About 7 years ago I got my mustang new mufflers, and I also got my Camaro a lot of muffler as well. They work in a timely manner in communication is great. Prices are pretty amazing too.

Called the day before they gave me a quote,I came in a day later and was charged the price I was quoted,the gentleman I spoke with was very nice and showed me the issues,very professional and fast work waited all of 40 minutes. I definitely will go again to get my husbands brakes checked.

Decent price *totally ignored my question about a Military discount*, Quick on work performed, BUT, there was a felling of I wasnt welcome there. Older guy at counter wasnt nasty or disrespectful but seemed irritated with my presence yet the other customers were received very different. Young man who performed the work was great. Thank you for hooking my ride up but next time Ill take my business and recommendations elsewhere.

Went in to replace stock muffler on my truck. I kinda knew what to expect going in price wise. They came in a little under what I expected and they had me in and out super fast. Great experience, highly recommended.

Honest And good quality work. These guys will tell you straight up what needs to be fixed, when it needs to be fixed, and how much it cost for parts and labor before. They will even let you pick up your own parts next-door at OReilly. This is my preferred auto shop for routine and major maintenance.

Very rude and lacking in knowledge when calling for quote. When asked for what I needed done he kept cutting me off (I was being to the point) then wonders why he didn’t understand me. He then proceeded to tell me I was wrong in what I know I needed. I have a custom exhaust setup that I had partially installed. Needed welded pipes offset away from driveshaft to install mufflers. He simply kept telling me “if you have the right h pipe you shouldn’t need to do that, blah blah.” You should just listen to your customers sometimes, and give me my quote. Now I will take my business somewhere else.

Today, we had the left exhaust manifold replaced in our 2006 Dodge Dakota. The service at Payless Muffler in Radcliff, KY was outstanding & the price for labor & parts was very competitive. Great service

Do not go here. Been here twice, first time they gave me a price $100 more than what payless muffler in etown told me. Second time as soon I walked up to the counter the old man was rude and made me feel unwelcomed. Never going back here again and do not recommend.

Went in to get New pipes, Muffler I had was still good. Got estimate and was told piping would be replaced from from front to back including new tips. Drove home and the next day could here rattling from muffler. Crawled under truck to notice one of the hangers for the rear of the pipe had came unbolted from frame. I installed another bolt and that’s when I noticed most of the welds were incomplete and only spot welded in a few places. Looked up toward the front to notice they did not do what they told me and did not replace the front pipe from the header to the muffler, they only fixed a broken weld. I should have checked the truck before I left. I’m disappointed in their service.
