I purchased a 2020 Ford lariat from Knox Ford, the sale went great, the problem came in when I spoke with not only the salesman but the finance officer and the service manager and requested my gap insurance on my previous vehicle canceled (previous vehicle bought from Knox Ford), for the record I called 7 times and the response I receive every time is the same that should have been done let me check and I will call you back, you guessed it noone EVER called me back, on 08/26 it will be 2 month since I purchase my truck (the sales was complete in less than 6 hours) but you cant cancel gap insurance in 2 months and please dont put it all on the salesman because I personally spoke to the service manager and finance manager and still no follow through, I have purchased 3 vehicle from Knox Ford and this the first time I have had to post a review to try to get something done, lets see if it work, I just want my gap insurance cancel from the date I originally requested.

Ive been sitting here waiting for a tune up on my truck for almost 4 hours now just to be told it will be another hour and a half. I cant leave to get something to eat and Im in bad need for my medicine but it didnt stop them from leaving for an hour lunch break before work was being done. Very disappointed! And they are trying to get me to buy another truck from them, why would I?

I purchased a vehicle for my daughter today and used the same salesman I worked with the last time I purchased my own vehicle. JR at Knox Ford is awesome and is the definition of service after the sale. He is a credit to Knox Ford and an asset to the Ford Motor Company. Purchasing a vehicle used to be difficult and time consuming but folks like JR have made it seamless. Customer service and professionalism like I received today will keep me coming back time after time.

I am new to the area and needed a tune up. Britt helped me to get new spark plugs, airfilter, fuel-injector kit, tires rotated, and oil change. He gave me several decent discounts. I expected a glum result, yet between Missy (the female) mechanic... I purchased my Ford Escape in 2011. Three years later, I left KY and moved to MO. I returned here last year 2019 and the Manager still remembered me from 2011. I have always had excellent service from Knox Ford. I have had other dealers to tell me something was wrong with my car that wasnt true. NEVER have I had this from Knox Ford. Steve is the best. Whatever he says, you can count on it. I would not take my car anywhere else!!

Absolute nightmare. Words cannot express how terrible this place is. Traded in a perfectly good car and ended up buying a rusted out lemon. I personally invested over 1000.00 in three weeks of owning it before finally contacting the dealership. They took care of me by selling me another car. Within 3 days I already had it in the shop for a new motor mount. $300.00.......With my wife loosing her job in the middle of a global Pandemic we really needed a break, Knox Ford not only made things worse they also had me spend more money within three days on a car that was supposed to be the make it right car. I also drove 2 hours to get there in the several trips I made. Troy did a good job keeping me in loop and nothing but praise for him. However as whole I have no clue how Knox Ford stays in business. Time wasted and money spent that Ill never get back. Shame on you Knox Ford for taking advantage and preying upon people during a financial and global Pandemic, buyer beware.

Derrick and Troy were my Sales Team. Ive purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer from the used inventory and they accepted my trade as well. The process was smooth and handled very professionally. I felt like I was in control of the experience and they accommodated my requests with grace. In the end it was a really nice experience and despite what anyone says they work with you until the deal is fair to both sides in the bargain.

I had an appointment for a recall. When I went to the counter at the dealership the person that took my order which his name is George was very courteous and friendly. I thought I would probably have to wait at least half a day for my vehicle but he told me it wouldnt be long so I waited. It was a great experience. Great place, great people. 👏👏👏

Service department gets 5 stars but while the husband and I waited we looked at the vehicles because I will be buying soon. We test drove an edge and I really liked it. Sales person told us he could get us a great deal of around 34k and as we were test driving the sign hanging in the front windshield said a great low price of 32k....hmmm yeah so I wont be going back to that sales person for help. We will have to see if the others will be more honest lol

My friend bought a mustang from Knox. I was just the person that drove him to the dealership. Troy treated us very well. Car was pulled around front for my friend, overall we may have been at the dealership for 45 minutes. Sales staff, specifically Galen, is very uneducated and dishonest. Was told he personally checked on a vehicle I was interested in and that its in great shape and available. An hour later was told it sold the previous day and he didnt know about it... Right out of the gate he proves that Knox Ford is not an honest company. I will NEVER do business with this company based on my findings this morning.

I was very pleased when I purchased my 2017 Focus ST. Galen was great to work with and the entire process only took an hour or so. If you want no pressure sales, I would call Galen. I was very impressed with everything!

Excellent service. Jordan kept me updated on the repairs to my Escape, and they repaired my transmission within 24 hours of me dropping the vehicle off. The technician even stayed late to finish the repairs ahead of schedule. Would definitely recommend.

Walked in and was greeted by a salesman. Salesman needed help so a second salesman stepped in. They started fighting over the commission right in front of me so I turned and left. Both lost a sale and I wont be back.

Sales department is EXCELLENT. I have purchased several new vehicles from Knox Ford and always received the best deal, customer service and follow up. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT (Service Manager) is HORRIBLE. Too many incidents to list. One was so severe that I had to get Ford Corporate involved. Only then did Knox Ford respond to my concerns. I will no longer buy from Knox Ford until there is improvement in the Service Departments management.

I came in with a 2006 F-150 because of engine misfire. Knox Ford was the closest to post, and decided to stop by. One of the best decisions Ive made for my Ford. I was directed to the Service Department where right away George came to help me. He test drove the truck with me, checked the truck diagnostics, and diagnosed the problem right away. Despite being extremely busy he was happy to help and took my truck in right away. Him and his team also noticed the brakes were almost gone and quickly called me with that and any updates regarding my truck and further maintenance. The repair work and customer service far exceeded expectations and is the main reason I will always look to Ford for a 4 wheeled ride. I would like to see that its known that George and Mike (the mechanic) are above and beyond employees and the mangers of Knox Ford should know that. If I am ever in the area again I will be stopping by for any maintenance big or small with my truck.

This is the only place to shop for a new or used vehicle. If they don’t have exactly what you’re looking for on the lot, new or used, they’ll find the exact vehicle that you’re looking for!

He gave us the keys, checked my license and let us take the car for a test drive on our own, he trusted us and that was the start. We checked the car, loved it, and wanted to buy it. With the help of the manager, he was able to give us a GREAT price for the car and a GREATER price for my trade-in (Which they did not even see, they took my word for it). The whole experience was excellent, no pressure of any kind by anyone and they did all they can to make the whole thing works. Hello my name is Dylan I just bought a truck from this dealership Friday and it was an awesome experience. Nick Durrett was my salesman and he did a great job for only being 21 years old. Very patient and no pressure at all! The only complaint I have Is that it took a pretty lengthy time to get the numbers back for trading in my vehicle and buying the new one. But that was it! It was probably bc it was almost an hour after closing time and the manager has to do it and there was another person before us. But it was an awesome experience and If I ever need a vehicle again I’ll definitely be going back there and I’ll definitely be referring my friends and family to this place!

I recently experienced a flat tire on a Friday afternoon, while traveling in advance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Derrick (the Service Manager) and staff did a fine job of replacing my tire, covered by Fords TireCare, in a timely manner, enabling me to resume my holiday traveling.

I purchased my Mercury Mariner from a used car dealer, just over 2 yrs ago. Since Ive owned it, Ive been taking it to Knox Ford for regular oil changes and servicing. They take good care of my vehicle, theyre friendly, and just all around wonderful.

Purchased a gently used $17k, 2014 Escape here... with a blown gasket and oil all over the engine. What a dump.

They got me out of a sticky situation and I appreciate that a bunch. I have made a request for some equipment off my trade in and if I am able to recover thoes item I will be 110% satisfied. Had I known I would trade my old truck in, I would have removed the items myself.

I am extremely disappointed with the service department at Knox Ford. It took months and three separate appointments to get my car functioning adequately after completely replacing the engine under warranty. Jordan, the service manager, did little to listen to and address my concerns, claiming that I was describing how a Ford Focus with a dual transmission should naturally run. Thankfully I insisted enough to get an appointment but unfortunately it took over a month for Jordan to finally admit that it needed a new ignition coil after I had told him in the first place that is what I suspected. Yet he was unwilling to tell me the full diagnostic stating that it was hard to explain. Just because I am a woman does not mean that I dont understand how my car should run, it doesnt mean that I dont deserve to understand what the issue is, and it doesnt warrant this kind of disrespect from a mechanic. Now I am paranoid that my car will never run as good as it used to but I will not be returning to Knox Ford for service and I will never purchase a Ford ever again. In less than two years of owning one, it has needed a new clutch, engine, gas valve, and ignition coil and yet this is how I am treated.

In the passed 2 months my aging 2013 F150 had 3 different unrelated mechanical issues. Very rare for what has been an incredibly reliable truck. In every case, Knox Ford’s Service Managers Jordan and Steve got me a quick appointment, listened carefully to my concerns, got the problem diagnosed and repaired as quick as possible, and did so in a manner that got the work done with the least expense to me. All work done right the first time. I live within a few blocks of another Ford dealer and drive 14 miles to continue to enjoy and benefit from the quality care and service I and my truck get at Knox Ford. It’s nice to know that when you buy a Ford vehicle, besides getting a great truck, you also get a great dealership sales and service staff to make sure your ownership is enjoyable. Tks KX FORD. Worst dealership on Dixie road. This is the worst experience l have ever had trying to buying a truck. The managers and sales person were awful terrible lairs, low balling you on your trade. They also make up that there retail price of there vehicles are based off the nada value, which is wrong. They are all about ripping off the costume in every way they can. If I could put no stars I would.
