! Will I be compensated for my time? My family has been a customer for years. After this last debacle I will not be back. You’ve lost 2 customers Lens Crafters. Shame because we really like the optometrist.

Do yourself a favor a NEVER get your prescription from here. Just TRUST ME on this one. Been waiting for over a month on my glasses, they don’t know where they are, they keep promising a manager would call me, and literally nothing...

The people I dealt with the first time were great second time was a complete joke. Guy was extremely rude wouldent let me talk. Continously talked over me till I completely snapped on him. Than had to have the manager help. These peoples customer service skills are a joke.

I was sceptical of going to a chain when we learned our daughter was in need of some eye Care. But I have to say we are floored with how well they treated her. It didnt feel like programmed script reading at all. The doctors and staff really went out their way to get us taken care of.

Made a appointment online, when I arrived I find out they let some one else go first and told me to wait 25 to 30 minutes. Whats the point of making a appointment if its not held for the customer who made it.

I took my grandparents and it was a great experience and it couldnt have worked out better.
