My mom and went there to get a jacket for my son. They were so extremely helpful and had some really great suggestions. Really made buying and creating this jacket very easy. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.

My first visit, I dropped off a few things for repair. I busy couldnt get them done myself and my daughters been waiting WAY TOO LONG for me to get them done.It sure felt great to find someone I felt comfortable briging it to and barely having to show what was up!I will up date when I pick up my items. ....Ive got a feeling this is going to be the beginning of something great !!****Id forgotten to update!2 days later both dresses were completed sewn perfectly and called me for pick up! 5☆s !!

Nice, friendly place. Hometown type of place that does great service for letter jackets. Quicker and less expensive than similar stores in the area.

I want to voice my disappointment with their LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.I came to the Washington Ave shop to have a shirt embroidered. With my shirt in hand and a thumb drive with my design, I was CURTLY told that I had to EMAIL my file to be serviced & quoted - AKA: I had to get back into my car, drive back to my home, turn on my computer, login to my email, and attach the files that I already had on hand WHEN I WAS IN THE SHOP, RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM!THE LEAST they could have done would have been to genuinely APOLOGIZE for the INCONVENIENCE, or THANK me with a SMILE for choosing their business in the first place!So, be that as it may, I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
