If you have a customer that BEGS you to use your bathroom, the humane response should be YES. I have to add, i asked the cashier where is the owner, totally ignored me. I walked to the back and guys were dropping of delivers, I asked to use the bathroom, he asked me what was I going to do? WTH. I was there to purchase a wig that cost $270+. I ran to a nearby gas station that they sent me to. I walked back to my car, no way was I spending my money with them. There are plenty of other stores. I got in my car and left. NEVER to return. I still have $300 in my pocket. I gave 1 star, but you deserve -0. I use to frequent this store a lot for my beauty supply needs....NEVER again.😡😡😡

The young workers in there are very rude and nasty ! Bad attitude! No customer service at all ! My 4yr old needed to use the rest room they said go to the gas station! But I’m I’m spending my money here ! Oh my money good but My could not good to use rest room ! Won’t be getting my money no more !

I had a coupon for this store and the owner refused to honor it due to 1 number being faded on the barcode. I always spend over $100 every time I visit this store and yet the owner refused to honor a $5 coupon. Any other reputable business would make every attempt to satisfy the customer but not this owner. He was rude and obviously doesnt care about customer satisfaction. I own a business so I know the value of customer satisfaction. The cashier was very helpful unlike the owner. This was my last visit to Beauty Castle of Rahway due to the poor customer service!!!

My new favorite beauty supply store. Greggs is great, but this store has way more inventory in stock. Ive been searching for the perfect hair... for YEARS. I finally found it here, at Beauty Castle. Im very picky about beauty supply stores. This place looks clean & well organized. Just the way it should. I drive three cities North of Rahway to get here, Im that impressed.

This beauty supply store usually has everything needed. Only problem is the pre-stretched triple hair/single pack dont have a lot of color options like not enough ombre colors.

Yesssss this my best store ever I have been there customer for years when they was first in Colonial or Woodbridge NJ, now they are in Rahway NJ yess were they go I go for real they have everything i need to beautiful.

Its crazy how some online hair stores offer refunds, but not your local hair store. This store offers no refunds regardless of the situation and its extremely overpriced!! I advise people, especially those of color to shop around for better bargains, especially if you are buying hair. Try to support businesses of color that honor refund policies and not the businesses that pretend they are working in the aisle your in, when they are really assuming your a potential thief smh. Once again, shop online. Some times the price with shipping included is ridiculously cheaper than purchasing hair from this store.

Nicely stocked. Lots of products. Clean and contemporary. There is off street parking in the back. Slightly higher than other shops but, mostly competitive. You pay for the convenience.

I had a HORRIBLE experience. I wanted to buy a human hair wig, which to start off with they have literally like 10 options and then when I did find a wig I liked the manager came out as I was trying it on and started yelling at customers for the mess in the store even though it was his workers. Then when I wanted to try on and compare two last wigs to the one I really like the manager yelled at me and told me I could only try on one and that was it. He was a distrustingly rude man with no respect for customer and considering iv bought all my wigs from there I will NEVER be returning

I was a loyal customer to Beauty Castle for many years. I even did business with them when they were located in Woodbridge near the old pathmark.I purchased cochet faux locs on a Friday night, Kenny the owner helped me at the cash resigned. On Saturday I realized I purchased the wrong hair. When I came into the store looking to do an even exchange they did not have what I wanted, so I asked for a refund. The girl at the front said I would have to come back when the owner is in.So I did just that. I came in on a Monday and asked for a refund considering that I didn’t use the hair, I had the original receipt which shows I paid cash and Kenny did not have the correct faux loxcs that I was looking for. He would not give me my money back, only store credit. He told me once the register is closed for the day of purchase any refunds would “mess up their computer system” and if you ask me this sounds like complete bs.Needless to say I will not be coming back to Beauty Castle. This is not how you keep customers, this is the exact type of service that makes loyal customers go else where.

A little pricey

I just came from this store, I brought a hair blow dryer attachment and unfortunately it does not fit for my blow dryer. Its of no use to me, so i contacted the store instead of driving back to ask them if they could give me a refund. A man answered and said they could not because the package was open, I assured him I did not use it and of course theres no way that I could have know it wouldnt fit had I not opened it to try it on my blow dryer. He said, no refund no exchange. Their refund/exchange policy is very strict and they do not take anything into consideration. Lastly, i was in the first aisle looking at the blow dryer attachments and I noticed the same man go to the girl at the register say something and point to where i was standing, what he said i honestly dont know. But all i have to say is if you are afraid of the customers or have presumptions regarding them then dont cater to them! Not every black women/men that walks into your store is stealing, i work hard for my money and will not be subjected that that type of treatment. I will no longer be giving this business my money.
