They do not answer the phone or communicate to each other about payment arrangements ect so you end up with a outstanding balance even though you made a payment arrangement
I give it a 3 because of the selection of products, services, and cleanliness. A large facility with lots to offer.However, the customer service is deplorable.(Caveat, there was one gentleman who was as helpful as he could be, but due to being née was limited in his ability to help. He was a gentleman with a long beard doing his best to address every person in line)The other three individuals I have encountered were less than helpful. They did not do a good job at explaining the services and how to use them.I made a reservation for a UBox in the morning- showed up in the afternoon and the man who clearly runs the facility was rude and had an attitude because he had not seen the reservation come in and it was going to take him 15 to prepare one. - mind you at this time he and another lady were cutting up behind the counter and I was the only customer in the store.When I checked out I asked if I could come back to add more items to my UBix - the lady said yes and to just give the store a call and let them know when I would be by. Also she was going to let the man know to keep my box up front so it would be easier to access.A week later on a Monday morning I tried to call MANY times starting at 8am. I tried calling the store a total of 12 times and tried calling the 800 number twice prior to my 945am arrival. The store number was only giving a busy signal and I could not get a person on the 800 number. So I decided to show up at the store and ask in person. After waiting at least 5min a younger man comes from the back - he goes to get the guy who runs the place. When I told him I’d like to access my UBox he was very short and aggravated in presentation. And told me I need to call a day in advance for that. (Mind you I didn’t see any of that specification when I made reservations) I explained that I had been trying to call morning and he told me that “morning is not a day prior”In the end it took him less than 10min to set out my UBox.If you’re looking for products this is a good enough place. If you’re looking for customer service go somewhere else. I noticed on my last visit that other customers were clearly irritated with the same gentleman- who also got short with the ONE nice gentleman trying to address everyone’s questions.
I tried calling the number listed on Google and it just gave a disconnected sound. I tried calling the 800 number and I never got to speak with a representative, was on hold for 10+ minutes waiting for someone to answer and eventually just hung up. With this in mind, I would not recommend. If at any point you think you might need to call them, save yourself the headache and wasted time and just pick a different moving company.
First time moving and I was helped quickly and the gentleman at the desk made it very easy to find the right truck for me.
Strorage is a lil more than average but mi stored items are safe from the weather and rodents. Im happy wit this storage unit

Everything is 1 person connections . You inspect the truck yourself picking up. And Dropping off. Computer doing it now. On your phone ect.
Dealer will deceive you just to make commission. I reserved a pickup w/car transport and was told it would be there. Arrived a week later to see a 14’ box truck hooked up to a transport. The owner/ salesperson said I reserved a “truck” although during the reservation process I clearly stated I wanted a pickup and my intention to trailer a vehicle. At no point did he ask what size “truck” I needed. You can throw a dart at any rental in a 10 mile radius of here (Radcliff/Fort Knox) and get a box truck and transport any day of the week. This was clearly an act of deception on the operators part to get commission on a rental. Moral of the story, throw your dart at another establishment, maybe penske.

The UHAUL attendant was the most helpful guy I have met in a long time. He had my Reservation ready and he helped me hook everything up. Awesome customer Service Thank You UHAUL Radcliff!!!
