Sent wife there to get a free phone for switching over to Metrpcs. She comes home with a free phone that cost $86 dollars, $30 plan - $6 insurance monthly and $50 for off brand junk made in China case you can buy on eBay for $3.99. SCAM!! They put the case on without asking her, added the insurance without asking her. Heres a note to all when you make insurance claims the deductible is $100 so you have to pay the full price of the phone to replace it even though your paying the monthly $6 insurance premium. Stay far away from this store go to different metro store they are scammers here.

I find the customer service to be horrible. They simply want to up-sell you and not help you. Money. Money .Money. How about trying to help the customers with the problem first then after a happy customer would be more susceptible to an upgrade. Horrible. If it wasnt for my business number and needing to change it across multiple SEO platforms I would run for the hills. Customer service my A$$ more like call us so we can sell you something network... Update- After leaving this review I started having phone number issues, imagine that?
