Says on Google you can walk in for your Covid shot, but when you get there it says no walk ins in the pharmacy section. Please either offer walk ins or update your Google directions so we don’t have to waste our time and gas.

I Had a appointment time for 5:30 to receive the Tdap shot. Only the pharmacist can give this shot. As of 6:10 pm the pharmacist still hasnt come to give me the injection. I am a paying customer and should receive the same attention as the other pharmacy customers.

Very rude staff, especially the lady at the photo center. Took me over an hour to get an item that should have taken less than 2 minutes.

NEVER DO PICKUP WITH THEM!!!! VERY UNORGANIZED AND THEY DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR ORDERS! Literally just lost $20 dollars and the eye drops I needed. 3rd time doing pickup with them and each time has been horrible but this time was the last straw. I honestly should have known better.

Its always backed up. Most the time my prescriptions arent right or done like they said. By far the worst walgreens I have ever been in. It sucks they have the market out here I would use any other pharmacy if I could. Cvs is in etown and I use them sometimes but they are 20 mins away. Me actually using a pharmacy that over 20mins away says it all.

Walgreen is a great place to shop for sugar free candy, and has a wonderful pharmacy.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. The pharmacy is the biggest joke. If you plan to pick up a prescription, expect to wait 30+ minutes at at any given time. Its ridiculous.

Sad that zero stsrs isnt an option. At my normal pharmacy, I never have a copay on prescriptions. My insurance covers them completely. Had no choice today as everywhere else is closed and I get charged for a prescription that my pharmacy doesnt charge me for. Walgreens pharmacy is a joke. They dont run your insurance correctly if at all so they can gouge people out of their money.

Had to update my experience with this location. We have been at the Drive thru with only 2 cars in front of us for over 20+ with absolutely no movement at all. It is odd that they did not have them move up or opt for text option when prescription is ready so that there would be a better flow. I have never had this horrible experience with other Walgreens. This is ridiculous!

If I could give less than 1 * I would this is the worst place to ever try to pick up your medicine you can leave the doctors office waste 3 hours show up there and they still dont have your medicine ready or they havent checked into it or anything like that then they tell you got another 20-30 minutes this happens every time that I try to get medicine over there I did switch over to apothekare but now they dont accept my insurance so that I had to go back over to Walgreens this is ridiculous and they still havent fixed it for years worst experience ever and they never get any better

The Pharmacy is Ridiculous they give you a time your order will be ready to pick up and you get there and it still isn’t ready has happened more then once done using them.

It was not organized. They have lots of items with wrong price. Price tags under wring items on the shelves. The store looks dirty.

The employees never know what they are doing or whats going on. They argue with you about prices that are clearly marked! Almost every experience here has been bad.

Walgreens has done it again. They dispensed the wrong MG of medication to my son. Unfortunately this time he nearly finished his script before the error was noticed. Today I got his refill and was confused on why this pill was so much smaller then his last script. After doing some research it turns out the script he almost finished was 600mg when he only takes 300mg. Wrong pills in his bottle! This makes me sick. But it literally made my son sick this month. He had headache, stomach aches, extreme tiredness. He thought it was a cold. But now he know it was because he was being overdosed on his medication.

The pharmacy people are rude and lack customer service skills. They don’t want to help you over the phone and would rather have you go into the store even if it’s just a question.

Every time I go there they have very polite staff. Yes, the drive thru for your meds is slow but very polite staff and they are not disrespectful. Place is also very clean.I have seen them cleaning there place a lot. So do not look at the hate reviews look at this review. Because they are lying, they do not know how hard it is to keep a store or drug store going.

The automated calling system is a pain to navigate. If you ask to speak to a pharmacist you are ask to refill, not at all what I wanted. They really need to make this more user friendly.

They do a great job in the pharmacy you do not have wait long for your prescriptions when you wait.They are always kind and patient with you.

Slowest pharmacy on the planet. they usually only have one person working and she clearly does not know what she is doing. I just sat at the drive through for 28 minutes to pick up a script and the line inside was even longer. they clearly need to hire more employees and train them better. this is also the third time I have picked up a script that they only partially filled because they dont have enough in stock. this will be my last visit!!

Friendly professional staff . Busy but efficient pharmacy. High volume pharmacy. Very clean, organized store.

Small but very doable selection of wine, liquor, frozen foods. Totally identical to every other Walgreens otherwise. Light, bright and clean. Staff is polite.

In the store to buy a facial cleansing mask. I told the sales clerk what I wanted and she told me theyre seasonal. ? Before I could explain what I wanted, she went behind the counter to get perfumes for a lady that just walked up. When I told her I needed a cleansing mask, she asked the other lady to repeat herself because she did not hear her over me. I set my stuff on the counter and walked out. Good luck with that Walgreens.

NO STARS! Just left this store, never been more disrespected. Was standing at drop off to drop my prescription. Waiting 6-7 mins employee after employee passing me. And lady at pick up had a line and I heard her say I have one line going so thought she was asking for help (hell didnt even see her just heard her voice) from the other 5 people. Then a bald man 2-3 mins later said what can I help you with i told him, he said she already told you we had 1 line going! I will definitely take my business elsewhere hmm like Apothocare!

Pharmacy is incompetent. Multiple times we’ve been told they didn’t complete the order right in the computer, so we had to wait even longer for them to get it right. Seems to be a regular occurance.

The Photo center is always fast and friendly

Pharmacy drive thru is the worst thing Ive ever seen. Never quick. Only pharmacy in Radcliff that stays open late and its by far the slowest drive thru of all time.

This pharmacy has one for sure very unhelpful employee..didnt have my passport ID number and instead of trying to help me get the antibiotics I needed so badly due to a spider bite she told me to come back when I found it and Im still without my meds will be until Monday ... The same thing happened to me in Valley Station Walgreens but they got my passport number and I had my medicine that night..hands up to valley station employees!

Just got off the phone with a employee in the pharmacy was was very inpatient, over talking me and even “huffed” as if he was being interrupted.
