Orscheln is where we shop for our farm animals. The staff is helpful. They dont mind to help us find what we need and even take it to the car for us. They are great!

Wife was looking for barn boots and I scored some camping stuff. This place is great!

Easy access to store. Parking space good. Products and articles for farm work are priced at least good or cheap but of good quality.

This is a really good store to get farm and outdoors items. They have been around for quite some time and probably the only bad thing about this place is their prices on some things are kind of high!

The best farm store in Radcliffe in my opinion. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. They have almost anything you think of for your home and farm. Womens wrangler shirts, carhartt shoes and burlap bags, and chicken feed, oyster shells, and everything in between

Ive bought several items from them before with only minimal issues but lately Ive had difficulty online and on the phone. The people who have answered my calls the last few times had no idea of what I was looking to buy. I told one salesperson that I needed a 3 point 5 foot tiller and she tried to sell me a pair of bolt cutters.

They have about everything you need but the prices are a little higher than other stores. They even have a decent selection of guns and ammo but there is NEVER anyone in that section to help you out. You have to track someone down to help you. When you do get someone back there, they generally have no idea about guns or ammo. They have you point to what you want and they hand it to you. But an upside, they are Veteran friendly, just Tuesdays.

This place is like the best of Rural King and Tractor Supply combined! Its neat and orderly, had a great selection and good prices. We were having trouble finding an 8 stock tank and the ones we were finding were over $500. Found one in stock there for $349! Staff was extremely helpful also. Looking forward to going back and just look around!

I personally love going here. It is not as well known as Rural King, and now Mernards in the Etown, Radcliff, and surrounding areas, so it is not as crowded. They are smaller than the two stores mentioned above, but still have great stock.They basically combined a tractor/farm supply, pet, automotive, tools,sporting, and clothing store in a neat, organizedfacility.The employees are always helpful and pleasant and I have never come across a line longer than two people ahead of me at checkout. Parking is ample, and they seem to cater to military, both active duty and retired.I believe it is an asset in our community.

I have been buying, cowbones for my dogs, for a long time, and bales of hay for my dogs to lay on during the day. Cedar shavings for their dog houses. They have farm fencing for hay rolls, stall rakes, shovels, seed spreaders, halters for horses.

Great place to shop for garden and farms.

Been going there for years to buy dog food and cat food. Actually found a mens clothing section that had coveralls, thermal underwear, thermal socks, a full face mask, insulated work gloves etc got my friend who does emergency roof work a full insulated outfit, 3 bags of dog food, and a bag of cat food for $201.09 thanks to clearance and my military discount. Crazy thing about the clearance is its December the middle of winter.

They did not have any of the shelving that was advertised in the sale circular. They advised that there was none in the warehouse either. This was our third and final trip.

Great place to shop for common farm, yard and home items. Very friendly staff. Today they are offering 5 dollars off to sign up for rewards card which gives discount on select items and customer loyalty. I go there for pet food and repair materials.

Fantastic farm/ garden store! They have everything from boots and clothing to food to live chicks. The outside does give a bit of a closed for business type of vibe, but they are very much open and worth checking out if you havent already! I have bought numerous things here from chicken supplies, to garden tools and have been quite satisfied with all my purchases

Very great store while being there for my first visit. They have a wonderful firearms selection and very reasonable on prices for being new, as well as theyre ammunition. Ill be going on a weekly basis for sure, thats how impressed I am with this store! Keep up the great work yall do over there!

A few things I love about this place! 1. The staff is friendly and always willing to help me out finding things! 2. They have a wide variety of outdoor and farm focused items! 3. If you dont like crowds, this is far less crowded from places like Rural King! 4. Because of everything above, its a quick trip in and out! 5. If I can get what I need from here instead of Walmart,... I always go here! 6. If Im not sure, I call ahead to make sure they have what I need and because of #1 I get my answers and keep coming back!

First, apparently I cant pronounce this quite right to save my life! They are absolutely the cheapest for good chicken feed that I found. They have all sorts of items, a good equine section. Today they had chicks and ducklings for sale as well. Its always clean and organized. The staff is friendly, though they have everything ready to lock up 5 minutes before closing time. I love this place and typically will go out of my way to shop there.

High people act like your not there

Went to gun bar to pick up a ruger sp101 no body at counter employee who came to help was rude wouldn’t show me the firearm and informed me i could t buy it today anyway because his computer was down asked the manager he told me they had some problems and hour or so ago and hadn’t checked to see if it was back up I thanked him and left overall just displeased with the employee no need to be rude to a customer.

Love the store and the staff, everyone is always very polite and helpful. I drive from Hudson in Breckinridge County to buy all my feed here. They also have a great variety of things.... definitely something for everyone!

Little high on straw but I think Ill go there again today to look around . The fella who helped get my bails of straw was social and kind.

The customer service at this location is awful. We walk into the store and get absolutely no help. We have been there three times to look with cash on hand at safes. No one assisted us, even after walking past us. Matter of fact they stood at an isle near, almost in attempt to see if we were stealing... a 600 pound safe people, really? Needless to say I will not spend my money there. They really need to work on providing customer service to people of all ethnicities.

Kind of boring. Wandered around a long time before anyone asked if I would like any help. Before I could answer, they went off to do something else. My first time ever to be in a Orscheln store at all, so I had no idea what to expect. A little info. would have been encouraging. After wandering aimlessly for about 15 minutes, I left. I might go back one day, but I dont really know.

They have a lot of stuff for the farm and home. Good prices for what they have. The staff is very helpful ans friendly.

Large parking lot with handicap spaces, automatic doors, aisles are well spaced but clothing on racks is difficult to access because the racks are too close together. I dont recall if restrooms were handicap friendly, but they do have public restrooms.

I like Orscheln but I feel they should do the veterans discount everyday.
