Great experience with the online shopping. I was anxious getting paint without the benefit of samples. They offered samples but I didn’t need it because their color app was spot on. Everything I ordered was over the phone with a knowledgeable sales rep who took his time answering my questions. Pick up was completely contact less. Great experience.

They can help with various aspects of your project or remodel. Extremely knowledgeable about their products and always willing to go above and beyond to help you. Another thing they do i found amazing is blowdrying your paint sample so you can see the true color. Fantastic staff!

So needed to find pain with my sister we went to Sherwin and man did we have fun with the customer service rep. He showed us some of the colors she was looking for and the fact that he was personable and friendly we laughed and just had a great experience! Will be back!

The store manager mixed my paint incorrectly because he assumed my house was vinyl sided, when in actually its aluminum. Because of his assumption, he added a chemical referred to as Vinyl Safe Protecorant According to another salesman who checked it on the store computer. This chemical lightened and brightened the blue to a florescent and hideous bright safety blue. The regional manager told me on the phone that it wiont be a problem getting reimbursed $162.07 for the replacement paint I was forced to buy in order to remedy the numerous complaints from my neighbors and from my mailman, regarding the bleached safety blue on my house. However, 2 days laterI I have not yet received any refund or credit from the store manager.
