My husband Josh Cook who runs the back of the store is a good loyal trustworthy worker and he will take care of the customers like his own and like he would want to be treated himself. Im very proud of him and his work ethics but if anyone needs to know specifically anything to do with whatever there needs are ask him he will advice you accordingly to benefit the customer and the company.

Everything is neat & organized. If you need help with finding something or anything else the employees are great at helping you.

Today, I shopped at Basham for a shovel and ice melt. A polite gentleman helped me choose the correct shovel, carried my items to my vehicle and with his bare hands, scraped the chunks of ice from the trunk of my car! He stated he didnt want the ice to lodge and cause a bend. Folks, I would NEVER have received this kind of personal, caring, thoughtful service from a big box store. I highly recommend Basham.

You could not ask for better customer service! I know the prices maybe a little higher than the big box stores but I prefer to keep my money in the local community supporting small business owners.

Great place to get your hardware needs

Awesome place to buy lumber, tools, hardware, etc. A lot smaller than Lowes and Home Depot, but has a lot of the same items. Only down fall...theyre closed on the weekends!

Terrible bad limited hours on the weekdays and closed on the weekend.
