Awesome furniture store and I ordered from them and I don’t even live in New Jersey! The Alicia bedroom set looks way better in person than the online picture. The set is simply beautiful, heavy, made well, and quite exquisite. It’s crafted well and you may not be aware of this but the nightstands have a plug and media outlets in back of it which is perfect for laptops, iPads,etc. Chris was wonderful, answered all of my questions (and I had many) and put my mine at ease with how the furniture was going to be delivered to me (and I’m in (Maryland). I’ll definitely order from them again!

On Labor Day this furniture depot had a very good price for a bedroom set “ it was a fake offer because they didn’t have the item 59995” Mognolia Bedroom Set. Marketing suppose to be about something real. When you go to the site and you are about to buy the item on sale ask you for a promotion code that they never show you.

We ordered 2 sofas sets which we liked from this seller, both the same. Chris and the team kept us informed every step of the way by both email and phone. They informed us there was a delay in 1 piece which was totally fine as we still had to get rid of the old sets. I needed beds so I took a look at Furniture Depot website. So you can order furniture anywhere to be honest. However, you want to order the beds at Furniture Depot. They stand out in customer service and you can rely on them. They managed my expectations very well as I was expecting the bed in Feb 2021. However, it came before Christmas and the snow storm and I was thrilled. I really like the excellent customer service and they called to confirm I still want the order. The delivery guys were great too! We love our beds and it looks beautiful and the exceptional white glove service can’t be matched.

I’ve had a great experience shopping with furniture depot. The furniture I chose on their site is even more beautiful in person! I purchased a bedroom set, living room set and dining set and my apartment wasn’t ready and was delayed due to construction and their staff was helpful and understanding. I am just waiting on my dining set because one piece of furniture was backordered due to COVID but I know it will be just as beautiful as the rest. Also everything came in perfect condition without a single scratch or dent. After my dining set and sofa were assembled, free assembly came with the purchase, I was extremely pleased with the beauty and quality of the two furnitures. No scratches and they were perfect. The items were reasonably priced and again high quality.My advice is to work with Chris or Veejay (I hope I spelled correctly). Browse the website for interest then call to speak to Chris (supervisor I think) or Veejay to see if the item is in stock and expected day of delivery and assembly. This is really important in order to have a good experience with this company. It would be a five star review had I worked with Chris or Veejay from the beginning.

What a great experience from my first call through delivery. I dealt with Chris from day one and from my first call, he was very helpful and not pushy at all. I called back three times before I made my decision and he was vert patient with me. note, I had also seen the same couch at other vendors for at least a thousand dollars more and some were over $2000 more. The process was really so easy from making payment until the couch was delivered I initially was just gathering some pricing information and I had a question about the color as we were choosing a rust colored sectional and our decision was between 2 couches.. one was a little more orangey than we liked and Chris helped by describing the color of the other couch that made me feel comfortable I was choosing the right one. I had only seen the couch on line.. When the couch was delivered, the two gentleman were so professional, they set it up completely the way they thought it would fit the room and they were spot on. I couldnt be happier. The items took a little longer but they warned me at the outset that it would be delayed a bit because of COVID. Great place to buy if your looking for furniture, i was in the market for a king bedroom set and id been looking around and calling around, most places these days couldnt care less about customer service, these guys are different. Pricing was fair, you got to a live person very quickly when calling (thats a bonus)I had more questions than most about the set, size, compatibility with an adjustable bed i was looking to pair it with and the height clearances. Chris was my sales rep and he was amazing, not only through the sales process but through everything that followed. I was in a situation where i had guests arriving from Europe in a few days on Wed, I called in to order the furniture on Friday, this particular set takes 3 weeks anywhere you look for it, including here at furniture depot.. Chris worked a miracle and wed afternoon i had a bedroom set just 3 hours before my guests were to arrive. I had a slight issue with the clearance of the slat frame, i didnt bother to call in about but Chris called me to see how the delivery went and if i was satisfied with the quality and assemble. I casually mentioned the clearance issue and Chris took my concerns and reached out to the manufacturer on my behalf to find out what the issue could be and called me back the following day.The slats that came with it are from the same manufacturer so there is no reason it should not work (but it was too short, the frame was resting on the corner brackets of the bed before the feet would reach the ground, this would likely crack the bed frame after you lay down) Long story short he setup an appointment to have someone come out and look at the issue, in short the brackets had been installed upside down and once they flipped them correctly everything fit properly.Chris willingness to help during the initial sales call, during the entire delivery process and after was simply fantastic!Customer service in America is dead! (or so i though until i called these guys)Thank You Chris for all your help! I wouldnt hesitate to buy from you again!

The service at Furniture Depot has been excellent. Customer service is courteous, knowledgeable and patient. Although the items I was interested in could not be found anywhere else in the U.S., the prices were also the best I had seen anywhere. The items I purchased were of superior quality and were exactly as described. Shipping was surprisingly fast. The delivery crew was also courteous, experienced, and quick. Furniture Depot is the best home furnishing establishment I have ever done business with.

The living room set I ordered is beautiful! It looks just like the picture and it arrived quicker than I had expected. The office staff kept me informed throughout the process of the status of my order and the delivery guys were great! They were very professional, worked very fast and cleared all wrapping. I will definitely consider them again for my furniture needs.

We love our new furniture. The leather couch and chair are period correct for our 1926 built home. These pieces are well built and very comfortable. Love this place. The staff is very customer focused and honest. I waited several months for my furniture. The staff worked with me informing of the status, anticipated delivery, etc, . Furniture was delivered just the other day and it is beautiful and was well worth the wait. The quality is outstanding. Highly recommend this store and the staff is a pleasure to do business with!

When I moved in the middle of a pandemic, I was worried that I would be sleeping on a mattress for weeks until businesses resumed normal operations. However, I am so glad I found this company. Chris was very helpful and promised me that I would get my bed within a week. We ordered the marble top dining room set for our new home. As soon as we placed the order we received a prompt call from customer service to confirm the purchase. They gave us an estimated 4 week delivery time, which we were fine with, but they ended up delivering it within 2 weeks of purchase. We also purchased the in house assembly. The gentleman who came to deliver the table were not only very kind and professional but were able to assemble the table in practically no time at all. Overall, we were very pleased with Furniture Depot’s service and prices. I would recommend anyone to purchase from them in the future.

I ordered a bedroom set, dining and living room set from this company, everything exceeded my expectations!! I originally was to suppose to get my order July 10th cause of all the craziness going on with order delays but this company somehow delivered my order 3 weeks sooner, I was so happy!!Everyone from the guys on the phone to the delivery drivers were AMAZING!!I have referred everyone here and I will definitely be doing business with these guys a lot more !!

This is my first purchase with Furniture Depot and I was quite impressed with my experience. After placing my order online for a buffet, I received a follow up call to review the order and get my desired delivery time frame. The buffet arrived as promised with a flawless delivery. Those guys were extremely careful with the buffet and my hardwood flooring.Lastly, I received another follow up call to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the furniture and its delivery. I will order from them again and highly recommend them!

I purchased a dining room set, first time buying a dining table and chairs, first time shopping for furniture online, thankfully stumbled across Furniture Depot. The ordering was simple, a follow up call from Chris every step of the way was an unexpected plus! The delivery was ahead of schedule and the crew of two who came to set it up was wonderful, kind and courteous. I had an AWESOME experience with Furniture Depot! My order took anywhere from 4-6 weeks to reach me but I was contacted by Manager Chris at the store to verify that the delivery window would be okay with me the day after my order was placed. I was called mid-way through that time again by Furniture Depot to let me know I would get a call when my furniture was en route. I was called by the delivery team 2 days before delivery with a narrower time frame and then on the day of delivery I was called with the exact time expected. The guys who delivered and set up my furniture were top-notch professionals!! They unpacked and set up everything- putting the furniture in place. They were mindful of the current COVID pandemic and wore face masks. They were polite and professional without being stand- offish! Initially I was a little skeptical as the furniture store is in NJ and I live in Georgia- so the entire interaction wa online with a company new to me. However, Furniture Depot exceeded my expectations and I will not hesitate when I need to make my next large purchase of quality beautiful furniture!!!
