The Dr who checked my eyes was super nice but the lady in the glasses store was horrible. Both times Ive been in she is dismissive, rude short, mean. If I could put zero starts I would. I will be finding a new place to go.

An employee at the vision center made false and malicious statements to federal agency only because she did not like what I said about their inability to.honor a VA prescription for eyewear. Avoid this place like the plague

My son and wife were attempting to get prescription glasses for my son. Had eye exam at the Elizabethtown Sams Club several months back. The head lady at the Radcliff vision center was extremely rude and provided absolutely no customer service. Had to go back and forth regarding prescription information. Needless to say she did not provide any support or care in helping get new glasses. Very rude and no courtesy whatsoever. If you dont want to deal with horrible customer service DO NOT go the Radcliff Walmart Vision Center for your eye care needs.
