This message is for all those loyal customers of West Hudson who happen to see the recent poorrating from an alleged unhappy customer.Please do not believe everything you read. West Hudson did nothing wrong other then to tell someone that was being obnoxious and demanding that he could not meet her needs.In fact I am the other trophy shop that had an issue with the same demanding and obnoxiousperson who had little or no money to spend and Iadvised her to go somewhere else.This after she canceled one of her car show as a result of bad weather being forecast and after I ordered all of her supplies.West Hudson treats all customers with respect just as my business does.Do not believe the bogus review. This place is the best. I have been using them for a few years now. Got a major event that brings in 750 or more people. They do glasses for the event as well as plaques. Always there to answer my questions and nothing is ever to much for them to handle. They took a dull plaque we were using and added their thoughts and now we have a beautiful product. Would highly recommend them.

This is a great place! My item looks great and very nice people who work there I recommend going there if you need anything!

In Response to owner: The owner is intentionally overlooking in part to save face, the amount of disrespect the owners son gave off. Their is no mention of the person was actually instigating and called the cops, is it because they called the cops on a simple argument that would have gone nowhere had the problem been solved diplomatically? One quote from the employee, “If you do not want to get in trouble leave before the cops come”. Moreover, the main issue were the trophies, at a certain point a negative tone was given off from the employee (not the boss), and from their on “threats” to call the police were made, for NO REASON.The appalling nature of an incredibly racist worker at this disgusting trophy manufacturing store is revolting. My visit to this place as supposed to be calm and collective, however; one worker felt it was okay to repeatedly antagonize me for my small critical comments and suggestions for my trophies-that I was purchasing. He even tried to “call the cops” on me for simply making suggestions and questions, let me repeat that: “He tried to call the cops on ME”, this was racially motivated indeed. Anyway, the cops DID come and had to tell the man to cool off, which proves that I was in the right. In conclusion, my last visit to this place ended in pure anger. This place houses racists.The owner called us up, what could it be for? Did you think that no bad review would go unharmed? When business is incredibly wrong you are met with a bad review, ask yourselves what could I have done better? He profusely antagonized us with a phone call just because we left an honest review about a very negative incident on their part. What great service! Love the attention to detail.

Guy wanted 15 dollars x 4 to add names to a trophy. So, $60 bucks to add to a 20 dollar trophy. He also complained about a short turnaround for a 15 minute job. Found K&K who moved. Cost was 6 dollars per plate or 1.5 times less. He also had an attitude. He never heard of the concept that no job is too small. I would have probably paid him (without knowing the other cost), but his grumpiness caused me to leave.

Very accommodating and easy to work with. Great quality too!

The Owner was friendly, great service, and helped me choose an item I needed made and got it done quickly! will use again!Oh and his dog in the office is adoreable.

I have been going to them for All my churches plaques and awards. They are truly professional, kind, and there work ethic is impeccable.
