I saw M and L AutoSales after leaving another Bigger Car lot disappointed and frustrated . So I was greeted By Jessica and i told her my situation and what i had for a down payment. Well within what was like an hour becaused I had arrived at just about closing time.So I came back Monday morning and signed my papers and drove off in my 2007 Chevy Impala Lt. Used to be great owners but since new owners took over they are stingy, wanted to trade my truck I bought from them a year ago to a small car and was told my balance needs to be 3000 or less. I still owe 7000 on a truck that isnt worth that much to begin with.

This place is a joke...if you go here you will regret it I promise. I bought a car from here broke down the first night I had it. I took it to the mechanic he told me it as rigged to make it 20 miles. I took it back they told me this is my baby and they are not going to fix it. So I had to keep it. Oh I knew someone that got a car from here and paid it off. But had to put a lot of money into the car. Then he went to get another one they wanted big down payment. So when they tell you that you pay off a car you get another one for 1cent own is a lie. If you get a car from this place good luck.

Went to look at cars on Sunday because my husband works 6 days aweek as we was leaving was pulled over by local police. Maybe if they dont want people in the lot looking to buy a car there should be a gate up so people cant enter lot. Will not even consider buying from people like this. I would give a 0 star if I could.

I am very pleased with how easy and quick the purchasing process was at M and L, I have never been to a Carlot where the whole process took less then 2 hours. I went there knowing exactly what I wanted and left with exactly that. RJ was our salesman and he did a fantastic job and was not pushy. Do NOT buy a car from here. You’d be better off riding a bicycle. 😂 They expect a payment ASAP after already selling you a vehicle with high mileage and paying 300% more than the market value. You may think after pulling off the lot you have a nicer vehicle than previously BUT BOY you were wrong. At least your current vehicle is able to even GET YOU to M&L auto. The vehicle i have now, after about 3 months after purchasing, now no longer works and they’re still going to expect a payment. Hahahaa. Jokes.

I was looking for something affordable vehicle And came going back and forth because I wanted something with some what low miles and something that caught my eye because let’s face it I was gonna be paying for it. After 2 months of going back and forth I seen a car that caught my eye. Jessica helped me and she was not once pushy as some car sales people are. She understood where I was coming from from the first day 2 months ago. She kept me updated with what I told her I was looking for. After two long months she got me in my Kia that I fell in love with and had everything I was looking for. Clean low mileage and in price range. She fought what I could do and got it. JESSICA is the girl to see here. She takes her time to make sure all of your questions are answered, she wasnt pushy and worked with us to help us get the cheapest insurance possible. My insurance was around $380.00 / month. After Jessica was done though Im now paying $195.00, IDK how or what she did but Im extremely happy with my purchase and recommend going to see JESSICA for your next auto purchase. I came here looking to purchase a car for my daughter, something that wasnt too beat up and affordable. Dont get me wrong the cars were nicer than I expected for a buy here pay here lot, probably couldve earned my business if the sales person wasnt so pushy. I dont remember her name, but as I was slowly pulling through the lot checking what they had available she came up to me. I get it, shes in sales so her approaching is expected. But good Lord she was knocking on my window BEFORE I even stopped. The worst part is she didnt even know what she was doing. She kept talking to her coworker at the desk next to her asking him what to do. If you dont know your company process why are you allowed to approach customers? Learn what to do by shadowing first and then when you know the process help customers out. I would recommend setting an appointment with something who knows what they are doing before making the trip because I do not wish my experience with this lady on anyone.EDIT: Just my cousin said her name was Jessica.

I have been happy with my purchase. Yes along the way it has had a few things wrong, however it is a used car lot. That means the vehicles are gonna be inclined to have things go wrong. If you buy a brand new one give it 5 years and it will start going down hill. Good people with good service and from what Ive seen good cars. I will make another purchase from them.

(BEWARE) (BEWARE)This carlot people are crooks not even kidding....I got a truck from this carlot it been a nightmare....1600 dollar worth of work and I only hadnit for 2 weeks ...2006 after interest 17 thousand dollars for it....I had to drive 5 different trucks to get one that even able to drive off the lot....one truck broke down 1 block away....I came after I made my first payment after spending 1600 dollars....I gave them hell and one of the salesmen says...smiles and says are get our cars from floods and wrecked and rebuilt again be careful on this carlot

Sold my employee a 2006 nissan with 160k miles on it for 9 grand and then 25 percent interest rate. I understand the interest rate because he has no credit but 9 grand for a 2 grand car thats predatory. To top it off the check engine light came on within 2 days of him buying it reading bank 2 o2 sensor. This is a little to convenient and I garauntee the check engine light codes were reset before they sold it to him. unless you want to get screwed over I would stay far away.

If you have absolutely no choice in financing, this would be the place to go..you may pay 6900 for an older vehicle (2000), but youll have one and you can build your credit off of that... this may be a place for your childs first car if you want to build their credit, or teach them how to fix cars... other than that theres no reason to stop by.

You agree to their terms when you purchase. Im grateful to be able to buy a car when no one else will give me credit.You cant play if you dont pay.

Rated 0. Can we say LEMON? Yes family owned business, my opinion wanna be Gotti family. Jim the Manager with his slicked back hair and gaudy jewelry really a slick typical car sales person with his Hey Man and Buddy - Bought car for 3K over blue book, understandable since buy here pay here but only was able to drive car ONE DAY. No dash lights on when car was purchased, next day check engine light came on checked with Advance Auto and there were 12 codes. Makes me wonder if they reset the light before we test drove. Oh, and now I understand why test drives are only two blocks - they say since you are covered by insurance on the cars you cant take longer than two blocks. Funny other car lots let you. Called Jim and he refused to do anything - I told you several times no warranty, again understandable but really. Before first payment is even due. Also, I was being very nice on phone trying to see if there was ANYTHING they could help with, he hung up on me. NEVER BUY HERE

Ive had my 2006 Ford Escape for 2 months and things have been wonderful. Im pretty sure most negative reviews on this place are people who missed a payment within the first 5. And for any repairs just pre-emptive strikes against possible oil changes and a tune up. Love my truck and M&L auto thanks guys.

Was buying a car from here. Didnt have the car 2 months and the clutch went out. Fixed that then the O2 censors went. After that the car starting having electrical problems. Wanted to trade in for something else. Was told I couldnt. So I sent the car back and they were complaining about dents in the car which were all there when I first got it. Then they tried to guilt trip me into keeping the car. This place would be a absolute last resort to get another car. You would get better cars and service at a junk yard than here.

They were rude. Wouldnt give a customer who was in the hospital with kidney failure a one day extension so he could get out of hospital to go to his bank. The day he wanted the extension for was July 4th. The bank was closed anyway so the car lot wouldnt even deposit anything until July 5, the day he would get out of hospital to make the payment.

Repossessed my van. I called TWICE and told the lady who called me to pick up the van after I did not make a full payment. She called me to tell me that my partial payment was rejected and I could pick up my money order at the office. I told her to mail it back and to pick up the van because I had no means of returning back home if I drove all the way to Radcliff, Kentucky but she told me NO, I had to come there and pick up the M.O. Anyway, the repo man seized my van at 11:00 p.m. on Friday night after I volunteered to give the van back 2 times before he came to my home. I asked for my stuff and he refused to give it to me although I said take the van as long as you let me unload my personal possessions. My insurance company insisted upon 2 months in advance although I have been a customer for more than 21 years. My insurance went from $50.00 a month to $280.00 a month. I had 1 fender bender with a parked truck during all those years. I have been driving since 1966 and I never caused a collision with another vehicle on the roads.

O STARS! I had my car for a MONTH! I got it on 11/2. A candy apple red 02 Monte Carlo, was beautiful on the outside. When we first got the car everything was fine. On Day 1 anyways. On day 2 the check engine light came on. We took it to Autozone for a diagnostic to find out that BOTH O2 censors were bad. By the end of week 1 we had noticed a slip. we payed attention to that of couse. By the end of week 2 I ended up buying new tires to replace the ones that were so worn out, they were shredding. Thats no big deal. Thats regular maintenance. When we got back into the car (after replacing the tires) we noticed that our low tire pressure light was on. My Fiance stopped at the nearest gas station to fix it. Tires were not low. Couldnt get that light to go off. Dealt with it. On week 3 our change engine oil light came on. Ok thats fine too. I can do that. I went on 11/30 and purchased all necessities to have my fiance change the oil. DEFINITELY NOT HIS FIRST TIME DOING AN OIL CHANGE. HE KNOWS WHAT HES DOING. SO! He changed the oil. Went to take it for a ride and notices that oil is just POURING out the under carriage of the car. It was like you turned on the water in your kitchen or bathroom. We couldnt get it to stop. I believe the heads were warped or something since the oil was coming from the bottom of the transmission/ engine. Dont judge me I dont know much about cars. I do know how to take care of them though. I called M&L to let them know whats going on and got nothing but attitide from the horrible front desk woman. She told me I HAD TO PAY THAT PAYMENT NOW! I informed her that I would not since I hadnt even had the car a full month before this happened. They wouldnt even take a look at it. Wouldnt get my family into a different car or anything. Finally the tow truck driver got there (3 days later) and informed me that its not the first time he had repod that car for the same exact problem. This place is crooked as can be. Hopefully my experience will keep you from going there.
