Very disappointed. Called on Friday to order a new riding lawn mower for delivery. We made the deal $3400. But cant deliver until Wednesday due to no drivers! Really???? Totally disappointed! Would go somewhere else but already paid for the mower.

Very personable people my father who has passed away. God bless him used to be in the army with the guy who started Central saw. Thats how I got to know of the place. Very knowledgeable people my brother in law does a lot of business with them. TLC lawn care thank you Central saw.

Very friendly service, quick too. I saw them go over some billing with the customer ahead of me and made sure to help him understand what was what when he inquired. Very professional and know their stuff. Would go here again.

They must pick and choose who they want as customers. I submitted a request on Feb 2nd for snow blower repair. I knew it was the middle of winter and they were probably busy so a response might be delayed. But a month went by and I heard nothing from them. So I submitted another request on March 9th asking to have my snow blower repaired and also if they could take a look at my lawnmower. Another month went by, no response.

Told me my saw was junk. Charged 36 bucks for the pleasure. A week later I bought a coil from ebay and it runs great. They are a joke.

Bought a new Honda 200cc lawn mower from there and everything they said about the lawn mower was just the icing on the cake. The service is great and there were very patient with answering all my questions about choosing another lawn mower and alongside that I got the pick up a part for my old lawn mower which came extremely fast. Very knowledgeable people and great customer service.

These guys have always been able to get the parts that I have needed. Prices have always been reasonable. Last order was spring, belt and mounting plates for front axle. I couldnt get them from Sears but Central Saw had them in just a few days.

Do NOT use this company because they are a bunch of scam artist. Promise to perform by a date then fail to deliver with all parts present. Not once but several times. Quality of work is shoddy. Replacement parts not of the best quality.

These guys went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. I was never pressured into buying anything, in fact they talked me out of things that I really didnt need, not only in equipment but also in repairs!It feels great to support the local businessman where my money stays in my community!

It will take over 2 months just to get an oil change and a blade sharpening.The staff is very friendly and helpful. The work that is done is great. The only reason I give Central saw and mower a 1 star is because of all of the false lead time they will give you for when your equipment will be worked on.I have brought my mower in for an oil change, blade sharpening, and to have a primer cap replaced. That is not a hard or very time consuming thing to do. 4 hours max. It has been over a month now and they still havent been able to get it done. I have patiently waited and called to ask the status, but have been given false lead times. Like they will say Ill have it done in a couple weeks and then after that theyll say it will be done by the end of the week. Never happens.If you want work done on your mower expect to not see it done for at least 2-4 months... Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. I was and am not happy. I completely understand that they get busy around spring time. But dont tell me it will be done in two weeks and then 2 months later tell me that it still isnt done and then give me another false lead time. This is the second time it has taken months to do a oil change/blade sharpening. Sorry my rant is over now. Thank you.Service is great other than that little issue.

I recently picked up a snow blower at Central Saw and had it tuned up for this year for my grandmother. The team there is honest and the work is quality. Many local commercial contractors have their snow and lawn equipment serviced there, which is a sign youre working with the right people!

Better service than big stores.

When I went in to purchase a mower it was really busy. I wanted a zero turn mower. I described my yard and why I wanted a zero turn. Despite the fact that it was very busy, Jim went through the different mowers with me and even let me take one for a test ride in the parking lot since I had never used that type before. I never felt pressured or rushed. I need a snow blower next and I will be going back to them in the fall.

I brought lawn mower in twice. First time for a tuneup and rebuild of the carburetor. Second time to do rework because lawn mower still did not operate correctly. I called again and asked that they at least pick it up at no charge to try and fix it a third time and they refused to do that. So after $116 spent I have a lawn mower that still doesnt work.

My father sold this building to this company and Im very proud of that.

Sharing this for others. Lots of Central Saws used mowers and snow throwers get funneled to a local guy, ***Michael Payne***, who sells them privately. Not sure why.NO NEED to look here. JUST find HIM on Facebook or those other apps like Craigslist, offerup, next-door and see what he has.
