First and foremost, I can’t express the problem over amount of gratitude I have for Mohammad and Bavarian Complete Auto. Mohammad you as very upfront. I quote “ just bring it in” was his response when I came in to a electrical issues due to my own stubbornness. My vehicle was completed in a timely fashion. Personally there isn’t another mechanic like this man. Truly a GODSEND! Thank you Mohammad! May God bring you all the blessings you deserve!

All I can say is, I have been driving for over 27 years and been through a lot of mechanics, Mohammad and his team are simply the most honest and up from individuals I have ever come across! They don’t even treat you like a customer but family. We brought our Mercedes Benz to him about a week ago while he was on his lunch break, he paused his lunch and jumped in the car, opened the hood ran diagnostics with no charge and fix our problem within an hour! Because of his professionalism honesty, we bought an Audi Q7 from him last Friday! If you want to save money and be treated justly, go to Bavaria complete auto shop!

Magnificent work! Transmission fluid and oil leak repairs for my 2009 BMW 650i convertible done within a week, excellent timing. They even threw in a key repair free of charge! 5/5 highly recommended

I fell into some financial issues and therefore havent paid for repairs. For that I am sorry, but I also wasnt expecting a $4000.00 bill. When I talked to the man myself, because hes dealt with my spouse and not me, the titled owner, I was shocked at his tone and demands. Wants $4000 cash, but wont give me an invoice no discuss what he did. Wants $4000 cash in his hands,but wont show provide invoice showing work totaling $4000. And hes referenced taking it to the next level, filing a lien against car. Talking with attorney about my options because I feel hes trying to keep the car. I understand he wants the money, but why cash when Ive given no reason to make him believe Id scam him and why no invoice so I can see what I am paying for. And to not even consider working with me on payments when he has all info on where we are and I wouldnt scam him. Seems a little wool over the eyes.. therefore, talking with an attorney tomorrow. No threat, just exploring my available steps since he will not budge and is coming off a little underhanded. My opinion only.

Check engine light came on codes said I had a misfire and 02 issue. Took it to them and they fixed quick and for a very reasonable price. For quality service that wont cost an arm and a leg I highly recommend them.

I AM SO GLAD I FOUND THIS PLACE. Let me just say that I have found the only place that i will take my car. They had my car diagnosed, the part on its way and completely repaired all in 1 hour. I loved the price. they fixed everything (even issues that I did not mention) for less then 1/2 of what i had been quoted everywhere else. And it runs like new!!They REALLY know what they are doing. THEY WILL HAVE MY BUSINESS FOR LIFE!!!!

The key in my 2013 VW Jetta was hard to remove from the ignition. Everyone I spoke with estimated the cost of replacing the ignition at $1000 or more. I called Bavarian and was told to bring it in this morning and I would be able to pick it up this afternoon. Within 3 hours, Bavarian called me and said my car was ready. The cost was $600. A great price and quality service. I would recommend Bavarian for anyone with a European car.

I own a BMW. I had a front/rear back up camera installed at a very reasonable price. I dropped my car off that morning before work and by lunch time it was ready for pick up. The customer service is outstanding and very fair pricing. I highly recommend BAVARIA and I will be back again:) 4/1/2021

These guys are amazing!! I lost my ID when it slid between an accordion door and the body of my center console. They had it out in under 5 minutes...just awesome. I also found out that the owner’s brother is our mechanic just up the road. This family is top notch. Friendly, funny, extremely skilled at what they do, and always helpful. We won’t take our cars anywhere else, and Bavaria just made three new customers.

BEST IN THE AREA! Came in with rough idle and within 20 minutes they had figured out what was wrong and fixed it on the spot. Very professional and awesome at what they do! Only coming here to have my cars worked on.

I have a 2003 Mini Cooper and came to the shop because I personally knew one of the sons that worked there at the time. My transmission was completely messed up to the point that I couldnt even get it out of my garage to bring to the shop. The son helped me along with a tow driver bring it in and they ended up finding me a new transmission and had it shipped in from outside of the US. Took a few weeks but it was worth it to me because I love my car. I believe their pricing was fair and they ended up replacing a few other parts as well! Have gone back since then for an alternator replacement and spark plug installment. Will be back soon for an oil and transmission fluid change. Thanks for keeping me on the road! My only complaint would be maybe upgrading the waiting area of the shop to accompany customers who would like to sit and wait for their vehicle to be finished.

Mohamed solved our problem as we were in a rented RV and had no idea of the problem. But we were stranded on way through from Texas to OhioThanks to Mohamed he figured out the problem fir us and did not charge us for the effort nor the advice to correct problem. Very good and kind

The mechanic did a very good job. He was very fast. He fixed my moms Malibu in a day. He is very good at his job. Best place to go on Dixie Highway in Radcliff for fast service. 10 out of 10. He has helped fix my moms vehicle twice. Hes also helped every person that we have referred. He even fixes things you didnt even know was broke.

Absolutely recommend! We are from out of town and this place and his brothers have been amazing and very hospitable! They tackled a timing chain and fuel pump in around 4 hours and got us back on the road as fast as possible! I cannot thank them enough for everything!

A couple days late on writing this review. But THANK YOU all for the good price, good work and friendly service. I about had a heart attack when I found out I had a rear main seal leak and another leak, that was going to be upwards of $3,000 for parts in labor at Audi. But this shop went a LOT lower, and it was all accomplished in a couple days. If you have a European vehicle, I HIGHLY a recommend going to this auto shop. Don’t judge the place on how it looks, trust me. Anymore issues I might have, I’ll be happy to go back to this shop any day.THANK YOU!!

I have a 2004 BWW 325i and it’s stopped on me. Car has over 190k miles on it and my sister referred me to them. The guy fixed it up in a timely matter for a very good price and my car has been driving every sense that was 4 months prior to me writing this review. He also fixed my door as well. Overall all the services were well worth the time and money. Highly recommended

Went in to get a valve cover seal repaired they did an amazing job quick and easy on my 2012 Audi A3 highly recommend them!

Terrible shop to go to. They couldn’t give me receipts for any of my parts. They didn’t fix my car and charged me 743.00. You better off going to a dealer. At least you’ll have a warranty on your parts and can actually see the work that was/is done. Terrible service

If you want an honest mechanic who will fix your car first visit, after going to multiple places and the dealership and still have same issues, one visit and Bavaria takes care of you!! Been trying to get my car fixed for a year and a half and after having multiple mechanics replace brakes and claim to replace rotors, he went above and beyond and helped me get my money maker back on the road so I can work and provide for my family! Forever in this mans debt! I highly recommend this man!!! Quality mechanics are hard to find!!!

My clutch petal went to the floor a few weeks ago. First mechanic shop I took it to did not fix my problem at all. Then I did a little more searching and found these guys. First, let me say that they were very nice and friendly people. The very next day they called and told me what was wrong with my car. Took a few days and I have to say my clutch and shifting feels better then when i first bought the car. These guys know what they are doing. This shop saved my life as we were traveling through Kentucky just to make a quick stop at some family house an found that our wheel hubs were no good anymore this guy repaired both hubs in no time saving our trip to Colorado without this shop we would have been stuck. Bavaria is absolutely phenomenal! My husband and I have used him for years for our lincoln town car and my 2006 honda odyssey! He is very quick and knows exactly what the issue is. I’ve been to this car shop many times. I recently got my tire rod and upper arm control bar replaced. They always take good care of my truck and fix things quickly.

I have been tinkering with a 2002 BMW Z3 for the last 2 years. I finally had a cluster of problems that I could not address on my own. So I took the car to Bavaria Complete. He kept it 3 days and fixed everything. He even fixed the radio volume knob. He fixed things that I had not quite done right. The car is amazing and the owner is a very nice guy. I recommend them highly!

Excellent customer service!!! We were working in the area ane our van blew its engine. Mohammed went above and beyond help as much he could. Unfortunately, our van couldnt be repaired but he still gave us a ride to the hotel and offered to take us to Walmart to get what we needed until we could rent a car to get home.

Muhammad was very professional. He offered me a loaner vehicle while he worked on my BMW. He took care of all the issues I was having with my vehicle and returned my vehicle in a feasible time frame. I am please with his service. Highly recommend!

My truck stopped holding a charge, took it to them on a weekend and they said it’s a valve cover gasket that’s leaking into my alternator and that the gasket needed to be replaced, but the alternator would be fine, even though it was full of oil. One hour later they said it was fixed, charged me $600 and said everything is good to go. the next day it broke down on my way to work, so, I towed it to a master mechanic by my house. The new mechanic squeezed me into his schedule, long enough to swap out the alternator, but mentioned that the Bavaria guys did a sloppy job and a bunch of other mechanic terms I didn’t understand, but basically said I got taken for on price, and he was pretty sure on the quality of work too, but he didn’t have time to completely inspect their work. My truck has been leaking nonstop from the same area, I took it to the master mechanic by my house and he’s trying to fit me into his schedule, but suggested I try and talk to Bavaria first, so, that I’m not paying twice for the same repairs. I called Bavaria, but the guy on the phone insisted that it wasn’t what they worked on (without even looking at it), but said to bring it by. I took it to them, he looked at it briefly and made up a bunch of stuff that someone that’s not even mechanically inclined could call BS on (dude mentioned my muffler) and some other nonsense. Then said “I don’t need to touch gasket, but I can fix” a bunch of stuff that I can’t remember cuz the list was too long and just obvious lies. I recorded the entire conversation on my phone to show to another mechanic and they even said the guy was a crook and said they have had a lot of horror stories from that place and people’s cars and then said he doesn’t know how it’s legal for them to still be in business. I gave them a chance to fix their mistake, but instead, they just try and squeeze me for more money. Guess $600 wasn’t enough then had to take it to another place the very next day and pay $400, to replace the alternator, because they didn’t want to change it out. Side note: They loan out a car while they work on yours. The cars tags were expired when I used it, so, if you borrow it, look to see if it’s been updated so you don’t have to pay for the ticket on top of being ripped off.

Had our van break down during a road trip across states on a Sunday. He had it fixed and we were back on the road home within three hours. Highly recommended! Great work and a superb guy!

These guys are awesome. Had 2 error codes from the usual places to get your car checked out, but no further details on what exactly needed fixing. Took my daughters car to these gentleman and after using their scanner more details emerged. Work was done professionally and in a very timely matter. Faster than expected. Check engine light disappeared and has not been back since it was worked on by this shop. Car runs better than it ever has. I would highly recommend this repair shop to everyone. I was never brushed aside with any questions I had. Everything was explained with patients and to a point to where a car novice like me could understand it. Definitely will be returning for future car repairs should any of my vehicles need it. Thank you !!!

They got my car door and gas gauge fixed quick. But whoever worked on my car left greasy hand prints all over my seats and there was dirt caked onto my driver side floor mat. I even found a red a red stain on the middle of my passenger seat that I know for a fact was not there before I dropped the car off. If it werent for those things Id actually give this place a high rating for service.

My truck broke down I was less than a mile away, and got it towed here. The mechanic found out it was my fuel pump and did the swap in 2 hours!! Great work also!

We took it in to get an issue with the Cadillac converter fixed and after getting it back everything in the car started going wrong. We just go told by a different mechanic that our computer is not communicating at all. Absolutely awful service, they werent even able to give us a receipt. They handed us a business card and told us thats what they use.

I took my car here to have my clock spring in my VW Passat fixed, it was fixed in a very timely manner. The part broke two weeks later at no fault of the Mechanic, I took it right back to them as he asked and he since Fought with VW to get a replacement part and it was at no extra cost to me. They are very professional and respectful group of people and I would recommend them to anyone and definitely take my vehicles to them in the future.. if you are looking for an honest mechanic this is the place for you!

It took me a little bit of time to really process what I felt about this auto shop. This is a family owned business that treats you like family. I never in all my years personally witnessed something like this. I initially took my car to Meineke and they 1st told me one issue but changed their mind and said it was something else. I decided to take my car to Bavaria and let them handle it since they are knowledgeable about foreign cars. Not only did they fix my issue but told me about a sensor that was very important for my car. It was never any pressure at all to fix anything extra that was wrong with the car. The icing on the cake was when they had to keep my car over night and they gave me a loaner car to ensure I had a way to work. It brought tears to my eyes because no auto shop has ever done that for me before. Yes, dealerships will but not a mechanic shop. If I could give them 10 stars... I would! Thank you guys and I pray your business will prosper like no other! You can trust them. Good service from really good people and thats hard to find nowadays.

My vehicle had a severe oil leak. The mechanic diagnosed the issue and replaced my faulty valve cover and gaskets! This shop did an excellent job!While I was in the Fort Knox area I did not hesitate to visit him for maintenance such as oil changes and diagnostics.The mechanic is extremely competent and honest in his work. He will give you a fair price for his time. As noted by other customers he is very knowledgeable and meticulous.He will take care of you and is a courteous man.

The owner is very honest. He will show you the problem codes before he does any work. There are no hidden fees and he will not fix anything without your approval. If you want an honest mechanic who will fix your vehicle without hidden fees than you are at the right place. He fixed my VW Passat clock spring and it broke two weeks later. We took our VW back to him and he argued with VW until we got the upgraded part. He installed and did not charge again and told us he would not charge us for work he already done. I would recommend to all family and friends. He works on all vehicles and if anyone in the surrounding area needs a mechanic he is the one to go to if you need an honest, reliable, and trustworthy mechanic. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Been there once before to get my headlight assembly fixed, and my parents had an engine replaced by them. Went there tonight to find out what was wrong with my car. He checked the codes and diagnosed the problem for free, wouldnt even take a 10 dollar tip. Any issues i have my first choice is always Bavaria. Always professional, Always friendly.

This mechanic is wonderful! We were on a cross country road trip and our Honda blew the water pump. He opened on a Sunday for us and worked hard all day to help us get back on the road. I cant say enough good things about this place. Wonderful!

I live in Louisville and make the trip to this shop anytime I need anything done on my car. They always take care of me when I need anything done from simple oil changes, to full engine swap, and at the best price! They are very friendly and quick, and even call you when they need to. I have even taken my car to the dealer for an issue that they couldnt fix, but the guys at Bavaria were able to fix the issue with their many years of expertise.
